Great place for quick oil changes and inspections. Technicians always do a great job, the inside is clean, and they have been one of the few oil change establishments to minimally increase prices despite huge price increases from their suppliers. I personally count it as a plus when a business treats its community with care and ethics. Keep up the great work!

This was my first time visiting the place. The staff was very friendly, and well trained. They asked all the questions that needed to be asked so they could their to perfection. I was going in for an oil change, and they took care of it efficiently. They check all my fluids topped of any of them that were low. Checked my windshield wipers, and asked about inside air filter. They all their points covered. They very polite and professional. I will be taking my car back to them when the mileage calls for it.

I’m just gonna keep it simple. They don’t change out the oil filter during your oil change. Took a few photos during a quick stop and after a second stop a month later, same oil filter. You just lost another customer.

I normally do all my own work on my vehicles, that being said... I just had to change the oil in my 2017 tundra with less than 60,000 miles on it, after I had it changed there about 6000 miles ago because the oil pressure was getting high. Full synthetic on a new engine should be good for 10,000 miles. I only pulled 4 quarts of oil out of a 5.7 L, explains the pressure issue, and there’s no way that was full synthetic oil or it just had to work twice as hard. I will never go back to that place and I recommend nobody else goes there because the kids they’ve got running it are either morons or crooks.

Visiting from Pecan Grove and needed to wash my truck, only to find out that their joining carwash is FILTHY! I know you cant put the whole blame on them because people will be people but come on...

Took my car in for an inspection. They had me pull it in the bay and I walked in the shop. One of the techs got in my car, backed it out of the bay and drove it around the parking lot accelerating aggressively. Its a fast car but I never had them drive it around the parking lot before during an inspection. Got the felling he just wanted to drive it just for fun. Was very upset that he is hot rodding my car. I understand testing the brakes but that can be done in the bay. Ive used this place many times and never had them test drive my car during an inspection.

Went for oil change, the shop was not busy, waited for almost 15 minutes in the office, no one asked me what Im here for, or how they. Can help, the guy at the front desk walked in and out the office 4 times, without even talking to me. So I decide to leave, and give my business to some other places that respects clients.

Was not their best day.

I used to sent all my vehicles to them for inspection. Today I sat there for more that 30 minutes while the employees were just talking outside not working. I asked why they are not working and they said that the only person who does inspection is talking to the boss. I request taliking to the owner and a guy showed up from the back office and instead of appologize for the inconvinience, he questioned me about my time of wait. I left very dissapointed and other customer behind me as well. I took my truck down the road north of Katy Hockley cut offf and they did it fast and cheaper than them. I hope they improve their customer service.

I have been going to Katy Quick Lube for many many years and have always gotten really good service. Josh was always friendly and helpful. Saturday I was there to get an oil change and no one helped me at all. I continued to say excuse me over and over and yet no one helped me. My vehicle was parked at the bay door but they never drove it in. After waiting 20 mins I left. There were 3 guys in the shop standing around talking. I sure do miss the old crew who treated people with respect. I wont be going back at all.

Quick and clean Oil Change.

They were very polite and very fast.i had an oil change and they did an excellent job. I also needed an inspection and they told me 2 if the tires would not pass. One of them.possibly but the other no. They could t inspect the car until the tire or tires were changed. Went to the tire store and they told me 3 needed replacement.I replaced all 4 s d went back to Quick Lube and they inspected my car right away. It passed. They were so nice and polite . I recommend them to my friends .

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for years, since my first car in high school and my current dinosaur. Im sad to say that customer service has gone down here a lot. I asked how much longer it would be (30 min since arriving) and the guy shrugged his shoulders and said I dunno, itll be done whenever it is done? uh okay.I had my windshield wipers changed out once (April 2013?) they left them inside the hood. I guess my Infidel sticker offends a man who works here but when asked if I knew what that even meant he continue to mansplain what it meant and assumed I hate people who practice Islam...no...that isnt what that means or what I said.

Short wait for an inspection and oil change.

Went in for an inspection on truck. They tech spun tires and peeled out. What!?! Then when he was finished it was raining and he left truck exposed with the door wide open and walked inside for us to pay and the seat and door panel was soaked.

I came to this place after I went to another place (a big chain business, who wont be name)and got turned down for a simple oil change.This place is wonderful! Great service and amazing staff. I got an oil change and a state inspection for my car.

We had a great experience here! Josh, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating. I have a Mini Cooper and they went to get me a filter from OReilly since they do not carry them in stock. They vacuum your vehicle as well, which I needed badly! Was quick and easy. Competitive pricing and quick service. We would recommend Katy Quick Lube!

One positive thing was his bad attitude prompted me to abort doing biz there and immediately found an awesome place nearby ended up letting next place handle all 3 cars for state inspections wiper, air filter changes and oil service too might been a bad day and he needed a snickers bar but still no need to be so grumpy to customers

Terrible service. Stay away. They do not take electronic proof of insurance but supposedly will allow you to fax it to them...except when they dont.I went in for an oil change and inspection. However they failed to tell me their fax machine was out prior to service even though they admitted that they knew before service. They waisted a full 2 hours of my time. I would have taken my business elsewhere if they woul have told me in advance. The fact that they did not disclose this information. Worst service in Katy because they dont care. I will never go back. I have a choice...I choose anywhere but here.

These guys were polite, reasonably priced and super fast! We told them we needed an oil change, the guy asked which oil we wanted, and thats what they did - change the oil. They didnt look at much else in the car, trying to find something else for us to buy or get fixed, which I really appreciate. (If I want to know about the state of anything else under the hood, Ill ask). Their restroom was clean and we were in & out in under 10 minutes - didnt even have time to eat our sandwiches for lunch.

They keep failing my car in inspections. the inspector shows attitude sometimes, like he would call me to come to him by the show of his hands instead of using his words. they also need to put more shade where they ask us to park our cars while waiting.

Worst service ever. STAY AWAY. Car Inspector takes lunch break in the middle of inspecting my car. When I paid cashier and was leaving, I asked Inspector whether he thought from a customer service perspective, it would have been better to take his break between cars. He told me he doesnt get a scheduled break, is not allowed one, and besides was none of my business as he needs to eat. Call me crazy, but I think a better process would have been to take break ‘between’ cars being inspected, and communicate to customers before they get in line and begin the long waiting process. Inspector then tells me to shut up and get the F$&@?$ out of here and to never come the F&$@?@ back. To make matters worse, their printer didnt work and the emissions report was not furnished, I am guessing this is against the law? But they kept right on selling inspections! I called during the week to talk to the owner, Josh, and he told me he got the story already from his staff (think it was honest?), didn’t need to hear my version, and to never come back as they dont want my business. Imagine getting the F-bomb thrown at you in front of other customers, including kids, and the owner Josh doesn’t care? Guess he leads by example!

Came to get an inspection after an incident at another inspection place. It was about an hour wait but they did everything right I would definitely recommend this place. Very honest and friendly people working.

Katy Quick Lube holds true to its name. For a competitive price I was in and out with a oil change in less than 30 mijutes. They also vaccumed inside my truck and topped off fluids. The facility while somewhat small, is very well kept and employees were friendly and personable. Not that it matters because you wont be kept waiting long!

The staff was amazing. Came in at 5:30 one evening no waiting in line they took my car in, changed the oil filter, put new windshield washer blades on for me, and went above and beyond.

The credit card machine was down so I had to pay cash. The guy seemed like he thought telling me this info would make me leave. They were through but not quick. There was one car in the bay prior to me getting there and the guys were more concerned with chatting each other up rather than doing their jobs.

Awful service. Waited an hr in my truck to get an oil change. Guy would give me dirty looks as if I was inconveniencing him. After he was done he literally slammed my hood. Oh and it was 38 dollars for an oil change. I could of driven an extra 5 min and gotten cheaper and quicker. I learned my lesson. Hope yall go out of business

Do not go here! Your vehical will smell like cigarette smoke since the mechanics smoke while servicing your vehical. They are very unfriendly and take forever to do inspections even if there are no other customers.
