Not too bad when you can actually speak to someone in person at the store. Forget about calling the direct phone number and being able to talk to a live employee. I really wish they would change the background music when they put you on hold, after a while it is pretty boring.

I was with a very low budget carrier but upgraded to Samsung s21 5g,had to change carrier but porting was a bit of a challenge and AT&T took care of it right there on the spot,also got a free sim and a wonderful heroes discount 2 lines for $90+,awesome

Been in there twice trying to get a phone on. Dude just hooked me up with a loaner because he tried multiple times. Awesome customer service

Walked in 30 minutes before closing time, instead of being greeted i was instantly told by employee oh hey dude, its pry like gonna be a minute, actually well be closed before i can help u.i told him well thats too bad cuz im not leaving.maybe 5 other ppl came in after me and i was the only one told that.and still ended up with no service no plan no working phone.at&t is the absolute worst staff ive ever dealt with.not even worth 1 star

THE worst customer service experience of my life. The manager was extremely rude. Told us three times we could go to another store. Rude when I called back. Does not understand customer service. Interrupts constantly. I was fired up, but completely reasonable on the phone and he threatened to hang up. He needs training.

Good customer service in this store. Myself as well as anyone else has a list of complaints about their cell phone service. So all I can do is rate the store based on ease of getting answers when visiting the store. I stopped by to inquire about phone calls dropping and data not working randomly, I was explained that it has to do with the upgrading to 5G and all carriers are experiencing the issues. They also answered some questions to my satisfaction about billing.

We were in and out in under 20 minutes to get a new phone! Literally the most frictionless experience at any cell provider bar nunn!! Huge thanks to Kyle and all his help!!

For the second time in 3 years I bought an odd phone online. I was told it would work fine with ATT but two local ATT stores looked at it and said it wouldnt work with their network. I drove to the Kendallville store (30 mile drive) and as usual they were interested and helpful. Half an hour later I walked out with a working Ulefone.

Depending on the time of day you will most likely have to wait for service. Had some issues with a home internet device. Wife and I talked to 3 different reps on 3 different days. We got 3 different answers. They tried to persuade me to switch my phones to them but their own tablets didnt want to connect. Im cautious.

I have been on the phone with ATT. I have also been to the Fort Wayne location. Fort Wayne had no idea about Business accounts, and the people on the phone had no idea about promotions. I went to the Kendallville location, and spoke with Tony. He knew about both. When I went in I told Tony about my experience. He had me in and out in a short time with 4 new phones on a business account and Direct TV for home. He also knew the best way to trade my old phones in to maximize profit on the trades. He was also able to save me money on my ATT internet for my business. Tony has had 11 years experience with ATT. For the best customer service it is worth the drive to Kendallville.

My wife bought the Note 8 recently and had the store put a screen protector on at the time of purchase. 10 days later she took her phone out in the grocery store and the screen protector fell off and into the cart and cracked. They refused to do anything about the issue although it was apparently installed incorrectly. The only reason this isnt 1 star is that the initial sales-person was very helpful.

Just a word of advice, make sure your name is on the account in case your spouse dies.
