Took my 2017 Soul to the dealer for an oil change and all points inspection. They marked my brakes as 6mm (green) the same as they had for the last 2 years. Brought it to Gary and the team at Midas and they showed me EXACTLY what was going on. Free brake inspection showed my front brakes were at 2 NOT 6. The guys got me hooked with lifetime brakes at an affordable price. Professional and affordable. Cant ask for much more.

I was referred by Mason Road Auto yo check my AC system. They first evacuated then charged the system. Turns out the compressor had gone out. Gary worked with me to get it done at a reasonable price!

DONT TRUST The Midas Touch. Fourth visit to this location. All previous visits were professional, friendly & timely. On Saturday August 7th, I took in my vehicle for $1200 worth of repairs including repairs to parts surrounding windshield. Repairs were done without a hitch but this time my vehicle had a windshield crack that was not there before. I brought it to the attention of Gary before I left but I was asked to send pictures and was informed manager would reach out to me. Since I did not receive a call, I called Gary. Gary informed that Midas is not responsible for windshield crack. Now I’m out $400 for a cracked windshield. Please be cautious in visiting this location. UPDATE- Midas “online” reached out on the 10th so I replied on the 10th. NOTHING after that day. So disappointed on the lack of ETHICS of this corporation. DONT TRUST the Midas touch.

First time coming here and I was impressed with the service! Sam took GREAT care of me. He told me detailed information about my vehicle and what work needs to be done. They physically show you everything going on with your vehicle. Honest and genuine atmosphere! Sam helped me with a great deal on my vehicle repairs and I couldn’t be more happy with the service! 10/10 recommend!

I arrived with a major alignment issue in my F250. Gary and his crew have one of the few lift able to work on my truck. They took the truck in and realigned it & I was I’m on the road right within an hour total. Fast and good work!

Sam and Crew were great, they all deserve raises in my opinion. Ill take my three cars do it for all of my oil changes. I will be a lifetime customer, they also have a great financing deal you pay $50 down, and then you have a hundred days to pay off zero interest. To me that is great I get my car fixed the same day and I dont have to pay $500 $1,000 $2,000.

I arrived here close to closing time, not to mention I just relocated here and my car wouldn’t start. They were very friendly, professional and helped me understand what was wrong with my car. They got me in and out with 30 minutes. I highly recommend them for any car service. I definitely will be coming back for my auto needs.

We were happy with the service and follow up. The customer service representatives were informative and told us about other service that our vehicle was due for but did not try topressure us to get them done. I was also happy that they were actively following COVID safety rules and that made me feel like they would have the same level of attention to safety when working on my car.

I have been here twice. Waiting time is quick and service is excellent. They evaluate and break down the details of my car condition. The manager name Gary was excellent on his recommendations and he did not pressure me on any additional service that is needed to be done after the evaluation. Absolute great place to have your car serviced with a clean large waiting room. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. I came towards the end of the day and The manager Gary had no problem fitting me in even though they were very busy!

My prius was dropped off on a weekend for an oil change, tire rotation, new filters, and new wipers. The staff did a wonderful job and were very quick! I usually have issues with shops having the correct size inventory for my car, but they had everything I needed! On my way to pick up my vehicle my fiancé asked some questions about his suv. He was having steering issues and heard a rattling sound at spreds over 50mph. The staff immediately took a look at his suv and performed everything we needed (realignment & tire rotation). The staff even checked on the vehicle status the next day to be sure everything was peachy!

Today I went to the Midas located by Katy Mills Mall and Gary as well as the mechanics there today were the best. I went in for an inspection and I ended up getting tires and the inspection. I was in a bit of a bind with a repair for my car that needed to be done almost immediately. Called for a quote at ANOTHER store and when I got there (less than 15 minutes later), they doubled the price previously quoted. I wasnt happy with this, so I called Midas and they worked with me on the price and odd request I had for the repair. I asked to speak with Gary and he said he was off for the day. He also started claiming that because it is a sports car, the voucher was no good however later during the conversation he changed the speech saying that extra were not covered in the voucher (even though nothing is said about additional costs rather than eventual labor time - as above )He had a very bad customer approach raising his tone voice as he spoke.I will never go back to any MIDAS facility to have my fleet served.

This Midas location is great (in comparison to other maintenance shops Ive gone to in the past). Customer service is at the top of their priority list...right next to returning your vehicle to you in better condition than when you brought it in. This place is not here to just collect money from people who are blindly looking for a trustworthy car maintenance/repair service...they are actually looking out for the best interest of the customer and their vehicle...and this is something that I can truly appreciate! Sam is the store manager and really understands that high-level customer service wins every time. Ill continue to drive out of the way to bring my vehicle to this location. The service was wonderful and everybody was super nice.

They pushed me to get $500 worth of brake work done after I got an oil change done here. I went and got a second opinion from Meineke (right down the road) and they found that my brakes were perfectly fine and even inquired about who had told me my brakes needed done and told me straight up that Midas had tried to rip me off. Meineke also found that several of my lug nuts were stripped (presumably from Midas) and replaced them for free ($40 worth of parts)Wont be going back to Midas...all my business is going to the Meineke where I can trust theyll be honest.

Our power steering belt ripped on I-10. We got off the closest exit and immediately called Midas. They were closing, but said if we could come a mile down the road, they would stay and fix our power steering for us.I cannot thank Gary and Gazi enough for their over-whelming generosity for helping us.We were 2 hours into an 8 hour trip.Fantastic service at Katy Mills Midas.Gary and Gazi are amazing!

Came here the other day and got an alignment on my sons car. No problems at all so I decided to come back today because the guy yesterday said the fix everything. Walked in and was greater. Told the guy I needed some work done on my truck. Said I needed to come back tomorrow. Didnt ask what was wrong or anything. What I have wrong is a bad windshield wiper system that needs to be replaced and the information console on my 2012 f-150 King ranch.No need to look under the hood or anything. Get the part number out of your computer system. Look it up and give me a cost. Didnt even need it done right away. Get up from your desk, get a VIN and look it up. Way too difficult I guess. He had no desire to help anyone today. Lazy.The email address does not work. It comes up as an error. So it makes you look like you really care to others but it shows me what I have already learned is true. Ridiculous.

Went in and got an exhaust replacement done, when I went in i was told 3 hours of labor and given a quote. I knew this quote wasnt going to be correct because it doesnt take 3 hours to do a simple exhaust replacement. I ended up getting charged for 3 hours of labor when the Tech only worked on my truck for little less than an hour. 3 hours of labor = 387 dollars, this is outrageous when even on the Midas website it says the labor for a replacement should be around 100.Edit: After speaking to the manager, Im told that no matter if he spent 5 minutes or 8 hours on my vehicle i was paying 387 for it. Turns out if you come here you are not only paying for your service but the next customers as well.

Don’t waste your time and money in this place. The manager was pretty rude (yelling to the customer) and they didn’t a good job with my car and keep failing. They only take my money from my pocket and do not cover the warranty.

Beware of this place!!! I usually change my own oil, but ran out of time and was going out of town, so I decided to take it here. I use K&N oil filters on my vehicles. So before bringing it here I changed the oil and installed a k&n filter... 3 months later I bring it here for a full synthetic oil change... 3 months later I change the oil myself just to find out the same oil filter I installed 6 months prior was still being used. I didn’t make a big deal out of it. This isn’t something you can see without replacing the filter, it’s not like you paid for a new tire and can obviously see if the tire is new or not, anyways just trying to let y’all know that you really don’t know what you will get bringing your car here. For all I know they could’ve used the cheapest oil and was told it was full synthetic, that’s one reason I do everything I can myself because you know exactly what your getting. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

I was very pleased with the service i received!

I came into this place asking for a front wheel alignment. They noticed that I needed both right and left lower control arms replaced. I already knew this because another place told me, but I wanted a second opinion to be certain, before I spent the money. The manager Craig said he would give me an awesome deal and he wouldn’t charge me for this or that, and gave me a walk out price of $800, in actuality this wasn’t a deal at all and actually overpriced me by $250 from the quote I got from the last shop of $550. I’m not saying he was trying to screw me over but I’m just saying it wasn’t actually a deal at all. Everyone who worked there seemed like nice guys overall.
