They dont pick up on time. You call. They dont pick it up. I call again. Have me on hold for 20 min. And tell me they have till tomorrow, the end of the week to pick it up. . Trash day is Tuesday.. these people are a joke and should be shut down for bad service since we transfered from deffenbaugh. . Negative 20 stars

Never have I been so dissatisfied with the customer service and treatment working with a company. I received an overage charge on a dumpster and called to inquire way the overage was received. There was less than a 1/2-yard of overage on a 2-yard dumpster, yet the price charged for the overage was nearly 5 times that of the pick-up. Extreme price-gouging.I tried to cancel my service after that service and then learned it would be over $500 because of all their cancellation fees. I asked if I could speak with a manager about the situation, and was told I shouldnt bother because thats just the way it is.

Avoid this company like the plague.
