I will never use this location again, they ripped me off, quoted me 60.00 so I paid it then found out they took 89.00 out and another charge for 38.00. Tried to say I didnt return the truck for 2 days which I brought it back the same day and dropped keys in the after hour bin like I was told to do. Then when I called about the the double charges the older lady got so rude with me and I was very nice to her. She wouldnt even let me finish a sentence. Do yourself a favor and go else where!!!

Best place to rent a truck around. You wont get to meet anyone more friendly than the ladies who work there.

The lady. Owner said I needed a 12 adapter for tail lights. I didnt. Now Im stuck with it.She failed to clamp adapter on correctly. 3x I had to pull over, leading a caravan across country, to fix it. Then figured it out, 2 states away, It worked without it. Scammers.Also had to readjust tow chains. She set it up with them dragging On The Ground.Had to wait hours for her to Jack up trailer and connect it to my suv, because she had phones and other customers.Horrible experiences

Lady quoted one price, made us bring the truck back there, instead of dropping it off locally and then charged us for the mileage to bring it back, and when I called to ask about it, she talks to you like she is scolding a child. I will never use this service location again. U-haul did refund the extra trip charge, but as far as this location, never again!

Great place to go awesome prices and great people

Another local company let us down when we went to pick up our rented truck. Desperate we called U-Haul and they didn’t have anything in Kendallville but did in LaGrange. Kendallville booked everything instantly and LaGrange provided the rest. We were 1 hour from our helpers showing up to load us, thanks to this great team work we didn’t miss a beat!
