Staff and management are really friendly, I struggled with finding ABA services for my son but they were really helpful with getting him started. The staff seem really knowledgeable and my son loves going to therapy.

Horrendous management from the BCBA down to the assistant. Therapists come and go which leads to the lack of our children’s learning progress and by the way, the lone 5 star rating on this company page came from a friend of the kennesaw locations assistant.

This place is absolutely horrible! We brought our 2 kids here for about 5 months. Our family has about 8 years of experience taking them regularly to different types of therapists and specialists. In this line of work, it is extremely bizarre to see complete disregard about parents’ input and people with such short fuses and no patience working with children. Complaints to director were also completely ignored. Our kids started NEW bad behavior that ONLY occurred at Fusion and these were all huge red flags. My kids’ pediatrician even was concerned with what was happening at Fusion.The director claimed they improved overall in their time there, but now no improvement in behavior at home or at other places can be seen, especially since Ms. Allen started. And of course I’m sure all the regression in the last 2 months and the new negative behaviors were never documented. I feel awful for leaving our kids here! This is not a place you can trust.
