Sydney was exceptional with her customer service. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Working with Matt and his team has been seamless for my large business accounts for both phones and tablets. If we ever need something done, day or night, I just get with Matt and he takes care of it right away. From a new phone rushed out to just fixing a billing questions. 5 stars for this team all the way!

Don’t go here. They charge you for what you can do for free on setting up a phone. They also are not knowledgeable about Verizon and the plans Verizon offers. Nothing like getting screwed out of your money for so,etching you can call Verizon and get done for FREE

It was not a positive experience. I felt the rep was condescending and incredulous that I did not know my mothers account number and pin. My mother is sick in the hospital and confused. I am the POA and have been thrown into this situation. They also told me that I had to go to the corporate office in Fort Wayne but did not have an address and said,Its by Toys R Us! When I said I didnt know where it was she said, I thought you said you lived here. When rep called corporate she was so nice and polite but to me the customer, she was rude.

I just needed help getting the SIM card out of my daughter’s IPad and putting my iPad SIM card in her iPad. I also needed help resetting her iPad to factory setting and activating her iPad for my use. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the guy who helped me at the Kendallville, IN Verizon store but he was wonderful!!! Very helpful and efficient!!

Ekkk... showed up asked about switching to Verizon from ATT, have unlocked phone. Immediately said no... Verizon doesnt support unlocked phones got home went online. Checked IMEI number and called, they told me yes, my phone will work. Probably going to go thru Sprint since my first Verizon experience sucked with a lazy salesman. This was the kendallville store, maybe when I showed up 730 and he didnt want to work past 8. I dont know.....

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’d much rather drive 45 minutes to an actual Verizon Wireless Store than deal with this place.
