Their office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. All of their technicians were polite, courteous and professional. They took time to answer any questions we had throughout the process.What started as a maintenance call turned into a full system replacement (due to age of system, at no fault to Ideal Temp). They made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Another great experience with ideal temp. They did areoseal on our ducts. Duct leakage went from 24% to 3%. You can feel more cold air! also had a new humidifier installed! thanks to Morgan and joe again!

Caleb (Service advisor) came to my house Friday3-26-21 gave me some estimates on different systems. explained everything they would do, answered all my questions. The best thing was he wasn’t a salesman he was a good advisor and if you’ve had companies come to your house and give you estimates you know what I mean by salesman...I took the weekend to go over the estimate I got from ideal Temp and Other companies. Call to Caleb Monday late morning discussed what system I wanted he had me talk to Matt (I think the owner) he was great discussed payment options I decided on one he sent me some information. The I called Matt back and changed my mind he said no problem and sent new info. Got that taken care of made an appointment for Friday 4-2-21.Today 2 techs (Derek and Greg) showed up On time they walked me through everything they were going to do answered all the questions and concerns I had. Then they went to work. They were very respectful and did a good job Half the time I didn’t even know they were here. When they were done Derek walked me through everything showed me everything explain how to use everything including the fancy thermostat he installed. They cleaned up everything cleaner then when they got here LOL. Asked me if I had any more questions or concerns told me to have a good weekend and left.That is my experience so far with Ideal Temp Heating And Cooling. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Just had my a new AC condenser, furnace, thermostat, and 4 stage air purifier install by ideal temp! I inquired about a new system, then the next day it was installed! I’m very impressed with the quality of there work, timeliness, and professionalism of there technicians. Morgan, Joe, and Derek are very talented and great to work with. Next step is there duct cleaning and Aeroseal to optimize the whole system!

Dawn the receptionist was so helpful and delightful. She even let my technician know I was running late! Taylor our technician was great! Very informative and helpful. Sadly we got bad news for our unit, but it’s also 12 years old, so we were kind of expecting it. He gave us a ton of options to assist with our issue and ensure we stay cool for many summers to come. They were able to get me in same day and from first call to completion employees were patient and polite.Caleb took the time to check everything out and write down recommendations. Ideal Temp is the only HVAC company I will use again. When we had issues Taylor came out to assess the situation. He then informed us that our units were very old and not working properly and ran over over all our options. Even though we could have had them repaired, he advices us to replace since the cost of repairs were high and the system was very old (1970s). My wife and I went with his opinion and they had guys out there quickly to do the installation. Greg and Derrick were super professional, efficient and did a great job. They installed a whole new system for me and even had to uninstall and reinstall my water heater to do so with no complaints. Everything works great, looks nice and is top of the line. I called Ideal Temp when I heard my furnace making some pretty funky noises in December of 2020. It turned out that I needed a new one. I also informed them that my hot water heater was on borrowed time. They worked with me on a wonderful packaged deal to replace both in a timely manner which was wonderful near the holidays. My purchase came with complimentary service to both the new items and my existing AC unit. The techs and installation folks have always been kind, professional, and able to relay the information to me in a way that I could understand. I’ve been especially happy with Caleb Baston who diagnosed the original furnace issue and has performed the service since installation. My call was answered on the first ring and after a few questions I got priority service on their schedule by getting one of their Ideal Service Plans. This gave my “front of the line service” which made me chuckle.Within an hour they were at my home! They are awesome! Our heater went out and they contacted me back on a Sunday! They came out Tuesday and gave us estimates and took care of financing. They were out promptly Wednesday morning and our new heater and air conditioner(with a great combo deal) were installed by the afternoon. The service tech Caleb was on time, very friendly, and courteous. He had on a face mask and put covers over his boots so as to not track in dirt.He explained everything he was doing and looking for. He told me some things to look for in the future. And he got my AC unit running as well as he could. (It’s an older unit that probably will need to be replaced soon) But he gave it a longer life.I would recommend Ideal Temp. They fit me into their schedule during a busy, hot time and we’re here two days after I contacted them.

Business owner made the initial appointment, but called at the last minute and sent estimates without ever seeing the house. Asked me to send him pictures. However, the weather was pretty bad that day, so I didnt object. Their prices were good. The installers were friendly and professional. However, I had a contract to have a Bryant A/C unit installed, and didnt notice until they were almost complete that they had installed a Payne unit instead. I was told the Bryant was out of stock from the distributor and he actually paid MORE for the Payne unit. They swore that the two were identical other than the name plate. I agreed to allow them to complete the install because the temps were climbing that week and I didnt want to go without A/C longer. Unfortunately these issues made the overall experience using Ideal Temp less than ideal.

After being told by Ideal Temps repairman that we had a fracture fault in the refrigeration system after a mid-season checkup, I contacted the home warranty company to have the issue resolved. The company hired by the home warranty company did extensive inspections to find the fault and couldnt find anything wrong with the system. Then the repairman informed us that our current AC system was still under warranty and we didnt need to even use the home warranty company to save money as it would have been repaired or replaced for free. Im convinced Ideal Temp just wanted to talk an unsuspecting customer into hundreds of dollars of repairs to fix nothing.

Matt came out on a Tuesday gave us a bid and got us approved for one of three best systems it was installed the following Monday. The installers were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company for anyone’s needed. Thank you Ideal Temp you guys are AWESOME!!!!

We are very pleased with the new hvac system we had installed this past spring. Everything works great! The process was explained to us in detail and the timeline they gave us was spot on. They were very thorough and careful with both the removal of the old system and installation of the new one. We consider them trustworthy and wouldnt hesitate to hire them again. Their recent check up of the system (routine 2x yearly) was just as complete as the original installation.

When our heater started going out, I had 4 companies come to my house for bids. Three of them were the larger companies advertised on TV, and Ideal Temp was recommended by Angies List. When Matt came, he was very thorough in going over what his company would offer. He took almost an hour to sit down and discuss options. Matt offers apples to apples with other companys bids, and he is true to his word. His customer service has been exemplary, and he is quick to respond to questions or concerns. I know there are larger companies out there, but Matts prices were more competitive compared to their standard pricing, and he gets to know you personally. Matt was more than willing to go the extra mile and treat us as a friend, not just another customer. Matt & Company did a fabulous job from start to finish! A coupe of weeks ago they installed a Brand New Bryant Evolution System plus Duct work in my home. They were on time, clean as a whistle, plus any questions I had were answered. My home now is at the right Ideal Temp in EVERY room! My furnace went out this weekend and I had called a few other companies, who were either several days out or wanted to charge $300+ to come out. I called Ideal Temp and the woman that answered the phone (Her name was Carlota I think) was very nice, and she told me they would send a technician out within the hour. Caleb was the technician and he was very helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue and get our heat working in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company.
