Disappointed in their handling of online sales. Bought a product online because their shipping costs were the lowest, and they charged me a higher shipping cost (thereby removing the competitiveness of their product), and never called me or otherwise notified me. I would not have made the purchase had I known they were going to charge me the same total as their competitors pricing, and I just thought this was very poor customer service.

This company has incredible customer service! We needed a part for our steamer and they not only delivered it but they installed it and stuck around to make sure everything was working properly. These people are the nicest to speak to over the phone and seem to go above and beyond with everything.
