We just had Gerald with True Fix Air Conditioning & Heating come out to check our heating. Our electricity was on and had been on since yesterday but it was still 51 degrees inside the house. We could hear the unit working but it clearly wasnt heating. He came out yesterday and found that the limiter switch wasnt working. Fixed it and we are heating up as I type. Woohoo!Its dangerous on the roads today and freezing. He was friendly and professional and the price he charged was fair.We recommend this business.

Recommended by my realtor. Technician Ben was on time, super nice guy and very thorough in his diagnosis of my HVAC. His recommendation to replace the below spec capacitor would extend the life of the compressor due to voltage fluctuations. I will definitely use them again

The guys at True Fix did a very thorough job of inspecting the whole problem with my ducts and furnace that was necessary to do the job. My house is older with a few space challenges and they brainstormed to come with a brilliant spot on plan. They installed top of the line equipment extremely fast, and at a fair price. They have since checked back with me twice to see if I was happy. If you want a mix of honest hard work, great customer service, and a company that will go above and beyond to get it right then by all means choose True Fix. They are amazing and feel like family.

True Fix installed my Trane AC unit. The installation went smoothly and would recommend them to anyone needing AC work. They are professional and stand behind their work.

Hands down the best customer service around and very knowledgeable technicians. I was refereed to these guys from a friend who has had them out to his homes before and I wasnt at all disappointed. AC went out at about 7:00pm and they called me back at 8:00pm. Scheduled me for the next day and by 2:00pm the next day everything was up and running. I think I was lucky by having them come out so quickly but if my AC goes out again and I am unable to schedule them to come out the next day I would rather wait a few more days just to have these guys come out to the house. The repair was minor and the Technician walked me through every single process he was doing. I had no idea what was going on and he could have very well told me that something needed to be repaired and just billed me and ripped me off because I would not have known any better but he didnt. He was extremely nice and patient with me and gave me a AC 101 course while he was here. If you get lucky and have Luis as your Technician you will know what I am talking about. I will be referring them to everyone and anyone I know who needs trust worthy and quick AC repairs.

The technician seemed competent and was fairly polite. The job was completed and though he had to come out twice, my fingers are crossed that it’s fixed this time. But the price seemed very high to me. At least compared to AC work in the past. So in fairness I rated an average of 4 stars for work and 2 stars for price and professionalism.True Fix charges $270 to do a very basic check (basically checked Freon levels and drains - they do not clean evaporator or condenser coils). They also tried to clear a plugged evaporator compartment drain.Technician said if the drain was not clear he would return for no charge.The drain did plug up again, and he returned and attempted a repair again. But he charged me $130 on the second visit to fix what he did not fix the first time.Technician also did not put back items he removed from under the bathroom sink. He also left his shoe “booties” (glad he wore them) on the front porch. Sloppy.So total of $400 to check Freon and clear drain. And they will charge again if it’s still not clear. But I’ll likely call someone else.Lesson learned: I called these guys on a reference from a friend, and saw high ratings on internet - without getting quotes. My fault. Won’t do that again.I called and left my name with Debbie for the owner to call me to discuss, but the owner has chosen not to call.Note to everyone: always get quotes.

Amazing - 24 hour service. The nice gentleman called me back immediately and helped me troubleshoot the A/C issue. He stated to call him back if that did not fix the issue. Exceptionally nice at 9:30 at night.
