Response time for service was same day and the service was performed by very competent and respectful service personnel at a very reasonable price. They took care to protect my floors while moving in and out and accessing the attic. Cleaned and haul off all debris after installing my new AC unit. Very impressive. I will use them for all of my AC needs in the future and would gladly recommend this company to all my friends and acquaintances.

Might be great installers but every diagnosis the owner of the business gave was 100% wrong from leaking refrigerant to blower being out. Had another guy come and refrigerant is 100% and blower was fine, it was the circuit board. Guy charges $120 to go in my attic with a flashlight for about 3 minutes and hook up his gauges to my outside unit, tell me I needed to replace the entire system for downstairs which would cost about $8,000. I informed him of what the other guy found AND got running and he said he stands by his diagnosis.

The company that originally installed the system did a terrible job which is probably why they are no longer in business . I called AMS ColdPro and they came out the following day to look at the system. They explained how the system was “trying” to work and how it should be working. Being a homeowner for over 10 years I have had my share of problems with my AC and heating system. I would say I have used three to four different AC companies in those 10 years.
