I debated whether or not to share my review but decided to go for it in hopes that the owner can do better for customers.I originally found them through my husband who had gone to them for oil changes. He talked about them being affordable and accommodating which sounded great to me being a female and all. I dont have much experience going to car shops myself but decided I would finally get my serpentine belt replaced. I had inquired to one other place which always does my oil changes, but due to their location decided this would be more convenient for me so I went and took my car to them. Probably one of my biggest mistakes. They called me and told me I needed a set of my brake pads replaced ASAP. I authorized this change not knowing what complications would lay after this. I got my car back and within days I started hearing noises. It started minimal and worked itself out to be a loud screeching sound. From here this sound became a headache to both me and what I imagine the car shop as well. They claimed different things were causing the sound and had me going back and forth about it until eventually I got tired of putting so much money on other repairs that they claimed would fix this issue. Now out of almost $1000 and no fix I took it to another shop who looked at my car, told me they didnt do a good brake pad change, advised me to go back to the previous shop. I let Northwest Express know this and they got defenseless. Said my driving was the reason why this sound was happening. *inserting an eyeroll* So in the end I found another shop on Hwy 6. In the end they told me and showed me the brake pads that Northwest Express had put in. They were extremely cheap. The new shop opted for premium brake pads for my car and almost one month later the sound still hasnt come back. I should note that after I was told and shown the brake pads I did call Northwest Express to complain about everything and after so much back and forth with one of the employees (communicating between the owner and I) I was given a very weak apology and was only offered about 10-15% of a refund but in exchange they wanted their brake pads and rotors back. I replaced costly parts in my car (still debating whether or not these really were needed to be replaced or if it was convenient for them to say that to get more $$$) but they still had the audacity to ask for their parts. Anyways now Im riding around with their brake pads sitting on my passenger seat to remind me of this frustrating experience. While they are good at oil changes (they gave me an unwanted and unauthorized oil change to compensate their mistakes) I would question their practices when they start to focus on things not relating to what you brought your car in. Avoid going for a serpentine belt change and coming out with other unwanted repairs.Northwest Express, this has served as a learn experience to both of us. Please do better.

I am always having car issues, which is of no surprise to me considering the history my car has and every time I come in to Northwest Express Auto Care the service and attention to detail has been completely phenomenal from both the reception and the mechanics! I’ve had my brakes changes here and they have been very understanding with what my car needs and what I am able to take care of at the moment. This time however has been remarkable, I had to have my tires changed and they weren’t able to change them where I usually go, to my surprise I had a flat tire and thankfully I was able to make it to Northwest Express. They took such good care of me and were even willing to stay after hours to finish my car and were completely honest with me in regards to the condition my car is in. They are truly an amazing place and even more so are the employees there! You will not regret coming in here! Thank you Northwest Express!

Went in and described the issue with my vehicle. After a diagnostic check, it was determined the problem was the front brake caliper. I consented to that repair along with other brake issues recommended. After driving my vehicle a day later, the same issue remained. When I returned it, they determined the issue was not because of the worked they performed. They completed a job I didnt need. Could have saved $524.64.

A friend of mine referred me to visit Northwest Express Auto Care so naturally I had high expectations. And I must say that all of the expectations were exceeded. In the initial phone call I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who was generous to accommodate me for same day service. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and efficient as the routine oil change and replacement of brakes were done timely. Not only did they provide outstanding service, they also pointed out areas that could cause issues and advised me. They have gained a loyal client because of their outstanding customer service and, above all, honesty. Thank you!

Do not go here. They’ll lie and trick you. Worst of all, their pathetic excuse to get you to go through with a repair is that they have a “2 year warranty” with any repair. But a week later when the repair is needed, and you mention it to the shop, it magically turns out to be another problem that isn’t covered in the warranty. So you’re out $600 and still have a broken car. Once my husband told them not to do any repairs and they still did it so they could charge us. When he complained about how unethical they are, they only gave him 20$ off.TD:DR-BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTIST.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Paid for a diagnostic for the Heater/AC I was told blower motor and resister were bad even though they would work sometimes and sometimes not. I asked the Mechanic how is this possible? I know once a resistor goes out it’s done. It DOES NOT COME BACK. I asked if the wiring could be loose? Mechanic says No and starts getting a attitude with me. I left took it to another mechanic and he said it just needed some dielectric grease. The wiring harness was loose. THIS SHOP IS NOT HONEST! They tried charging me almost $400 on parts I did not need.

First impressions a very memorable and the first time I went to Northwest Express I was very pleased. My car definitely needed some work done. They handled my issues quickly and professionally. I left their shop feeling safe behind the wheel of my car again! Theyre very informative and polite! I definitely recommend them!!

I have had a good experience here. I believe they are honest and do good work. And, they get the job done pretty quickly, or at least when they have told me an estimate pick up time, it’s always accurate. In Nov 2018 they worked on my air conditioner, in February they fixed an oil leak, did suspension and brake repairs/replacement, and just recently they replaced my catalytic converter and VVT valve.

Spent money on brake job and they did a pretty good job. One thing I like is that I heard squeaking and they didn’t hesitate to figure out issue and get it resolved under the warranty.

Boyfriend got his oil changed here and they were quick! We were in and out on a Saturday. They also offer 10% off coupons on future services to get you to come back. They are also competitively priced (so far) on mechanical work. We like them, we will be back!

I really liked my experience when I went to get my truck checked. They gave me a list of all the things that needed to be worked on, but did not push me to get them done right away, instead they told me what is the most crucial and then go from there whenever I can and I thought that was great and very professional. Had a Groupon for oil change. Allowed to without an appointment on Saturday afternoon and they got me in and out in under 45 minutes and didnt try to hijack me for additional services. Clean nice shop, super friendly owners.

If i could put no stars i would.very upset i got a syntetic oil change with a coupon i got i thought i getting a deal.turns out they didnt even put the 5 quarts required i check 1 month later and i was nearly no oil there i have a 2016 ford fusion ive taken care of and keep up.. How could they rip me off and they denied that they didnt fill oil on my car. They are some greedy liars. All these ratings are from employees or family of employees.. Shame on them!
