We have now used Aaron’s Service twice in the last year and it has been a great experience all around. Ashley in the front office is nice, friendly, and very professional. Aarons Services ALWAYS delivers. The team is knowledgeable, reliable and honest. They are on time, and often available earlier than scheduled. Every person that has been at my house has been respectful, polite and able to answer all questions. I highly recommend this company!

They did some fair work and they seem trustworthy as far as fixing what needs to be fixed. No attempts to upsell a new replacement unit. I had to get the coolant refilled and I was warned that it may leak and have to be refilled again at some point. They replaced a terminal block as well. It worked for a short period of time (1 hour) and the capacitor blew. They did come back out and replace it. They charged less than normal (minus the service visit). Their parts have a premium cost as others had mentioned. I will probably have to replace the AC unit sometime soon, and I will consider them to do the install. Overall it cost me a little less than $900 for terminal replacement, coolant refill, and capacitor.

These folks blew us away with their professionalism and expertise. They had someone out to help us the next morning, even on a weekend. The technician was friendly and clearly knew his stuff. The issue turned out to be far different than we expected, but they walked us through options and made sure we understood the big picture. A less reputable company could have easily preyed on our ignorance and offered a quick fix. We will definitely be calling Aarons Services again.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Aarons. I originally had an estimate done with another company, and called Aarons to come by for a second estimate. The dispatcher Ashley was kind, professional, and had Tracey come by the same day I called for an estimate. He came in higher than the original estimate, but he was so knowledgeable of the issue I felt more comfortable going with Aarons. They got here bright and early, and started working on the issue right away. Tracey let me know that once they dug a little deeper, the issue wasnt as bad as they originally thought. My house is old, so they weren’t able to fully address the issue until they could work on it. He saved me over $1000, and a ton of extra work on my house. I am so grateful for their honesty, and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.Thank you all again for getting this issue taken care of in a timely manner.You guys rock!

We had the hardest time getting our master bedroom to be the same temperature as the rest of our house. Before we did anything, it was about 7–8 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Theres only one floor in our house, and the master was right off of our bedroom. We hired an insulation company, and that helped some but it didnt completely take care of the problem. Then, Tracy, from Aaron Services, took at look at our master bedroom and attic. He recommend an 8-inch vent instead of our current 6-inch vent. After he installed that vent, our master bedroom was much cooler. He also installed a dryer vent and ran a water line to our refrigerator so we our ice maker could work. I highly recommend Aaron Services and will use them again.

Aarons put in a new a/c and heating unit a few years ago. I recently had to have some adjustments made. I am impressed that they stand 100% behind their work.

The whole process was great. They installed a new air conditioner, furnace and insulated our attic. They were very professional, willing to answer all our questions and extremely polite and they went out their way to let us know what they were doing. We are very pleased with all they did and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Thank you for all the help you gave us.

They do not know what they are doing. If they do, they are meaning to rip you off. After agreeing to buy a new ac unit, they told me that the one we agreed would work wouldnt. Then they said the one that would work would be an extra $4000. After that, they had to come back to replace the board that was in it. I had to call them back again, and this time they said it was the thermostat. I spent another $500 on a thermostat. Had to call them back again, and this time they say it is the blower and it will cost $1900. I would stay away from them.

Tracy showed up at 6:00AM to repair a broken pipe. He was very courteous, and he did a great job & also he charged me a reasonable price. I will use this company in future and recommend them to everybody

The technician took care of the immediate problem with our commercial freezer for the estimated amount. Then he gave me the option to have him perform some routine maintenance to clean the unit or have me do it. He could have charged me another $150 for his time, but it was something I could do after some instruction from him so I opted to save the additional money and do it myself. He wasnt there to maximize their profits. Great service!

I had a problem with my circuit board for my a/c furnace. I paid $1200 for fixing it, which is quite expensive in my opinion. After they changed the circuit board for me, there were still some problems related to their work. I called the owner once after that. Then, my husband called him the other time a couple day later. The owner answered both calls and always responded to our problems in the professional manner. Then, he suddenly sent someone to fix the problems we found after the main repair for both times without any further charges. The owner is very responsible and responsive person, a good and professional businessman.

I woke up in the morning to my ac not working . After looking around on the internet I came across Aarons and decided to give them a try. I am so glad i did. Brooke answered my call and was very helpful and kind. She sent someone right to my house and my ac was up and going again in just a couple hrs. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

They gave me a bid of over $4000.00 for a new evaporator, line set, and compressor basically a complete new AC unit. Seemed extremely high, shopped around and found a guy to do it for $2550.00 using the exact same parts and materials. The guy did it by himself in one day. The Acoil was priced at 1400.00 alone. This is the Acoil I got. Id be careful who you call heros.

I called on short notice with a leaking hit water tank. They checked to see if a technician was available, he was and scheduled me in that afternoon. I received both text messages and a call from the tech. He resolved the issue in a timely manner and made me aware they perform heating & cooling. Ive already requested and A/C service with spring coming up and replacement of an exterior faucet. Great service, highly recommend.

Integrity was second to none. . Im newer to Kansas City and have many numerous expensive unnecessary work done on my home. Our furnace went out, naturally the day before it turned cold. We are a retired/disabled couple living on a fixed income. Word came to us that there was a local program to help persons like us with getting a new system. Aarons works closely with this agency. Aarons treated this situation like an emergency, which it really was. Their rep came out same day to check out our situation. Within the next 24 hours, we were resting comfortably with a new AC/Heat system. Now let me tell you about OUR Aarons experience.Early the next morning, a tech showed up and began disassembly of the old broken down system. About an hour later, their truck showed up with two more techs and all the new equipment. Friendly, courteous men who wasted no time and got on the new installation immediately.Our house being very old, with an ac/heating system that truly belonged in the Smithsonian, presented quite a few problems and obstacles for the Aarons crew. Nevertheless, they stayed at it, working hard and diligently. They assured us that no matter what we would be resting in comfort today. Thats exactly how it was. Their techs worked straight through till after dark, tackling one problem after another.As they neared completion of their work, one tech was applying the finishing touches while another tech began the clean-up. After we said our goodbyes and they left, the areas they worked in, outside and inside, were so clean, you would never known they had been there.What a comfortable warm night we had that night.Next day, the Aarons quality inspector came and thoroughly inspected the work that was done. He found only a couple of minor things he wasnt quite content with, so right then he called a tech to come take care of those little issues. The tech was there within a few minutes and the couple of issues were immediately resolved.The Aarons inspector told us the City of Gladstones inspector has to come and do his thing also. Just had a new AC unit installed today by Rob and Caleb from Aarons Services LLC. All I can say is wow!! My wife and I were on a tight budget and Caleb was very honest and upfront about the two estimates he gave us before it all started. These two guys answered all of our questions, were very knowledgeable, and very professional. Installation only took about 3.5 hrs. We couldnt be more happy about our purchase. I had to have an expansion tank added to our hot water tank with the home we are selling. The tech told us we didnt need to do the install, and he adjusted the overall water pressure of the home. However, we did the install because of the sale. I did appreciate his honesty and trying to save us money.

Ours was a plumbing saga. A couple of years ago, I thought our master bath needed the faucets fixed, in that they were slightly leaking. Like many other homeowners, we pushed this repair can down the road.Finally, we phoned Aaron’s Services asking for a plumber to take a look. In our naivete, we thought the plumber could easily replace parts in our existing bathroom faucets.When he arrived, and then examined the faucets, he found otherwise. He was very exact with the explanation: all were damaged beyond repair. Further, he said that Jacuzzi faucets were installed with missing parts, which meant the builder installed inferior material. He referred us to bath & electrical distributor.My wife got to go shopping. She selected faucets similar to what we have. Then, another Aaron plumber arrived to install our new up-grades. When he opened the front of the Jacuzzi, he expalined the builder took short cuts by not having shut-off valves & placed the water pipes too close together. He showed us these builder short-cuts. He basically rebuild those connections: the water pipes to make the new faucet fit nad the shut-off valves. Our little 2-hour job took him 4 hours.When Aaron’s 2 master plumbers completed their work, our master bathroom had Bling! It was safe from gushing water because of no shut-off valve. Their plumbing made it possible to pass any plumbing inspection whenever we decide to sell our home.Finally, each plumber was personable. Each cleaned the area of debris. I have included photos of their finish work. Please note: no surface scratches, uniform, firm fit, and each faucet works well. When you need a qualified plumber, this company has them.

We had an internal gas line leak at a new house we purchased. I called early morning, by 11am Rob came to visit, took a look, gave me a fair quote, got the gear to complete the job, and by 1:30 my home was safe again for my daughter, wife, and 3 dogs. Thanks Aarons. You did a great job.

Tracy, Scott and their office staff were amazing getting us cooled off when no one else would help during the hottest days of the year. Tracy and Scott were here on a Sunday and again the very next night after regular business hours to fix a manufacturer issue. They called when they said they would, showed up when they said they would, charged the price they said they would, explained processes and equipment and were just pleasant to talk to.

So glad to do business With such nice people very fast service and they know exactly what they are doing I would highly recommend them to anybody. Other companies give you the run around but not here they get you fixed up and running.

Scott & Aarons are the best! AC died while getting over a stomach bug... ugh!! He was there within the hour. At first it looked bad but he kept at. Thank goodness it turned out to be an easy fix. He didnt give up and we were cool again, very honest and knowledgeable. He saved the day!

I need to give a shout out to Aarons Service in North K C. They not only have a cheaper service call, they repaired our AC for hundreds less then anyone else around the northland. Very professional and they didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need!

They fixed the problem two other companies were too lazy to fix. The repair was also much cheaper than I was quoted from the other companies.

I had an emergency come up on a drain, I called they had a cancellation they went right out took care of the drain. Ive used this company before they are very efficent.
