Your car wash gauged my tires and rims and caused significant damage. Had to tow it away. Made a claim with corporate Well see what happens

First I should state that the wash is good and thorough. I had some oil on my window (long story), and although the wash did its thing overall, there was still oil just because it was a bad mess to start with. I came back a couple days later and the young man who was there the first time recognized me and let me go through again. He nailed the window with soap at the beginning, and it came out sparkling clean.I appreciate you going the extra distance! Thank you!

I received an email coupon but when I tried to use i,t it said it had no value then received a text coupon and had the same issue. The employee said, sorry, nothing he can do. Total bait and switch/false advertising situation. Im filing a complaint with the BBB

We go here often to wash our cars. It does a great job. Usually free vacuums don’t work well but theirs does! And they offer rags to wipe down your car. Always nice and clean.

Two times through did not come close to be clean. Was not even that dirty to begin with. no wheels spinning on passenger side so not clean at all.

Ive tried this place twice several months apart and it just doesnt get the car clean. Theres are still bugs stuck on the hood and windshield (and I bought the $17 one, which says it for bugs!) And there is a film on the windows. Save your money... Go somewhere else.

Absolutely awesome! Got my car looking Absolutely spotless, the next morning I woke up to bird droppings all over my car, so I went back and the receipt offered a 48 hour refund! Car looks good as new again 👌

I went to this car wash after a road trip and figured it would be worth the money that I am spending. Well, I was wrong. My windshield still has all sorts of bug guts on it still. Following my wash I went to use the vacuums and I had to basically play musical chairs since several of them were not working. And of course there was no out of order sign in place for that. All in, for spending $21 on a car wash it looks like I had my 6 year old nephew wash my car. Quite honestly he probably would have done a better job! While this is very close to my work I will not be returning there!

Best in now 30 citys across Missouri and Kansas.

Paid $17.00 only to leave with the back end of my suv just as dirty as when I got there and that was after going through twice. Waste of money 💰 😒

Its mildy pricey and the wash has a difficult time thoroughly cleaning the back end of my truck but this establishment takes care of the equipment and the property.

I think its a bit expensive for what you get I got a $13 car wash that didnt even get the windshield clean or the wheels. Now the one in Bonner Springs is owned by the same place maybe theyll do a better job.

It took 2 times to get my truck clean.

Brushes didnt get the back of my car at all (4runner). Blowers didnt do a good job drying either. Came here as it was on way home but wouldnt do it again. Also was more expensive than comparable wash I usually get at Better Wash which does a better job.

Not pleased and vaccum had little suction.

Was looking for a new place to go for a monthly membership, this is definitely NOT it. Did not clean my vehicle even after going through a second time. Still had soap all over! AND the vacuums were TERRIBLE. Not to mention they don’t offer the interior cleaning at this location. $18 down the drain....literally. Definitely won’t be going back.

Theres usually no line but the wash doesnt really clean your car. Weve had to go through a couple of times then still needed to scrape the bugs off the front of our car.

Fairly good wash here, though sometimes car doesnt get completely clean. They have several different washes to choose from and detailing if you want. I like the new touch of putting towels out for your use to wipe your car down because of course the dryer never completely dries your car.

There is no customer service, i need to cancel my account cause no one answers the phone and they never gave me my info to do it online

The people were personable, courteous and helpful.....Working with one hand one of the young men helped Me vacuum out My car and Yall it Never looked better.....The car wash price, free vacuum axs plus the assistance I received made My Day!The assistance was well worth The tip....Go check them out!

Stopped here on our way out of town after checking out of our hotel. Picked the $18 wash. Had 2 guys spraying the front and windshield before the track system drug us through the auto washer. When we left, there still a few bugs on the bumper and I irros from our long trip. Went back around and the employees were more than happy to send us back through, and took extra time to get the bugs off. Completely hassle free, and car was shiny and almost completely dry when done.

Have the unlimited wash program. Pulled up and it didnt recognize my license or something. Pressed the help button, but the employee just sat there and didnt come out to help.

We just purchased the monthly plans for our vehicles. Yesterday was the first time through the wash. We also feel that the blowers do not dry the vehicles as well as Belfontes, we moved from them. So this means taking clean rags to wipe windshield, mirrors and side glass. Seems to clean very well and is a little closer to home. Some work needs to be done with the blowers to dry better.

Not the greatest... went for the first time a few days ago- immediately after you could still see on my back window where my wiper blade was used. Spot free rinse is a joke. I have had better from a gas station car wash.

Got the best wash they offered here and when I got out for gas noticed that there was still soap all over the back of my truck. Ended up looking it over and it was just an expensive half wash. Still dirty on my windows and mirrors and there was still road grime in various spots. Stick with a normal car wash, it will be way cheaper and you can actually get your truck clean.

The car wash building outside and around is really nice and clean. The vacuums work and theres plenty of space to clean the inside of your vehicle once you run it through the car wash.Unfortunately, I paid for the $15 service and my car still came out dirty. The bottoms of my doors had so much dirt still on them. I took a napkin from my glove box and was able to wipe the dirt off, so Im confused as to why my car came out dirty.

Washed our newish Jeep here as we were in the area. Keep in mind the car is 5 months old, gets washed weekly and parks in a garage....Paid 18 bucks for the service. After the wash still has road grime under all 4 doors, around the tailgate and the front of the hood and front bumps was covered in bugs! Not to mention how in the world do you pay 18 bucks and get no tire shine? Poorest automated wash I have ever had and paid a fortune for it. NEVER AGAIN!

Like most auto car washes good for knocking the dirt off. Guy took power washer to vehicle and got most expensive wash but yet theres still bug guts on the front.

Under new ownership. No longer offer 2nd car discount on monthly plan. Thats ok though as I took both our cars in today as it was the last day they would honor our plan. Both cars still dirty on rear and covered with water spots even though we had the spot free rinse in our package. Probably did us a favor as I was going to cancel monthly plan anyway as it never did a very good job of washing the cars. Going back to where we used to go.

Too expensive tho.. Lady spraying at the begging did best job yet at prewash.

Great job on a very quick service. Go in, get washed, get out, vacuum, and done! Its fairly new and hard to spot, but definitally worth the money.

Reasonable monthly rate with a multiple car discount (eg. First car is $30 for the 2nd best wash and each car after is half that so $15). Overall it does a pretty good job but doesnt get my trucks back window or tailgate clean. Usually have water spots if I dont manually dry them after. Most automatic washes have similar issues though.

Wash was decent, still dirty spots on back half of my car. Vacuums are awful, less suction than my vacuum at home. Wont be coming back.

Never have TIRESHINE and I pay monthly for it with my plan went a whole month with out it and now they dont have it again. Time to find another place....

Nice tunnel car wash. Two guys at the tunnel entrance with power washers to get bugs off. Free vacuums.

Paid $15 for a car wash and it was still as dirty as before. They couldn’t clean simple spots off. Definitely not with the $15 at all.

None of the vacuums work... that’ll be the last time I spend money here.

I have the basic membership and added a 2nd car for $30 per month. Everyday I can take my two cars in if I choose and have a clean car. If I need to vacuum them out, the vacuums are free. The car wash is as good as Belafontes (I only had the basic wash membership there as well) but the vacuums are way better than Belafontes.

Clean and decently priced, spent 2 hours detailing my truck there not a complaint from the attendant!!

Credit cards not working. Thought it was just the card, but google/samsung/apple are not working. Says place here... Beeps then says same thing as when using a totally different card. Help number is just a press 4 to leave a message

I had been paying 37.50 every month for this car wash for me and my fiancé. I was happy for awhile, but after seeing a strange scuff that hadnt been there before on my brand new car, I became concerned...I took it by a collision shop seeing how much it would cost to fix and trying to rack my brain on how it got there...I had realized that just the day before I took it to the car wash. When I mentioned that to the adjuster he said, yeah scuffs like these happen from those automatic car washes, I wouldnt recommend them, we always suggest the diy car washes. So I went today to cancel my membership when I told him why, he completely shut it down and said nope, thats impossible...maybe it was from the salt on the roads.... How salt would scuff my SUV halfway up, Im not sure...but it sure doesnt seem likely. Now I have worked in customer service before, I would have expected an Im sorry that happened to you at the very least. I wasnt expecting anything from it since I cant prove it. But just beware...you may leave with a scuff on your car and apparently they hire employees with zero customer service abilities.
