The guys here were great! They were so friendly and efficient, explaining things as they went along and not trying to upsell costly services, like the oil change place down the road, but instead offered to install my rear wiper and also did a diagnostic on my check engine light. This was such a refreshing chance to my usual oil change experiments in the past. It was my first visit to Valvoline and Im definitely going back. Thanks guys! I stopped in to get my partners cars oil changed. Nick the assistant manager went above and beyond in helping with the headlight that was in need of replacement. He made sure that the angle was correct and spent the extra time and attention to make sure the headlight was in great working order. The employees were nice but I had my own oil and filter, plus a $15 off Any Oil Change Coupon, and I was still charged $34.99. He said because I had my own oil and filter.I wont be going back here!

Nick was very charismatic, and gave great explanations to the questions I had, even when it was about services that Valvoline doesnt offer (for example, tire changes, where I should go to get that done, and how to know it needs to be done.)

All of the employees are extremely friendly & keep you up to date on what’s going on ether whole time. 10/10!!

Honesty, it was almost weird. Thier honesty and attention to detail was amazing. Throw a heathy online coupon for $25 off and it was practically as easy as going to a corner store for a snack.

I was in town visiting my folks for Mother’s Day when my check engine light came on. I called ahead to see if they could run a diagnostic check, but due to Covid 19, they could not. I still brought my car in and was helped by both Justin and Nick. They were both so friendly and helpful! They checked under the hood and went downstairs to check the engine. They couldn’t find anything obviously wrong and explained that it could be a host of things, probably minor. They offered suggestions on where to have a diagnostic check. I tried to pay them for their time, but they said it wasn’t necessary and even gave me a coupon for my next visit. So impressed by these guys. Very friendly and professional, and I was able to drive home with some peace of mind. Highly recommend them.

Jeremy was very friendly and conversant, in addition to being a veteran in the industry. Finally, Glenn quickly greeted us and made us feel right at home.They didnt have our oil filter when we arrived, so they ran out and bought one from the local auto parts store and had me in and out in well under 8 minutes. If it hadnt of been for our chatting, we would have been out in less than 6!Oil changes are rather unsubstantial chores. These guys made me feel at home, enjoy my experience and have the confidence theyre backing my vehicle and want the absolute best to fill my automotive needs.Highly recommended.

This is the best shop in town! Brian and his staff are dedicated to excellent service and customer care. I was so impressed with my last trip in. My car was running rough because the sparkplugs needed to be changed and because it needed a new coil pack. They fixed the problem quickly and i was back on the road in less than an hours time. Highly recommend this place!

Needed a oil change so I went to my community Valvoline here in Keizer and felt scared for my safety. None of the staff was wearing face masks and the lack of social distancing was appalling. If you suffer from any underlying health issues or just value your safety I would not recommend using this establishment for a oil change.

Great fast service

These guys really impressed me. I went in for a transmission flush and ac service. They discovered a fluid leak in my air conditioner, and with a gasket from OReilley auto parts next door, they even fixed the leak for me. Not only that, but they went ahead and tightened up a belt that was squeaking. They really went out of their way to help me out. Ill be going back without a doubt. Id recommend them to anyone.

No appointment needed and the service was fast - almost rushed. Basic oil and filter (x2) change for $130.I like that you stay in the car and the employees all wore masks. But I would appreciate it even more if they wore them to cover mouth and nose as directed.

Pulled in at 4:40 Friday and needed a quart of oil I was a regular customer . I was car four to pull up. Service guy comes up tells me to back up as they’re now going with one service lane. a couple guys are off now including him. So my wait would be about an hour as I’m now car #3 before I can get a 60 second top off of oil - I told him fine I’ll just go across the street to Jiffy Lube and I’ll buy a quart of oil from them and you just lost a long timecustomer see ya! This is my new location. I have used the Lancaster store for years, but recently their service has decline so I now go to Keizer. A longer drive but the service is worth it.

Jordan did an amazing job on my oil change, he was fast, really nice and great at explaining things.

As soon as I pulled up Joel came up and greeted me with a big smile 😁. Joel gathered my information and informed me since it was my first time here that it would be half off for the oil change 👍. While joel was putting oil back into the car, he spilled some oil under the hood and onto the driver side wiper blade. Joel felt so bad. Joel took full responsibility and didnt charge me for the oil change or the new wiper blades. Thank you Joel for the great service!! Joels manager Tyler was very helpful as well.

Came here on 1/25/19 for an oil change. The next day when I drove my car, I heard loud noises under my car. I come to find out that they forgot to screw part of my engine shield. Went back the next day to let them know. They added the missing screws and none of the guys bothered to apologize. First time here and itll be the last time.

Gentleman at Valvoline told my 20 year old daughter that she need two plate bulbs, I just changed them a month ago and low and behold both are still working. I went back to the store and confronted the young man, he apologized and said he didnt know how that happened because they were not working when she was in. I did learn that they get commissions when they sell things. That seems counter productive to a good customer experience. Most people would have had them changed because they trust you, taking advantage of young women is disgraceful. Ill be sure to share this with the company I work for since they use you for their fleet vehicles. I would chalk this up to an honest mistake, except three months ago another Valvoline on Lancaster told her she was in the danger zone on her coolant and needed a flush, today this one said she was fine. Our business will be going elsewhere from now on, My dad, a lifetime mechanic is rolling in his grave right now, wheres the integrity?

Stopped by this morning for an oil change. Chris, Luis and one other fella helped me out today but this being my 2nd visit in the past 3 months, Im learning very quickly they have an all around awesome staff no matter who you speak with. They always tell you how you could improve your car in what aspects they know could be improved, whether you ask them to check or not. Which is amazing, especially for forgetful people such as myself. I have gone to other maintenance shops but you just dont feel as comfortable with someone whos just there to finish the job, like you would with someone who enjoys their job like the guys at valvoline! After being tired of Jiffy lubes practices, rude staff, and shady sales techniques. I decided to give valvoline a try today. I have to say I was taken back by the fact they let me sit in the comfort of my own work rig. At Jiffy lube they take your keys and you usually sit with all the others for about 20 mins before even asking what needs done and isolate you in a small office while trying to upsell you. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything extra but instead was politely informed of the other options. Ace, the gentleman that helped me we was just great. Great customer service and experience. I WILL be returning.

They charge $90 for a full synthetic oil change when I could go to Walmart and buy an oil and filter for less than thirty bucks and do it myself thats outrageous thats called highway robbery right there

Put to much oil in

I was first in line but it took over 30 minutes to be served and they let someone go before me after I had already waited 15 minutes. They also lost a bolt for my engine cover.

They lied and told me I have a transmission leak that my mechanic said doesnt exist. I also asked them to replace a headlight and he started and stopped, told me he couldnt do it because I had to replace the whole housing. My mechanic replaced just the bulb with no issue. I dont trust them and will not be going back.
