This is my first time visiting this place and I’m super appreciative of everything they did for me! I spoke with Mario on the phone, who was very helpful with pricing, and Javier took care of my vehicle. He topped off my wiper fluid and put some coolant in addition to my oil change and state inspection. They have been super kind and I’ll definitely be back!

Worst place ever, dont have a clue on how to treat a customer, dont waste your money by going there. I went to get state inspection and Mario failed it because he wants to sale tires instead of doing his job, my tires are ok but he said only one of them failed the inspection and was trying to sell me 4 new tires.

I have had my oil changed here and recently had brake pads and rotors replaced. I dealt with Mario and Arturo and they were extremely friendly and professional. They got my truck in and out quickly. High quality service for a fair price, highly recommend

I went here for the inspection of my wifes car yesterday. The car’s (Lexus RX 350) conditions were perfect. But an employee told me that because of the wipers it cannot pass inspection. He told me if I buy new wipers from them the cost is $39.99 plus tax! I asked him to show me what is wrong with the wipers and I recorded the video. The wipers were working great but he told me they are not standard.This was a waste of my time. I told him if I go to somewhere else for inspection, the car will pass.The guy canceled my inspection and I went to another place and our car passed inspection!They just wanted to sell wipers to me and are trying to find some problem on your car to make extra money..!!..I dont recommend getting your state inspection done at this place.I dont have any experience about their other services..

Friendly, good price, super fast and they listen to what you said. I let them do my cars AC and the broken window at the drivers side. Javier and Larry helped me with the estimate, schedule and time. I dropped the car 5:15PM and ready to pick up next day at 9AM. super recommended. I am so glad I came here.

*UPDATE* After a few months of driving the car, before it was time to get another oil change by mileage and date, my vehicle started having issues with accelerating from stop. I noticed that my oil light flickered on and back off so I checked the oil. There was barely anything on the dipstick. I brought my car to a different place because I did not trust that these people did what they were supposed to do. There was no oil on the ground at my house to indicate that there was any oil leaking. Once the place checked, they noted that the guard at the bottom of the car was filled with oil and that the oil plug was loose. The oil drained out into the guard. I simply told him that whoever signed off on this made a mistake and I’m not sure of what can be done, but something needs to be done.I called this place to inform them of the mistake and I spoke with the “manager” on duty, Mario. Mario stated that I cannot convince him that there was no oil on the ground and since I waited to contact them then there was nothing they can do. I asked him how would I have known to bring the car back to them for service before it was time for service. He stated that there may be a recall on my engine. There is no recalls, nor has there been any recalls with my two year old vehicle. I recently moved to this area and I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND such a place who cannot even own up to their mistake. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Today was my first experience at the Katy Express Oil Change on Mason and it was fabulous. Both Eddy and Mario assisted me with inspections on 2 cars and an oil change. They were very courteous and upfront about pricing. Eddy even showed me how to check my info on my dashboard to see if I really needed an oil change and Mario was super fast and polite in getting the work done. I will definitely be coming back. They have a new loyal customer!!!

Went to this place to have the state vehicle inspection performed. Tech said he didnt do the inspection because it would fail due to my high beam lights now working. The tech did not know how to correctly turn on the high beam lights. They worked perfectly fine. If this is the caliber of auto technicians employed by this establishment, I want nothing to do with them. Go elsewhere!

I had a review up before and after this last experience I would say do not bother to bring your cars here for repair or any kind of mechanical work. First of all, they hang up on you when you ask for answers. Second, they dont follow up when they say they will and third they just wont accept responsibility for dropping the ball on things that they assured you that they would do. So honestly, if you dont want to get frustrated with somebody and have them hang up on you because they dont know what else to say. I would say dont bother coming, they are very unprofessional. I tried my best to be as patient as possible but all they did was waste my time so if you value your time dont bother coming here.

Eddie was amazing! Efficient and extremely helpful. He fixed a lightbulb for me and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg like other places wanted to. He won my service. I will definitely go back!

I loved my experience at this Express Oil Change location, I brought in my car not too long ago, and I was assisted by a guy named Javi, couldn’t have asked for a better service, even fixed a minor problem I had with my oil pan!

Fast in-and-out. Mario was very courteous. He made helpful suggestions but was not pushy. Mario also made sure that everything was completed including double check under the hood and reset the oil change due notice.

Honestly I wish I could recommend this place. I’ve been coming here for the last four years and never had a problem.Recently A new tech had overfilled my oil causing a leak and when I had come back to have it looked at they told me the leak I was experiencing and the level of the oil was all “normal”. I have yet to experience a normal oil leak of any kind. I was sent away, and now had to replace my oil pressure sensor because the excess the new service tech added overloaded my system. Luckily I use a mechanic right down the road and can have it fixed. Their mistake is still costing me $200 and a day of running back and forth to town. I was offered “a free oil change” as an apology. I’d rather go somewhere else for that in the future. I hope they can either train new staff more thoroughly, or admit they’ve made a mistake before the problem because more severe for the next person.

I had a Purge Control Valve replaced today on my Cadillac SRX after a check engine light came on. Within an hour it was replaced. I was given waters for my daughters and I and waited in their lobby. The bathroom was clean, they had a television, free wifi, and a snack machine. The employees were nice and informative. Will def. recommend to my family and friends.

I was heading out of town when my oil light indicator turned on. After reading the reviews online I didn’t hesitate to visit Express Oil Change. I was pressed for time, but was relieved to be greeted by Terrance when I parked. I had an oil change and tire rotation. Service and timing was great! In addition, my brakes squeak a bit in the morning and Terrance heard it. Without skipping a beat the crew inspected them and confirmed they were good. Thanks to Terrance and the crew for looking after me and for getting me back on the road quickly.
