I went to another business and noted the staff was new, as usual. I requested the price of an oil change. The young employee said my car required synthetic oil and it would be $99. I said their window sticker clearly said they used a less expensive blend last time. He insisted the computer said it had to be 100 % synthetic oil. I know better so I said we were done and and left.The man at Jiffy said he had a blend and quoted a price of about $50. I agreed. I will use Jiffy again.

I go here for every oil change & with the knowledgeable team I know my car is in good hands & Ill be in & out quickly.

The guys treated me with respect and when I told them how much my truck meant to me because it was my fathers they were very understanding. They gave me a list of things I will need to take care of but never pushed any of it on me. Once I told them I would be going on a road trip they strongly recommend a new fuel filter and gave me a coupon plus another coupon that was better than the one I brought in to begin with. I dont know about any other jiffy lube but Ill be taking my old girl there from now on.

It was 100 today and I was dreading having to wait to have my oil changes. These guys were so fast, professional and friendly. I was happily on the road in no time!

The team here is awesome and cares about your experience. They fixed a reverse light, cleaned my windows, changed my oil, and replaced my engine filter in less than ten minutes. The only reason I did not give four stars is because they charge way more for the oil itself than its worth (as per most commercial oil changing places). But hey, it was fast and easy so thanks.

Gary and the rest of the crew are awesome. They did a transmission fluid exchange and oil change. They are fast and communicate very well on what to expect. Prices are reasonable. I would like this review to tell people they do several other services other than oil changes. The crew is trained well and you will be taken care of.

This is the only Jiffy Lube I go to because they’re the nicest and most efficient. I went in to get my brake fluid flushed and they got to work right away, no questions asked. As a female it’s been difficult to feel respected when trying to explain what’s wrong with my car. These people actually take the time to explain things and make sure I get the best price possible!

Went in for an oil change. Was brought to my attention that the transmission fluid was grey...not pink and they suggested a flush and change. No pressure..just informing. I opted for a coolant flush and AC recharge as well. Total cost came out $200 cheaper than the dealership estimate. And done within 45min. Excellent service from Benjamin.

I took my car in here that was an absolute mess, making noise, just awful. They got it all taken care of and literally driving like new. Super happy and impressed! Will be back and will recommend for sure!

Really like the quick, efficient service at JL in Keizer. Gary, the manager, is always friendly and helpful. I like that they tell me about other possible services (radiator or transmission, etc.) without being pushy to buy them.

So this has to be the best jiffy lube in the Salem/Kiezer area a hidden gem. Benjamin the guy who was helping me made me feel like I was getting service at a small town mechanic you know that type. Where you feel like they are actually looking out for you not trying to sell you the next best thing but only what you actually need. The rest of the shops team was quick and professional. I would say I kinda felt like I was a Nascar driver in my Toyota Prius. They showed up they changed oil replaced wipers topped of fluids and they left with a courteous goodbye. I will definitely recommend to my friends and suggest dropping a tip to this team.

Had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube in Keizer, Oregon last week. Very efficient, fast service without getting out of my car (nice because of COVID, so minimal contact). I had a coupon that had expired, but they honored it, which I appreciated. Paperwork indicated they washed my windshield and vacuumed inside of car, which did not occur (likely pre-coded printing in their system prior to COVID). Polite, respectful staff. Ill go back next time I need an oil change.

Had my brakes done today (both axels). Called around and they were competitive but more importantly they could do the job right away. Job was finished within a few hours and when I picked my vehicle up they gave me a lower price than quoted which was even better than the coupon I had. My only complaint is that I had to call them to find out if my vehicle was ready, would have been nice if they called me. Overall great service. Will update my review after I see how the brakes perform.

The guys that replaced my belts told me exactly what was going on with my car and what they were going to do. They didnt try to get me to do any extra stuff that I didnt want and they worked really quickly to get me back on the road. I came in during lunchtime. The employees took me in right away and explained the new procedures of service. They completed my oil change quickly and asked about other services I needed. They completed needed service and gave a discount on site. I really appreciate their work.

Good service, it was fast. (For almost 4 on a Thursday.) I went over to McDonalds for some food and by the time I got back, it was done. Got my oil changed, fluids topped off and my tires checked and aired. Edit: 6/14/21Great service, explained things clearly when I asked about them, such as my a/c. Asked if I wanted other services, but listened when I explained what I had already done. Were very helpful unclogging the motor in my windshield wiper reservoir. Works very well now. Got a new fuel filter and my transmission fluid changed. They want to check my transmission in three days to make sure everything is good on it.
