My husband and I came in with a trade in. Adam was a great sells rep. He was knowledgeable and funny. The process took longer than we had imagined but we left happy. Thank you Adam for your professionalism and your ability to connect with us. The finance manager was fantastic even when he was short staffed. I hope I spell your name right Rashee. Thank you for your time. And bless your wife for providing safety for our community. We stand with the blue.
Seen a really nice truck online and sent a text message in. Jared responded then had Daniel message me. We coordinated everything online all the way to the pre-approval. Very pleasant and streamlined process.Came in to look at the truck, and of course buy it. Super clean and exactly as described with no surprises or hidden issues.Very happy with this transaction and would definitely recommend this team for a purchase.Raheam sealed the deal in finance and made everything pleasant 👌Bravo AutoNation 👏
They make you feel special until you sign that dotted line. After the sale I can’t get a response. There have been several issues and response time is long or none at all. Maybe a Dale Carnegie sales class for your sales people or I have a few books I can recommend. Screen shots of my emails, text messages and call log are available.
Hugh Schiltz made us feel right at home and helped us every step of the way in finding the perfect vehicle. He was very informative and super patient. He could tell that we were not going to settle for anything less than what we were looking for. From the day we walked in until I drove my new Jeep Gladiator off of the lot at midnight, he made the entire experience a pleasant one. We look forward to a long relationship with him and AutoNation.
I was not gonna leave a bad review if they at least return my email, but since they didn’t, here it goes…Bought a car there, like all other dealers, time to sell, they are all your friends! When you need something, they don’t get back to your email. They promised my car was all checked up, not really.Engine air filter awful dirty! I mean, really bad!Cabin filter the same, lots of dry leaves and dead bugs inside the filter!Wiper blades dry and not doing a good job!Sent email to them explaining the problems, but of course, no response. Those are simple things that cost nothing to the dealer to replace, but the thing is all about making more money on the customer!Really disappointed on how they treated me not answering my email. This car will be changed pretty soon, and I was hoping to do business with them again, no more!So if you deal with those guys, check all those things before you buy a car there, because they WILL rip you off!All those things make me think, did they change my oil?? Drove 500 miles with the car, went to change the oil, was disgusting dirty, black! So no, they DID NOT change the oil either!Open your eyes with AUTONATION!
I had a ticking sounds on my 2018 Ram 2500 and took it to Auto Nation/Katy. Buddie was my service advisor and he was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend contacting Buddie for honest assessment on your vehicle service needs-
Car Salesman Anothny Grant is awesome 💯. Very professional, kind& cares about his customers. The finance Mgr on the other hand is definitely 👎🏼. Was putting on a front the entire time. Got but hurt when we decided to not go with this extra warranty oil change deal. Attitude went from friendly to rude in a matter of minutes.5⭐️ Mr Grant
My visit to Autonation was really great. The salesman Daniel helped me get a awesome car for my son. He worked with me through the entire process. Then when I was passed off to the finance manager it was another pleasant experience. Chris the finance manager was very fast and knowledgeable and even went above and beyond to get me a good warranty. I appreciate everything they did, normally buying a car is a long and hectic process this was a great experience. Youll have my business for life. Thank yall!!!!
Customer Service was on point! I was informed by the sales representative on every aspect of my new Challenger. My trade in offer was also respectable! The finance and closing of the deal didnt take a HOT Texas hour! For once I didnt spend 8 hours at a dealership sitting and waiting because they were juggling multiple customers for one sales rep! Thats how it should be done! Give me your undivided efforts...after all this isnt chump change!
Id like to thank Carlos Gonzales for making this process very smooth. I came in as a well informed buyer with a lot of homework done and I did not have to go through a ton of hoops to come to an agreement with Carlos and feel we both made a great deal. Ive had a much better experience with this AutoNation branch than any other CDJR dealers in the surrounding 30 miles.
The Jeep was competitively priced and our salesman was familiar with the Jeep’s operation. However, the after sale, the customer service from the sales folks was atrocious. No Owners Manual, no special tools, and a spare with a locking nut with no key (the spare was unusable). No help from the sales folks, I was on my own. We went out of town (left the Jeep in the garage), came back, and the Jeep would not start. Our salesman said to tow the car to the dealer and they would fix it. However, after it was towed to the dealer and before fixing it, they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic that would be covered if the problem was covered by warranty. I inquired if a bad battery was covered and the answer came back “no”. I did not do the diagnostic, went and got the Jeep, went to an auto parts store, bought a new battery (the store even installed it) and the Jeep works fine. While fooling with the battery, I found the coolent container was empty. I guess “coolent level” is not one of their 150 point checks. After all this, I get a note from the Service Dept (who were very helpful) that said I had to pay for the towing. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I wanted to protest and not pay, but, I had no leverage for I would end up paying the bill anyway, plus collection fees, plus a ding to my credit. It’s hard to stick to your principles these days! Will I go back? If the price of the vehicle is right (plus $1000 for “customer service” I would consider still going back. This buyer is now aware.
I hope loosing me as a client over $200 diagnostic fee was worth it.Was told that diagnostic fee would be waived if required work was completed by AutoNation. They still charged me and refused to take it off the bill. I gave them two chances to remove the fee but then reluctantly paid $700 for two batteries and walked out, never to return to any AutoNation entity ever again.I could have had the same work done at Autozone for $250... and they would have done the diagnostic for free... testing battery, recharging batter, re-testing battery...
Avoid at all costs. Negotiated a truck deal and agreed to all terms. Was supposed to pick truck up today, even received confirmation and appointment confirmation last night. I decided to email and ask if it was ready so I can sign and pick up the truck, I was told it was Sold ! Will never use or recommend this dealer ever. If it was sold ( if the truck was even available) they baited me to come in when they knew the truck wasn’t available, what a colossal waste of time !!! I received zero notice until I was about to come in and decided to contact them ahead of time. Taking my business elsewhere, real nice how they treated a past customer
Spent half the day there, which it seems is always the case at the dealer these days, but the time went smooth as Andres kept me company and was an awesome partner in time. LOL! He was never pushy and did exactly what i asked of him. Chris, in finance (although I had my own), was the consummate professional and Diego put the bow on top. Great team work! Just do it faster guys! :-) All jokes aside, other than the time it took, it was seamless and I would recommend anyone to go see Andres and the team for help!
I brought my Ram for servicing and I had a pleasant and delightful experience. The Dealership is close to home too. My Service Agent was Pierre and he was outstanding throughout the process. If you are in the W. Houston area, you cannot go wrong.
I bought my car from the showroom floor. A first. But by the time we were finished I had the most expensive car payment you can imagine for this one, and it is hard for service people to locate the specifics of what extras I actually bought. I like the ambience of hanging out here though waiting for my car. They have free coffee and snacks (not free). Also I got my car repaired here after a wreck and it took a really long time and cost me a fortune in rental car expenses.
If there was a 0 stars I would rate them a zero. Simple fact, I went there on 9/17 with cash to purchase a vehicle but of the 4 vehicles I wanted to see they could either not find the keys or the vehicle was being cleaned thus they could not show me the vehicle. Meanwhile, the entire sales staff had no problems going into the bullpin and having a mini-auction to set the price on yesterdays trade in. The ironic thing is that the 5th vehicle I asked to see was one that was traded in, they had the keys and had just fired it up. They even set the sales price below the cash I had in hand. Meanwhile with numerous sales staff present, they could not show me that vehicle either.Considering that I drove down from Austin, TX to see the vehicles and make a purchase to not even be shown a single vehicle when I had the cash in hand. And they claim they have good service. Maybe for their staff but certainly not for their customers.
I recently bought a used ram 2500 in Autonation ram Katy since I spoke with Fernando, the seller makes you feel a lot of trust, he is honest, helpful and very friendly, his service is excellent, the attention he gives you is very good, they are always offering you different options for your benefit. You can test the car that you want, the negotiation was very fast and the financing was excellent. Carlos works for you, adjusts the interest to your budget, and he also gets you the best guarantee to protect your investment. The truth is, it was a very good experience. I highly recommend them. When you want to buy your next vehicleThanks
I take pride in taking care of my vehicle. Its a very clean car from head to toe. However, I scheduled an oil change in the month of June. When the car was returned to me. I decided to check under the hood. I keep a clean engine. There was a big spot of oil on the HEMI engine cover; then one of my spike lug nuts was missing. My service advisor apologize and wanted to make things right. Which I really appreciated. I had to purchase another set of lug nuts. Well it has been more than two months and no response regarding reimbursement. I have made 4 trips to the dealership and each time I call; I am a prerecorded message stating the issue over and over again and no call back. It would be really nice to hear from someone.
This 5 star review goes for Aiuella for showing what customer service is about and much more. If you need any assistance with your vehicle she’s the one to go to! Respectfully, Raul R.
Great experience on our new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Purchase. Our salesman Hector Flores was great, took his time and we got the deal we wanted. We drove away happy in our new car. So go see Hector you wont regret it.
I had a great experience at AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Katy, TX. I had been looking for a new car to lease and went to so many dealerships in the area and couldnt find what I needed, or the people I met werent helpful, etc. At AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Katy I met Fernando Meza, he was a great salesman, not pushy at all, trying his best to make it work and have my needs met, and it all worked out great!!! The entire team over there was super helpful and made the process very easy and I drove off in my brand new Jeep Cherokee. Would def. recommend anyone to go over there when looking for a new car!!
SERVICE WAS GOOD. TECHNICIAN WAS THOROUGH AND FOUND SOURCE OF ISSUE. COMMUNICATION WAS LACKING AT THE BEGINNING BUT IMPROVED OVER THE TIME THAT THE VEHICLE WAS BEING SERVICED. PARTS SHORTAGE CONTRIBUTED TO LONG REPAIR TIME BUT OUT OF THE HANDS OF THE DEALERSHIP. I WOULD RECOMMEND AND USE AGAIN.
The BEST car buying experience ever! Everyone was very professional and yet very down to earth. Biggest shout out to Jeremy our sales agent, he is wonderful. He was patient and continued to look for the vehicle we were looking for. He would take the time to take photos of possible contenders as well as keep us posted daily. Thank you Jeremy, many referrals coming your way for sure!!!Jessica
My contact service person, Buddy, was great. He kept in contact with me about the status of my car repair. Communication is always important to me. They repaired my alignment and replaced the refrigerant in my car as well. I did get shuttle service to my home as the repairs took more than a day. I would recommend their services.
Fernando Meza was very helpful in getting me a Ram truck. I highly recommend that you ask for Fernando when you begin your search for a new vehicle. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our sales guy was Sherif and he did an amazing job. He was very straight forward. Keep in mind we drove from Dallas to Katy just to purchase a car. A day before I called the dealership and asked if the car was still available and it was. Sherif emailed us forms to get the process started. The next day we drove to Katy and Sherif had the car ready. The manager also came to greet us. There is a backstory to why we drove to Katy for the car but we will drive Katy again for our next car. Sherif and Phyllis, thank you for making the process enjoyable. If you are looking for a car contact Sherif!
We scheduled 3 weeks in advance an oil change and to check transmission since gears were jumping. We were informed we could get a loaner car if transmission was to be worked on or needed to stay longer then a day. Upon arrival to dealership, Diego stated they would need to keep vehicle up to 24 hours for diagnostic test. After 24 hours we did not receive a call so we called and Diego stated it could take 24-48 hours for a diagnostic test to be completed. When asked for a loaner car they stated we don’t have any we only have 3 and they are out. We called again to check the statues later that day and quote Diego stated I told you it could take up to 48 hours to run a diagnostic test. We requested to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor was unhelpful as well. He told us they need to take the transmission and open it to look inside sometimes. When I asked why it takes so long to run a 10-15 min diagnostic test they stated they have other appointments to do as well. We informed him we did also 2 days prior and the Auto Nations on I-45 in Spring we never had these issue before. The supervisor then stated they must be better than us!! Come to find out we ended up having to rent a car and since the report stated nothing was wrong, the extended warranty would not cover diagnostic testing and they couldn’t reproduce the issue. (funny because the car only had 1 mile over when we left our vehicle- so did they even test drive it to get to at-least 2nd or 3rd gear???) They told us our transmission fluid was black as well and needed to be flushed. That could be the reason why it’s jumping gears. We were so disappointed of the professionalism of the service department we took the vehicle to a Privately owned Transmission Shop. The transmission fluid was not black at all and tech even showed us, the transmission fluid still looked red/ new. The privately owned Transmission mechanic drove the car and was able to reproduce the shifting issue and ran a diagnostic test all in less then 45 minutes. The privately owned Transmission was able to do a factory reset to the transmission and added an additive to correct the issue. Long story short we are out of our pocket 180.00 for Auto Nation to run a diagnostic test and Rental car expenses which was an additional 240.00.
Taking your car in for service can be stressful - especially when you dont know whats wrong with it. However, I had a great experience at AutoNation Katy - Buddy was super responsive and honest about all of the issue with my truck. Really appreciate the professionalism and timeliness. Thank you!
The Sales team was nice and patient as we shopped and discussed. The Sales manager was also willing to work with what we wanted. The over all experience was long but everyone was helpful, informative, and willing to work with us.
Very helpful and knowledgeable employees, was treated with respect and very timely manner..
Sam Miranda was the absolute best. I called to see if this dealership had what I was looking for and by the time I arrived (less than 39 min after calling) Sam had my car already started for my test drive. The process was quick and easy. I will be using river oaks for my next vehicle purchase for sure!!!
My cars windshield leaks water in. The car is under warranty so I send it to the dealer last Thursday. Warranty case denied very quick, and a price was quoted to fix the problem. I told them to go ahead. Then everything slows down, first they told me the technician on the job was off for a day, then he was held by another job, then the part is not ready yet, then no more update. Has been 5 days, still waiting. Definitely no loaner car available they said.
Great buying experience but good luck getting help after the purchase. I have been calling and leaving messages for months. I have tried going to the dealership myself and was told they were too busy for me and that I could leave a message, a message that apparently went in the trash.
Purchased my last two trucks from Autonation and had a excellent experience. But …..Yesterday arrived at 10:00 am with my son for his first truck buying experience. No haggling over price of truck, offer for trade in was exceptional, but the financing experience was horrendous. First off don’t offer a 12.99 percent finance for 60 months to a individual that has excellent credit. Demanded keys to the trade in and left. Received a phone call 5 minutes later with a reasonable interest rate. Finally left with a truck 5:30pm approximately 7 1/2 hours later. My advise steam-line the experience, offer a reasonable interest rate, and take no as no for extended warranties. Get your customers in and out 7 1/2 hours is way too long!
I have had a couple recalls now and every time I come in the staff is very professional and kind. I ask specifically for Corey every time because he was articulate, up front and transparent about what’s best for my Jeep. This man has in my opinion gone above and beyond the definition of customer service in his attention to detail and updating me in the process even when I wasn’t expecting one. This guy is a rockstar and if I ever need to bring my Jeep in you best believe I’ll be asking for Corey again. Thank y’all for always taking care of me and my Jeep!
Adam was Awesome and made me feel at ease. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and even drove me to the bank himself so I could get a cashiers check! And Diego was great with the financing part. Super easy to talk to, and made the process painless! Overall great experience!
Took my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service was quick and I was able to get my vehicle back in about two hours. I didnt give it five stars because I also opted for an interior detail but even though it was listed on my appointment, since I didnt tell the attendant when I was dropping the truck off it wasnt done. When I showed the appointment with interior detail listed I was told but you didnt say anything about it when you dropped off the truck.
Korey was my rep and he was always clear and direct. Very easy to communicate with and was always a pleasure to work with.
Highly recommend! Great buying experience. Go see Sherif. He will make the buying process very easy. I got a great deal. Ive had a great experience with AutoNation.
Had an amazing experience at this AutoNation! Our sales guy Linh was absolutely amazing! Totally recommend asking for him for your new car needs. Will be referring all friends and family to him!
I don’t usually write reviews but this time I MUST do so due to the fantastic job they did.I took my truck to Machaik dodge because my truck does not turn on every time I try. They made me pay over 2500.00 and did not fix the problem. So I called Billy the service manager at Auto-nation dodge Katy and I told him about the issue I took the truck to him second day; within few days truck was ready and running 100%.Thanks to Autonation for having such a great experienced employees.
Anthony did a great job. We had been getting the runaround from other dealerships for 2 days before Anthony helped us. We left with our brand new Jeep and are very thankful.
The customer service here was great! William ( Buddy) was very helpful and great to work with during my visit. Thank you!
I scheduled my van for a recall service. They promised to call/text if parts are not available. I got no cancellation text or call so I brought my car as scheduled, spending 30 min waiting for the person to receive my car and check-in and then he said sorry we don’t have the part and it may take over two months for getting it!!!
Worst experience and I refuse to give them my business. They are just looking for a sale. Andres was my sales person. I was trading in my 2021 Toyota Tacoma for a 2021 Grand Cherokee. I was already pre-approve with my credit union. All AutoNation needed to do was to send over the Buyers Statement. I was asked multiple times by Andres, Finance lady and a finance manager if I wanted AutoNation to run my credit to get me a better rate. I told them all NO. This was Monday, 7/26/21. Tuesday, 7/27/21, my plans were to finish signing for my vehicle when I received an alert from Credit Karma that an inquiry was made. I called the department that inquired and I was told at 6pm on 7/26/21 AutoNation Jeep requested my credit pulled. I was furious. I called Andres to let me know how unprofessional they are and I was taking my business somewhere else.It is funny how no one has called me since. First they would not let me leave the dealership without making a deal and after they messed up, not one apology. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS.
The process of buying our van was extremely long (~9 hours!). The salesperson was overworked with sales. He was polite and accommodating, but took some time between clients. We also havent heard back from him since we were waiting on floormats that were removed from the vehicle. Its been almost 3 months and have yet to hear back.
The vehicle drives great. The rub is the service. You can schedule a service appointment weeks in advance and when you get there they’ll have no idea why you’re there. On the website, you can request a loaner and after 2 years coming here, they have never once had a loaner car ready. Once I waited 3hrs for a loaner, but usually it never comes at all. When you buy from here they will tell you that they’ll have a loaner ready for you every time you bring your car in. This is a lie. They will not. They’re dodgy, conniving, and impossible. Or they really are just flakes who have no business servicing other humans.
The worst customer service that I have ever experienced with a dealership service department. My truck was being serviced for a warranty claim. Not a single person in the service department would answer the phone or return a call. Communication regarding the status of my vehicle was non existent. I left 10 messages with both my service rep and management without a return call. If you need to reach someone, call the Parts department as someone will actually answer.
Had service maintenance on the truck. Alex is always so helpful and efficient. We really appreciate the professionalism he provides.
Service Manager was nice but up charged on the repair to my extended warranty company. The warranty company recommended companies they partner with. They provided seven different companies so choose one close where I lived that worked with my extended warranty.
I bought a brand new RAM Truck & spent an additional several thousand dollars on the Lifetime Warranty.Since the Computer tends to periodically shift into Park, when you’re driving 65 MPH down the Highway, with a Semi Truck behind you, or shift into Neutral, while you’re trying to cross an intersection with cross traffic, I’ve taken it to my local Dealership several times. They typically keep the Truck for several weeks / months & do NOT supply me with a Loaner Vehicle, even though the Lifetime Warranty is supposed to include one. When it was still under Factory Warranty, they replaced the Computer, but now that it’s under my Lifetime Warranty, I’m continuously advised, that Fiat won’t replace a defective part, that only malfunctions intermittently.(All correspondence, between the Factory & myself / the Dealership & myself, has been recorded & documented, for future reference.)I guess Fiat-Ram will be able to explain that rational to a Judge, when my Wife hires an Attorney, after I’m killed by an “intermittent” issue.I’ll NEVER buy another Dodge again!
Horrible customer service, undependable. Do Not Recommend.Every time I walk into the service center not a single person acknowledges me or asks if they can help. I usually stand there for awhile until I finally just interrupt someone from looking down at their desk. This has happened everytime Ive been there and this was the last time I try. Its like everyone thinks the if they dont look up, they dont have to deal with the customer who just walked in. This last time, I took my sons car in for recall work and to get a safety inspection before heading off to college. I dropped it off for an appointment at 9 and when I picked it up at 4, the invoice said the inspection was not completed today. When I asked why not, they simply said, it wasnt done and they were sorry. The tech just decided not to do the inspection. The manager was standing there too. They did offer to do the inspection if I was willing to wait awhile but, they had it all day and my son had to go to work. Horrible customer service, undependable. Do Not Recommend.
Initially the experience was great but after time went on the experience seemed to degraded due to such long wait times waiting for each department to get involved with the sale of the vehicle.Other then that, a few issues were found with the vehicle that I was looking at and they were not previously mentioned during showing the vehicle (preowned). And after finding out about these issues, they would not adjust the asking price at all. To me if your unaware of issues and don’t be up front with the customer about them during the initial inspection, that makes the buyer very suspicious about what else might be wrong with the vehicle. We ended up purchasing the vehicle as we needed something relatively soon.
Parker was my salesman. He helped me get the best deal on the vehicle I wantee. He went over and beyond expectations. Ask for Parker!!!
Arthur and the Candy man was great. Treated me fair. They offered me more on my trade in than what I was expecting. Arthur my sales associate was great. He showed me how to use all the included features on my new truck. Thanks guys
I bought my Ram from thus dealership and 2 year later the customer service is still great! These folks will take care of you, I had a good experience with some issues I had and they took care of it. They went out their way to help me out and get me back on the road. Thank you sales and thank you a great service department.
Warranty work seems to be done properly. HOWEVER,we declined having the oil changed and tires rotated once we were told the cost (f$89). The oil chang and tire rotation (we were told) was done anyway. We could not take possession of our keys until paying that amount. We paid and told the service writer well NEVER be back. Even though the shop is less than 2 miles from our home, well go elsewhere for warranty work as well.
Barry Alster did an amazing job throughout the whole process. He was profesional and honest. Highly recommend contacting him.
Just bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Fernando Meza had the truck I wanted upfront waiting on me to arrive. The whole experience was great and flawless. Once I decided to get the vehicle I was in and out in no time.
Look no further, Adam Memeti at AutoNation - Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Katy, is your man. He helped us find a GREAT first car for my child. He made her feel special and super excited to be there. He spent time with us test driving and answering all of our questions. His energy made shopping for a car, a positive experience. I will definitely go back to him for our next purchase!
Got a correct diagnosis and an effective repair. I had to hold on the phone for a long time to talk to the service department, but once I was able to talk to Buddy, everything moved along smoothly.
I was at Autonation Jeep in Katy, TX to complete the purchase of my Jeep. This Jeep was supposed to arrive in July, so I was super excited when I got the call yesterday saying it was at the dealership. They even sent me pictures!!The GM (Kathy Nguyen) comes out and says to me that the price has gone up $10K because of the “market”. I’m not paying more than the agreed price when I put my deposit down, so they give me back my funds and off I go. I wasted all that time on the waiting list. Not honoring the agreed price showed me the character of the people in charge of this location. I guess I needed it in writing or a better contract.I’ll wait for the next opportunity.I don’t think I have any other actions to take against that dealership. I’m sure they won’t miss my funds. My Sales Rep, Zach, seemed to be upset. I don’t blame him (too much), I’m sure they shot way over his head.Get everything in writing!
Great experience. Parker and his (buddy)coworker helped us out with very short notice, got us exactly what we wanted. Definitely recommend autonation for buying a truck.
There is a peblem with my truck every time I take it for service. I recently took it for an oil change, tire totation, and 3 recalls and they kept the truck for 3 days and when I picked it up, they forgot to reset the change oil light which makes me wonder if they actually changed it or not. I’m also missing a wheel nut lock on one of the tires and they said that they were able to do only 1 recall out of 3 because the parts for the other 2 were on backorder. When I dropped off the truck, the advisor told me that the oil change was going to be $200 and when I payed, it was $303. The only reason why I take my truck there is because it’s the closest Dodge dealership around me but now I am for sure going to take it somewhere else.
If you are a fleet/business vehicle buyer call or email me, Chris Rhodes with Civil-Surv Land Surveying and I can tell you my experience. One off personal car purchase here may be fine but there are much better places to buy company vehicles. You get your time wasted which is really frustrating for small business owners.
The people are very friendly and respectful. The place is clean and welcoming. I think it was too long to wait for the car. I also missed two caps on my wheels.I wish I had known ahead of time that it was going to take that long I would have forgone the parts that had to be sourced outside. But overall its a good place to service ones car
Korey in the service department did a great job getting my truck through some complex repairs a few days ago. He kept me informed as to what needed to be done and and the progress made. I got the vehicle back much sooner than anticipated. Were very pleased with how the repairs were handled and the costs incurred were quite reasonable.
Would highly recommend Auto Nation DJR Katy. Sherif went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was amazing. Can’t thank you guys enough!
I bought a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4x4 in March 2020 that turned out to be a Lemon. The problems started with the Transmission Control Module at about 11,300. My Jeep has been at the dealership for over 3 months (Ive taken the Jeep to the service department 6 times for the same issue). The Jeep left me stranded a couple of times and I had it towed to the dealership. I no longer feel safe driving the Jeep and it is not reliable. Not to mention the lost time and frustration.A sales manager offered me $34k if I purchased another vehicle there (I paid $46k). Jeep currently has 11,600. Terrible experience. I hope the manufacturer steps up.
Derek in service was great. He kept an open line of communication and had my car completed faster than expected.
One of our better vehicle shopping experiences that we’ve had. We inquired about a new Voyager by email and promptly received a response from Caleb. We set-up an appointment to test drive the vehicle and Caleb had the vehicle all ready for our test drive and inspection. The price was great and Autonation gave us more for our trade than other dealers had offered. No pressure and an easy vehicle purchase experience.
Absolutely terrible. To my own fault, I have had my vehicle serviced here for over three years. The majority of my experiences here have been negative. The reason I kept going is because I live so close and it was just very convenient for me to go here. I have had major work done and I have also had routine work done like oil changes. I get my Jeep serviced on time and always have bought the oil change packages. After my last experience with them this week, I am for sure done with this place! My Jeep was dropped off last Thursday 7/22. We got to Wednesday of this week 7/28 with no update on what was going on. We called Wednesday and Thursday for updates and just got the run around with no answers. My husband had to show up in person to get my car. They said they hadn’t even looked at it yet. I get it, summertime is busy but at least a call to let us know would have been greatly appreciated. This is not the first time this has happened. Even an oil change is an all day thing. My first experience with this dealership I left my vehicle with a working radio and when I picked it up the radio was dead. They claimed it was broken when I dropped it off, which I know for sure it wasn’t. Eventually the general manager agreed to reinstall a new radio with no labor cost but I was still out of pocket the cost of the radio. Interestingly enough, the last time I was getting an oil change there, I heard another customer arguing with a service adviser for the same exact problem, his radio was dead when he picked his vehicle up. I felt bad for the guy knowing all the trouble he’d have to go through to get the problem they created fixed. I have also had work done just to have to come back weeks later because the work wasn’t done correctly.Honestly, as I am writing this, I am embarrassed that I kept going back problem after problem. Based off the reviews of this place, they’ve got major problems. The service advisors are nice but management is deeply flawed. I am not a cheap costumer and usually buy the packages offered and recommend services but this service center has lost what would have been a loyal customer that gave them the benefit of the doubt year after year and problem after problem.Save yourself the trouble and money and go somewhere else!!!!
I love working with Aiuella Foreman. She is one of the reason I go there still. She ensures that at we are taken care of and handled correctly and that the service is done correctly and fast.
Everything about my purchase of a New Vehicle from the three employees I dealt with was enjoyable and pleasant, there was no push for this, that, or the other thing, they listened and understood what I was looking for and wanted. I could not walk away from what my trade-in was valued at and the price I was given for the new vehicle. Overall this was an excellent experience through and through. Thank you!!People I worked with: Quadry Redmond (Sales Person), Herman (Manager), Phyllis Davenport (CFS Management)
The team working at this dealership really know how to make someone’s dreams come true. Every step of this car buying experience, I felt, was made so smooth and easy. I appreciated how willing they were to work with me on making something happen the day I went in. Thanks to Grace(online rep?), Jeff(salesman), and Carlos(finance), we were able to make me driving a Hellcat Redeye a reality.
Sherif Hanna and Raheem Drummonds we’re absolutely fantastic!! I have never had a salesman and finance treat us so well and ho above and beyond to meet our needs. We were not easy to work with because we were firm on what we wanted but both men made sure to deliver! I highly recommend working with both.
Korey was a great customer service rep. He was very upfront and clear about pricing. He was also very responsive. I had another interaction with another rep there and Korey’s customer service was 10x better than his co-workers. If I ever have to go back I will be requesting Korey.
I made an appointment at 8 a.m. I arrived there 10 minutes before. There were two vehicles in front of me and 4 vehicles behind me. Somehow the 4 vehicles behind me were able to get helped before I did. After 20 minutes or so, I finally got helped. I stayed and noticed the people who came at 9 left before I did. Around 9:50, I went to check the status of my vehicle. Turned out they never got to my vehicle and all I wanted is to have oil changed. I had to wait for another 40 minutes before I got to my van. I’m not sure why it took them so long to get to my van or got to my van after 9 o’clock appointment. I’m unsure if I want to go back because this is my second time coming here. The first time, I was in and out within an hour.
Crickets..... I agreed to a deal, after they ran my credit application..... The Sales Manager Jared asked for my insurance and drivers license. They were getting the car ready, I asked they have the paper work ready so I could run up and sign and drive. Needless to say four hours later, 9 pm, I get a text from the car sales rep that with a new deal. Obviously more money..... He said they would make it right the next day. Despite a text and and an email inquiry from me..... Nothing. Dont sign a sales agreement and expect the numbers to stick with this crew. Sounds like they will tell you what you want to hear to move to finance then up sell you. Not a good experience.
The team at AutoNation in Katy did a wonderful job of getting me the best deal possible. The numbers they quoted over the phone on my trade-in were the actual numbers on the day of the deal. It was a no haggle dealership where the customer truly is their number one priority!
Simple, quick, and efficient!! These guys know how important time is and wont waste any of yours!
Adam at AutoNation was one of the best and easiest salesman to work with in getting my brand new Pacifica. And he’s a great guy. He knew his inventory and my needs and walked me up to the first/only vehicle that I ended up driving home that afternoon. The sales desk managers and the finance department were also super friendly. I got what I felt was a great deal on my car as well as my trade in. The guys in the back were also top notch. That car was spotless and smelled great when I was handed the keys for my ride home. Give Adam a shout and he’ll go to work for you!
I do like the car I got and the way the dealership worked with us on fixing additional issues. I also liked the finance manager who assisted us. However, I did not like the car sales man, Zack. He was not very personable and did not try to build much of a relationship. It was more that he just went through the motions and had little care in building a relationship with the customer. I will not be returning to buy another car from here.
Carlos G. and Hector made my vehicle shopping experience super easy and they were great answering any questions I had. My sister recently purchased a vehicle here as well and Carlos was great. Definitely recommend purchasing your vehicle here!!
My experience with purchasing my new SUV was effortless and my sales person Carlos really cares and went above and beyond.
Bought a car with bunch of promises.A soon as i left the dealer i got ignored...Had to fix & pay almost new car...Document everything yourself. As soon as i started recording our conversation they always run away
Sales rep Milton and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. very patient with me and in the process, did not rush and or pressure us. Because of them I am now enjoying a brand new 2021 Ram 1500!
They could be better with customer service. I am used to Toyota who greets me right away and takes care of my needs. This place I had to wait and wait, they wouldnt even make eye contact. I hope they did the service that I paid for and the recall.
Had to bring vehicle in due rattling sound thinking it was struts(self diagnose lol) but it were totally different from what I thought. It was a part that needed replacing and was taking care of in a timely manner
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!The sales person did not have a remote control for the rear entertainment system when I bought my Chrysler Pacifica. He said he would get one ordered. I never recieved the remote. I called multiple times and even talked to the sales person again months later and he said he would take care of it.Its been almost a year and a half and I finally talked to the sales desk about it and they told me they had no record of me missing anything and would not order me a remote.I will never purchase a car from them again.
Korey was really excellent.. he heard all my concerns and addressed it to my satisfaction. He kept me updated on the progress as well
This experience was actually fantastic, mainly because of my salesman (Tuk). From beginning to the end he went so far above the call of duty, it was truly unbelievable. If I ever had a question or concern, he not only eliminated it immediately but he surpassed it Everytime. In 40 years of buying cars for myself, my friends and my family, he simply left me speechless. Of course, I was going to purchase a car from him.
Excellent service advisor. JT took care of all service requirements in timely manner. Staff was very friendly and facility was clean.
Im never able to speak to anyone about canceling my warranty. Ive called all week, left messages, attempted to speak in person, without success. I was even provided the number for the general manager, and that number did not take me to the GM.
Chris A is easily the best salesperson I have had the pleasure to work with when purchasing a vehicle. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle tech & specs and not pushy at all. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend reaching out to him for your next vehicle.
I recently brought my truck in for putting gas into my Diesel engine. Bonehead mistake. But anyways, Corey was very professional and kept me updated on service repair progress daily. Customer service was so outstanding, i ended up getting more service work done while truck was in shop. Shout out to Corey and the Team. Service well done.
