Hi would not recommend you taking your vehicle to this place. I took my car to get a front-end alignment and mounting and balancing of a new tire. I left the place and within 24 hours later, I didnt realise that my tire was running low on air. Hi hit a low spot in the street which caused the tire to rupture. I took my vehicle back to that same location and spoke with the manager and showed him that all of the lettering and numbers had been worn off of my tire because of it being low on air. He wanted to argue with me that the puncture was the problem and refused to take any responsibility for my brand new car tire leaking air after leaving his shop. I ask for the regional manager and got the same response from him. They both wanted to argue that My tire was damaged because of the puncture in the sidewall And that it had nothing to do with the tire being low on air. The regional manager even went as far to say that rolling, at less than, 3 miles per hr for 10 on a ruptured tire caused all of the lettering to be rubbed off and how does he know that I didnt drive further than that after blowing the tire. Are you kidding me?? Im going to drive a ruptured tire on a 7 series BMW and cause further damage to my rim! Very unprofessional, this guy was. I took it as far as corporate and they recited the same things that the shop told me, that they arent responsible and offered me some coupons to at another NTB. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Now Im responsible for replacing a $450 tire on my own. Had I not taken my car to this place I wouldnt be going thru this. Dont ever take your vehicle to this location. This whole experience has turned me off to NTB franchise completely.

Dishonest, recommended unnecessary purchases. I purchased four new tires with the lifetime alignment, rotation, and repair approximately 18 months ago. I had a nail off the center of the tire and came in for a repair. The service manager claimed it couldn’t be fixed and said I needed two new tires. I used to repair tires and knew it was not right. I went to another repair store, and they fixed the leak in five minutes. Im not sure if they’re dishonest or Incompetent. Either way, I’ll never go back again.

DO NOT bring your vehicle to any TBC Corp company. Save yourself a future headache!!I went to NTB-National Tire & Battery(Kenner) Saturday August 26th to get two new tires and they destroyed my rims. Theyre refusing to fix them. Theyre saying they were damaged already which is a blatant lie!Ive aways used NTB by my house but they didnt have these in stock so I made an appointment at the one in Kenner because they were the only ones that had the tires I wanted. Wouldnt recommend if you want the job done correctly to expected standards. Very unprofessional. Untrained techs.One rim looks like a bar crushed my rim instead of being placed on the tire where it should have gone. Now my tire feels like its bouncing/vibrating when moving. Im a single mother and dont feel safe driving this vehicle since they damaged my rims. Extremely disappointed with this company. These dont seem like the same rims I went there with, its almost like they swapped them out and put these on my vehicle. Beyond disgusted!

Check in at 11:30 and I was told it takes 2 to 3 hours .... 4:30 pm in the afternoon and I was begging to check out . Very bad experience and would not go back. They accept too many jobs and they try to squeeze jobs in between. I asked if they can accept the job and when they can start and they said they start right away . Turned out they started 3 hrs later and they put the car on and off trying squeeze jobs in between and have every body waiting there ... i was there to change tires and what they did was to remove tires so making sure I am stuck there and then switch to working on other walk-in customers,then put another tire and so on. They ended up having a huge crowd, all upset, close distance to each other, waiting in the shop... Just bad business and they do not follow CDC guidelines. They sold me one year warranty for alignment but I was told they cannot align my car ! Just bad bad business

They were very nice and kind. Even when I gave them a coupon. Some places make you feel like its a hardship on them to even take a coupon. Not NTB I definitely will be back and will refer anyone I can.PS. I got the coupon from the back of my local Winn Dixie grocery receipt. Always pay attention to the details.

Consumers beware! My vehicle was intentionally sabotage at this location. I stopped to have a valve stem on the left side of my vehicle repaired. That work was done correctly. As soon as I pulled out onto the road I noticed my vehicle was wobbling. All of the lug nuts on the opposite side of my vehicle had been loosened underneath the hubcap. When I pulled off the hubcap four of the eight lug nuts fell off the rest were barely on. Tensions are high in the US right now. The shop was staffed with a number of young individuals . Being aware of that I was careful to be kind and polite and thankful. I had just driven in from out of town so I knew everything on the vehicle was fine when I arrived.

Ive been using this location for years. It started out simply as oil changes, but has gone to the point that Im reluctant to let anyone else even touch my car. There have been some mistakes over the years, being a human allows for that, but Ive never had them not step up and resolve the issues. I dont even trust the manufacturer to work on my car, but I do have faith in the crew of this location.

So i set a appointment with you guys and showed up for my appointment, why you guys didnt even look at whats happening to my car ! my car got destroyed by the tires that was put on there! now I have no vehicle to drive to work without risking my own life ! Im not going to live for the fact you guys didnt have a chance to look at it to determine it was unsafe for me to drive it! I had a other certified technician looked at it and from the wheel damage, it damaged other components of the vehicle! Then my first google review got deleted!

, I recently got my tires changed at ntb new orleans location but was the wrong size so I went to kenner because I made a appointment to get my tires swapped and was close to home manager instantly denied any service to me, and told me he can not help me, that I have to go to the original store I got the tires from which is a other ntb location in New orleans so I had to travel 20 miles out my way to get the response of they are too busy to take my car in! So I went to a third ntb location and they did not have the tires in stock and to late in the day to order them but I was treated with respect at 175 and 174. While Im driving to work, I heard to HUGE thump and almost served into a ditch, my fender liner flew into my hood area and out ! Thank God because it did not hit anyone behind me! Now my tire is rubber against metal! Ruin my headlight and my air conditioner is not working ! WTH! I am very disappointed on how i was treated at 177 and will never take my service there! Im stuck at a dealership and cant drive my car because the dealership says it is a saftey issue driving like that.

Here you get one price and then they add as much as possible to that when its time to pay. To make matters worse the manager suffers from little mans disease. All in all it is a pretty bad place to have work done.

They had a great sale on tires. Buy2get 2. Had just bought a Jeep and was budgeted. Got the best tires for a great deal. In the process, they found that my used vehicle of 2 days old had bad rotors. Should have been caught by the 125 pt inspection when sold. They have me an estimate and the knowledge I needed to arm myself when going back to the dealership. Because of Allen and Kitty I was saved almost $500 in work. They were fair, honest and knowledgeable. Would recommend this location to anyone wanting a personable experience. 💕

Im giving 2 stars only because of past positive experiences. My husband and I have used them for many years, but recently their service has gone downhill dramatically! On June 4 I brought my car in for an oil change and asked for a quote to get a couple of repairs. They did the oil change, but didnt do the quote. The nice guy behind the counter said that he even highlighted it on the ticket, and told the tech to take it back in the shop.At the end of June or beginning of July I brought it back to have the work done. I walked in and was told that the mechanic or tech (whoever was working on the car) didnt show up for work. His vacation started the next day and he must have wanted to start it early. Nobody called me to let me know!On July 8 I had the appointment to get all of the work done. Only part of the job was completed. I was told that the man who was supposed to do the harmonic balancer was supposed to come in at 3:00 and didnt show up. This was the 2nd day in a row that he was a no show and he thought he was quitting without giving notice.It was suggested that we go to the Clearview location. My husband told him that wed had nothing but problems there and would rather not. We did end up going there and I will post that negative review separately. This has been a horrible experience for us, so if you want to rely on getting your car repaired, you may want to consider somewhere else!

I had an appointment at this location a few weeks ago.. They canceled it due to a branch emergency so they closed early... I needed my tires that day so I was told by the kenner staff to go to the metairie store and I would be taken care of.. Upon arriving at the metairie store the staff members said they heard nothing from the kenner store and that they could not do anything for me!! I ended up missing the deadline I had in place for an event I needed to attend, so I just decided to go to goodyear the following day!!

Professional and polite service. I was visiting some friends in town and had a tire issue come up. They hooked me up with a good deal on tires and even checked my battery which was very weak, so I had them put in a new battery. They also checked my tire sensors cause I had an error on the dash. I had them replace a sensor as well. Excellent service!

The cost of repairing the engine lights is 700. After only 10 days of operation, the engine said it was safe for one year. It said that the inspection fee would be charged.

First time that I purchased tires from NTB, close to 2 months ago, and had the best experience. I researched online first to see what kind of deals that were going on around my area to get 4 tires for my Kia. I wanted a decent brand and check out reviews for different companies and promos. Well after comparing pricing and everything with different stores, I chose these guys. They had a promo going on for 4 Cooper tires with free install and a rebate, which I got a few weeks later (came early), and they had great reviews. When I called they were awesome, super friendly and professional, plus they had the tires in stock and scheduled me right away, I dropped it off and it was ready about 2 hours later. I highly recommend them, I will definitely use them when I need tires or any service they offer. ***Thank You NTB***

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! You dont deserve a star! My mom waited 6 hours for her service to get completed. Cliff Walker stated that her price was one thing and she signed up for the credit card, but the charge was different. She paid the balance off that Cliff told her verbally and left the rest. I had an appointment for 8:00 am, but I guess appointments don’t count for anything because I still had to wait nearly 2.5 hours for 1 tire to be replaced.Kitty lied to my face and told me that only one of the bays could accommodate my vehicle, a Toyota Corolla, and that appointment had to wait until the appropriate bay was cleared. Shouldn’t there be a reserved bay for appointments?I had a planned to be there for an hour at most, but since I had to wait an extended period of time, I was nearly 2 hours late for work.

The customer service was fantastic and the buy 2 get 2 free tire deal was a great help. They do just about any service you could imagine, I highly recommend them!

Discovered two flats on my car at the airport when I landed. Drive over and they were able to plug one but insisted on replacing BOTH front tires, one with a leak and the other because of low tread. I agreed and they got the job done. I paid and drove out into the highway. Made it 50 feet before the truck violently jerked and a horrible noise came from the rear. Luckily I was able to make it to the shoulder in the 50mph traffic. The rear wheel was missing 3 lugs and the other 2 were dangling on, mere second from my tire falling off on a major highway. I called them and three guys showed up in a car with a jack. They were able to tighten the remaking lugs so I could lump back. My locking lug was one of the missing one. They sent someone to buy 5 new lugs from a parts place while they tried to pull what remained of my sheeted off bolts out far enough to bite the lugs. The manager, a female, apologized and said I was lucky I wasnt killed. Thanks for the news flash. She gave me a coupon for the lowest grade oil change they offered. I asked about my lost lug and damaged bolts. She said she couldnt do anything but to call customer service. After calling customer service for 2 weeks they offered to refund the install fee of $50. Turns out my bolts are bent and need replaced and the rim was damaged and so was the portion of the tire that faces the interior of the car from when the tire was banging into the wheel well. They have stopped taking my calls and say they are done with me. Things happen, who werent hurt so whats the big deal. Well the big deal is I have cancelled my credit card for the full amount and have written the local paper. They like those juicy stories where businesses almost kill someone and dont refund the payment. So use them at your own risk. Because they do not check their work and do not care if you die. But hey, they will give you a free $15 oil change!!!!

The service I received from NTB in Kenner, LA on Veterans Memorial highway was wonderful! The manager Martin Keddy and Allen (great new hire) are amazing. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Allen was very attentive and understanding. I always have a great experience when I go in, whether its with questions or for actual service. I highly recommend visiting or calling in for your auto care needs.

Thieves charged 19.00 extra for new tire because it wasnt on the car. Thats 19.00 above the 22.00 for lifetime balance and road hazard

I was quoted $160 for an alignment on an f150 with a leveling kit on it was told price is more because of modifications. Delta tire on the other hand charged me $60. Don’t get ripped off here

I recently visited NTB for a tire rotation and oil change on my jeep after a 3,000 mile cross country move. Not only did NTB follow and keep my appointment time (I went to firestone previously and making an appointments was senseless, as it took over 6 hours for the same procedures), they had an awesome (very clean, and cool) waiting area, and they were done very quickly. Also, after the initial review of my vehicle they took their time to explain in detail the condition of my vehicle and what needed to be fixed at a level I could understand (vehicles are not my strong suit). I thought the prices were awesome and did not feel like I was pressured, intimidated, or taken advantage of as someone new to the area and a female. Thank you for the great work!

Just had my tires replaced for my Mercedes GLA and Kha Nguyen and his team went above and beyond for me. I got a great deal and my tires look great. I would definitely recommend them.

Prices and service were very good. It took longer than I expected, but our truck had been in an accident a couple years ago and repaired and afterwards a number of people and places had tried to fix a grinding noise when making hard right turns. We also had had the tires aligned and balanced before and said couldnt stop the noise because of the accident... but this time Khas staff finally did it right and theres no more noise on turns! He said it looked like some of the bolts had never been adjusted..... Hmmm, no wonder. Thanks so much for all your honest hard work! I will be back for all our tire needs.

After ordering tires from tire rack, I found out through UPS that my tires had arrived. No call from NTB. When I call NTB at 1:30PM, I get told that they wont be able to put them on until 7:00PM. Since I needed them, I dropped my car off around 2:00PM and accepted it. While Im there, I notice only one person working in the back. By 6:10PM I call to check on it since I got called to work for 7:30PM. I get told that they are busy and I wont have my car until they close at 8:00PM. The appointment board only had 6 appointments on it from 2:00PM on. Who did they skip me with? Am I penalized for buying the tires elsewhere and having NTB install them? This place is a joke. If you value your time, find a reputable installer like Goodyear or Delta World Tire. After wasting all day, my tires are still not installed. When picking up my car and tires, the manager, Kevin, didnt even take the time to talk to me. Taking the tires and car elsewhere and will not be back.

Horrible experience! I called in advance, asked if they had the tires and if they could change them. I made an appointment. So, I drove 60 miles and when I get there they tell me that they can NOT change my tires because they dont have the right machine for my rims. So I asked if I could just purchase the tires and bring them to another shop. They said I could but had to pay cash (they have credit available for everything else). I withdrew cash and paid for the tires. Then they couldnt find them. So I had to purchase a bigger more expensive tire. The metal braid was exposed on my tires and I drove an hour over the causeway AFTER I CALLED for the wrong tires. BTW the rims are STOCK 18s. This took over 2 hours and every shop was closed when I finally left. NTB is a national company not a shed on the side of the road. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Do NOT give this location your business! The manager Kevin began taunting me while threatening to call the police on me after I pointed out the body damage to my vehicle caused by their lift for a simple oil change. This is the second time my vehicle has been damaged by this shop. The behavior by the so-called manager was beyond childish and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I bought a tire 2 months ago (less than 3000 miles on it.) When the tire started leaking I brought in for repair. Was told couldnt be repaired, I assumed some type of warranty, no. Change for free since you sold defective product, no. Very cavalier the sales associate says we can sell you another.Update- 9/21. It took some doing but the company did eventually make it right and replace the tire.

To start I had a 3:30 appointment at the Kenner store but they didnt get started until close to 5. These guys moved like pond water. They didnt finish until after 6. I mean no sense of urgency whatsoever! I noticed my rear left tire was low the next day but I couldnt find a nail. So I filled it up with an emergency inflater and checked the pressure in the others and they were all low. These Nittos Terra Grapples have a max of 80 PSI but most people I know with them keep them at about 65 PSI. This is my second set of these tires and I know how they should be inflated. So rather than go back to the Kenner branch I went to the one in Metaire thinking Id have better service. But the lady just argued that they dont go by what the manufacturer recommends! That was all I needed to hear. I cant speak about any other branches but these two displayed great incompetence. I strongly recommend finding a different tire store, if youre in Jefferson Parish. UPDATING MY REPORT: my wife brought my truck to the branch in Slidell and told me the manager was deeply apologetic about the service we received and that the tire that kept losing pressure was installed improperly so that it didnt seal correctly (thanks Kenner!) and that theres no way you want to keep 35 psi in those tires and filled them up to 65 (and thank you Metaire!) So there you go. At last I have found competence at tire kingdom. If they have what youre looking for its worth the trip to cross the lake and let Slidell do the job.
