I ordered & paid online from their app. They shortly let me know that the order was ready to pick-up. I showed them two forms of photo IDs and I was on my way just moments afterwards. Love the app! Love the store!!! Their selection is bar none... the best!!!

The manager was very helpful and answered all my questions nicely. The associates were kind and assisted with kindness and speed.

My experience was less than stellar. I went in for decorations, for a Retirement party. Who tries to upsell you on balloons? They made me feel that I had made a bad choice by choosing the standard balloons. That they wouldnt last long. Are you kidding me? You can go to the Dollar store and get the same product and it will last days. My last time there.

My son and I went to pick up his Halloween costume and he was greeted with a balloon. The entire experience was great. The young men were also very helpful!

Was at the independence location absolutely rude and horrible management there didn’t want to help me with nothing. So I decided to go to the Liberty/Kansas City location. Oh my what a difference. Greeted immediately and the employee helped me from the time I walked in until the time I left!!!! The employees in the independence store might want to take some lessons from this store because I spent over 200 at liberty store. And shout out to Brennan for helping with my party needs you sir are a great example for awesome customer service.

Brooke at the balloon counter was super helpful. Not only did she help us with our balloon design, she also helped check us out and was super professional the entire time. She learned a new skill with us and was sorry for taking our time during her learning experience, but Im a teacher and no learning experience should be considered an infringement on anyones time!!!! Glad we could be there to learn something new, too! Great job, Brooke! And thanks for all of your help!

I accidentally placed an online order at the Barrywoods location although I wanted to pick it up at this store. Brennan was VERY HELPFUL in helping me find my product in this store, honoring an online coupon I used and calling the other store to cancel my wrong order. During peak Halloween hours, I appreciated his help and attention to my needs. Go Brennan!

A little disappointed they didnt have Curious George party decorations. But with huge selection of other boys/girls party themes it wasnt hard to find something else. Was also surprised they were out of helium due to an area shortage. Was excited to see their Halloween decorations starting to come in too. They dont just have great party theme and decorations but also holiday decorations at great prices.

Employees all practicing social distancing with masks and it sanitizer. Very quick to help.

Everything you need for a basic party, whether youve got your own theme in mind or plan to use a licensed character. Lots of cheap trinkets for childrens party favors, balloons, table service, decorations. Could use a wider selection for whatever holiday is nigh, otherwise no complaints. Store is clean and neat. Service is pleasant.

Staff wasnt very helpful and they had no helium when I visited this location. I like the vast selection of merchandise and the the prices on the kids party supplies are fair. The wedding supply section has some unique options just not enough different selections. I would say theres something for everyone here from kids party to wedding and baby shower/ party supplies. There are also generic plain colored things for non themed parties.

Alot of party favors but prices are on a sliding scale of how currently popular the theme you want is.

Only went there to get some balloons we bought on line filled up and I have to say there has to be a better way to organize the area with the registers and balloons. It was total chaos and none of the people who worked there seemed to have a clue as to what is going on. I mean the balloons arent even in order. I watch an employee spend over 20 min looking for a specific balloon a customer had requested only to have one of the customers point out the number they were looking for was in a different section.

Nice stores, well organized & they definitely have everything you need for a party. My only slight complaint is the prices seem kind of high, but again, they have what you need in stock, so I guess thats the trade off.

The staff is so helpful. They are very eager to help find an item. They have such a large selection of themed party supplies as well as basic color supplies. When you place a balloon order they are so nice and helpful in picking out your balloons. Such a great store in general.

The employee, Brennan, went out of his way to be helpful and was friendly... the same cannot be said of some of the other staff.

EVERYTHING you need for a party. Some prices are a bit higher than big box stores, yes. But Party City has an undeniable selection. If you want decorations, favors, candy, balloons and so much more - that all match - you should check this place out.

They are always out of helium!! The only one that has helium near me was Belton!! I did buy a few things including 10 pieces of candy. After the guy rung up the candy, he handed me a paper sack and said YOU can put your candy in here. I can not believe the service there. It was the store in Liberty. Dont know that ill go back.

Read the fine print on their price tags!! Lots of cute stuff for baby showers however, they charge more if you dont buy large quantities

Ive been here several times and I am just not impressed. Each time Ive gone the employees really havent seemed to be interested in what they were doing. The last cashier I had seemed down right distracted and wasnt very helpful. Things here are a bit overpriced, and while I know they cant help that Id like to receive great service to keep me coming back. I probably wont be back to this location.

Ive bought birthday and wedding supplies here. It seems a bit expensive for what you get, but I love the selection. The lines always seem to take a while, but the staff is kind.

Prices seem high, things i want are always online. Only can find Character themes in store, rarely can find generic themes for children like Woodland Princess, or Fairy Princess. All has to be ordered online. Invitations took a long time to print in store, not discount for their printer being messed up and taking extra time for me to wait. I was in the store for 2 hours. I asked for a specific color of table cloth they were out of and they told me they were in a box somewhere and they were un boxing as fast as possible, instead of looking for what I was needing, they made zero effort to find what I needed so I had to change the colors. This was all on the same trip, so in 2 hours they couldnt find look for the color I was needing. Shame there are not more places to shop near by for these types of things.

Wont really help you find anything, but they have a large selection.Edit to previous review, the customer service is horrible. Why order a balloon pick if you then have to wait in line for 45 minutes for them to just hand them to you. That why people schedule a pick up time. They would rather fill orders that just walked in the door.
