They are great! I was surprised to see low ratings, Ive used Natures Rubbish for many many years and they are Super reliable and pick up every week except winter (which you dont need weekly). Highly recommend

I feel like I should write a review because the other reviews are so negative. Ive been a customer for over 5 years and have never had any problems. They do pick up every month - its just that in Jan and Feb they only pick up once each month, which is plenty. They will take your Christmas Tree as well in January.

12 days ago, I ordered this service via on-line, the payment taken with no problems. The website didnt offer very much information as to service areas or pick-up days. No emails, no calls, no mail, and no pick ups. Today I notice all the other bags in our area being placed outside, they are now gone, mine still there. SO, I call to find out that they dont service this area, and didnt bother to let me know. They were kind enough to refer me to another company, and refunded my money. However, I am less than impressed - with this company. Two weeks just isnt an acceptable amount of time to let a customer think they have a service they dont.
