Turns out “playing” is one of the best ways for kids to learn and can even lend itself to helping improve behavioral issues also. Daybreak Therapy and Mrs. Beth have been really great!!! Our pediatrician recommended it to us but to be honest my wife and I were unfamiliar with play therapy.Well, it made a huge difference and Beth did a great job with sitting down with us and assessing our needs then formulating a game plan. She’s very calm and patient and understanding.Like most parents you want the best for your kids. Our daughter is 3 years old and we were having concerns about her transitioning from one activity to another (such as transition from school to home, transitioning from dinner to bedtime, etc) and always having crying fit or tantrum. We thought it was a discipline issue but turns out she was having a hard time expressing herself and feeling anxious with new changes.We’ve seen some significant changes after our time with Daybreak Therapy and Beth has continued to move our daughter into a more comfortable relationship when it comes to change and how to handle her feeling. WE ARE VERY HAPPY!!!
