Great service and great car wash. Several packages to choose from Monthly and all seem reasonable. Only little small complaint is The vacuum cleaner I was using a vacuum had very poor suction so it took a lot longer its actually vacuuming my car cuz the suction on the vacuums are only at about I would say 30 to 40%. Im sure that was just a one off and theyll fix pretty soon still a great car wash.

Reasonably priced monthly car wash options and pretty decent car wash for the price. Only complaint ifs that several pieces of equipment are usually not operational and it feels like your car’s not getting as clean.

They are a failure, it is a ruve month to change the mirrors 2 times because the machines split it, they say they will not be held responsible, the first time even they did not work when they were totally new and the second time they say they like the truck is old do not cover me for that!

I was really impressed with the free vacuums, Microfiber towels, and mat washing machine. It made the car wash experience a very good value and my car looks great.

Ive been to this carwash about a dozen times. My vehicle just never gets cleaned. The rear brush never actually cleans the back off. The left spinner brush never really turns on and leaves streaks where dust and dirt is left over. I would not recommend. Waterway over on Stateline is $1 cheaper and and gets the vehicle MUCH cleaner....even without an awesome hand towel dry service.

Any car wash that has free vacuums is a plus in my book lets face it we all rush through the vacuuming because were anticipating our vacuum going off and they always do before were actually done I highy recommend this place

Super friendly staff who went above and beyond! I wish I knew the employees name but he could tell I was stressed and struggling with crying kids in the car and offered all the kids suckers which calmed them down. The equipment was clean, easy access, and lots of towels available!

A spa for my car. Best place in town to get your car clean. Vacuums on both sides of the car is convenient. Price is great.

Paid $20 bucks and my car still had spots that were dirty. Not impressed. The included vacuum was good though except the hose kept coming unattached. But it had good suction with the hose.

Love the affordability of this car wash and their high powered FREE vacuums. They also have a mat cleaning machine. A monthly membership makes sense if you plan to wash your car at least two time a month.

Half the brushes didnt even touch our car and it left whole portions of our car uncleaned and all of it covered in water.

I tried to use drove 8 miles over lunch one way and told incident in the car wash you can use another one we have locations all over the city. Not what I wanted to hear. Tommys is the place to go way more professional if their wash is down and you drive up they give you a complimentry wash to come back. Not here at go they send you on your way I would not go back waste of time un professional.

I stopped by today and was greeted by J.P. as I was about to enter my card info into the machine. We chatted about the benefits of the monthly program and man, she was great. Super outgoing and energetic without being too much. It’s not often that someone’s customer service leads me to write a review, but she was just so service oriented and friendly that I had to. I’ll definitely be back!

I purchased the most expensive wash and did not get it, went to the attendant and he told me he would fix it and told me to go through again, and again I didnt get the wash I paid for... Hopefully they will get this fixed. Ill try one more time another day and if it happens again Ill find somewhere else to wash my car. Disappointing as this seems like it would be a great place if their system actually gave one the wash they paid for.

Caused over $500 in damage when their machine violently ripped off my antennae and caused MAJOR damage. They will not cover the repair. This is a terrible business. Do NOT support them.

This place is an affordable way to wash your car. It was about $18 bucks for the works. You can also vaccum your interior and wash/dry your mats for free. They also provide microfiber towels for you to use to wipe down any spots that may still be wet after the wash (I highly recommend doing this). There is a 48 hour window where you can get your car washed again if they missed a spot or say it rained the next day. All you do is drive up to the kiosk and select that you would like to redeem your 48 car wash. Keep your receipt just in case. The employees were very friendly and everybody kept to themselves. Overall, it was a really nice experience!

First time there car damage, didnt wash first time had to go through again not going back.

I pay 26 bucks for unlimited car washes and vacuuming per month. Such a great deal!!

Great car wash with do-it-yourself vacuums. I used to go to a different car wash a few blocks away, but I always had to wait forever for their team to do all the vacuuming and interior cleaning... but at Big Splash, I can get a quick, effective clean and then get back on the road!

Even tho I have a membership here and have had it for 3 years now, Ive watched new ownership come and fire some good workers to hire lazy people who will not dry your car properly. i dont care for the manager, he is a young man and was very rude to me. Currently they are down for remodeling. I think they need to hire back the staff that they fired, they were good and had great customer service. and the older manager was very kind. This new management is not the best.

This is a good place for a quick in and out with a car wash with many options ranging from an $8 simple wash to the $18 super duper wash. They also have monthly packages with unlimited washes that would make financial sense if you wash your car more than 3 times a month. I wish they had interior cleaning service at the Waldo location but they dont. Instead, you get free access to the vacuum bays (diy).

EXCELLENT AMAZING SERVICE & superb mat cleaning machines.After a weekend camping in the mud, with three kids in tow, the minivan was in need of a serious wash - to say the least. I pulled into Big Splash on Wornall at 4:30pm and Adam (who works there) took about 5 minutes to explain to me about the vacuums and mat washing machines (say what?!). As I pulled into the car wash, Adam actually walked in too! just to make sure my top cargo carrier wouldnt get jostled around by the brushes. When one of my car mats was difficult to get in the washing machine, Adam came over and helped me work it out. He just stood with me for 10 minutes and taught me all the tricks to make sure my car mats looked as if theyd just been shampooed. I set to vacuuming up all the dirt, mud, pebbles & kid debris covering nearly ever inch of my van. 30 minutes later my vehicle was sparkly clean and put back together. As I pulled out of the lot, it was only then that I realized that they had closed NEARLY AN HOUR AGO! Wow, I was so impressed with the service already, but add to it that I was never made to feel rushed. I will definitely return here when my van is in need of another deep clean - or just some sparkle. Thanks Adam & Big Car Splash on Wornall!

Went through this carwash and it tore the rear windshield wiper assembly off my car. They replaced that (although I had to go there to pick up the part and to a different place up the street to have it out on) HOWEVER I called back immediately after I got home because I realized that when it tore the wiper off it also put two big nicks in my bumper. They refused to do anything about that because I hadnt noticed it on site. Ridiculous. The owner/manager was difficult to reach and the whole thing was a huge pain. I will not be going back.

When this business first open it was very good 👍 But somewhere along the line it went south. It began to break down and nothing was ever fixed. You go thru the car wash now and some parts of it is always broken. The reader that is suppose to read members license plate and allow them entry doesnt work for half the members that come there. Overall its went from bad to worse 🙃

Busy place, with a good wash, but a haphazard drying process which can leave your vehicle with a bad case of water spots. Great self-serve vacuums, almost too powerful, be careful that you dont leave anything you want to keep within range of the nozzle as it will disappear into the hose never to be seen again. Really good spot for those winter months when one doesnt want to use the self-serve wash or be a responsible car owner and do-it-yourself in the driveway! Fairly quick even when there is a line, and hassle-free, although I have heard of some vehicle damage getting caused here. Keep an eye on whats going on, just in case. Never had a problem myself, and do recommend it!

The wash, the whole reason youre visiting, is actually one of the BEST drive thru washes Ive ever used. Plus the track that propels you through wont scrape a low profile wheel. But the crew are ALWAYS trying to cone up before closing time, its the worst. Ive wasted a membership payments worth in gas for the amount of times I had to turn around so John Doe could leave at 8.

This was our first time at this location and I am happy to say that we were very impressed! Property is extremely clean, staff is friendly, and vacuums are fully functional (which is usually a hit or miss at other car wash places). Big Splash off of Wornall will definitely be our new “go-to” car wash!

This is the best location hands down! They do a thorough DOUBLE wash. None of the soaps, waxes or rain-ex are ever used sparingly or watered down. You get a good rinse and they provide towels for drying off. Excellent.

Great customer service! Alex helped add a second car to my membership and even took the time to explain each membership package so I could make the best choice for my needs. Love this automatic wash, my Jeep Liberty, Nissan Cube and Fiat 500 all get clean with one trip (even the back), the vacuums are always working and the vacuum bay is always clean. Safe place, highly recommend.

Fabulous car wash but a suggestion! Place car in neutral, take your foot OFF the brake. Otherwise you become a fool like me. The wash? Car was clean but a bit more attention to detail would be a good idea. A thousand miles of ice, snow, salt and road goo were almost completely removed and both my car (speaking from my own perspective of course) and I were totally satisfied.

This place is great! Very convenient and the wash itself gets my car really clean. PLUS, the free vacuum after is worth it just for cleaning up after my kids!! Dylan and the whole crew were very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, like the free vacuums and rhino mat cleaners offered at this location compared to others. Pricing seems a little high but outside of that no complaints at all. Free mat cleaning not offered at other locations. Nice that they have free microfiber towels to wipe down your car afterwards.

I recently went to the big splash on 85th and Wornall. I got the $10. My car was not all that dirty but I needed a wash. I drive up to the machine and pay my money and proceed into the car wash. As I’m turning out of the car wash to drive over and vacuum out my car, I need a lot of water spots on my car. Immediately I’m upset because that’s ridiculous. I drive around to the cashier; Dakota and explain to him the situation. He was so nice and understanding. He issued me a new car wash and I was very satisfied.

Had membership, was paying 39.99 a.month-auto pay...cancelled due to theyre always closed by the time I get.off work. My work schedule changed after signing up...so I wasnt.able to utilize their services at all after awhile!! Very sad 😥 customer!!😲😜😭😵

Solid car wash, but I was surprised by the prices. $8.00 was the cheapest option available; but I think if you buy some sort of membership the cost is exponentially cheaper. I’m pleased with the cleanliness of my car for $8.00. It’s not perfect, but an automated wash never produces a perfect wash. I was impressed with the length of the car wash in comparison to others I’ve been through. It seems like more cleaning can occur in the extended space (obviously that can either be true or untrue, but I didn’t find myself appreciating the length).

I like this place. This was my first time coming since they change it around. Free vacuum.they even have a machine that cleans your floormats. I was talking to someone that was cleaning up there vehicle and they told me there monthly pass is $24.00 i think thats a good deal if i hadnt been so tired i would of investigate this and bought a monthly pass. I am not going to worry i will be back and i recommend people to try it out to.

Great, state of the art, car wash with free mat cleaning service [while other usually up-charge]. We bought the all you can wash for both our cars and it can be used in their other locations. Adam, the are manager, runs a good operation. Give it a try.

Came a couple weeks ago and one of the rubber spinning washing machines was busted. Came back today and three of them were busted, and one of the main water sprayers thats supposed to pulse back and forth was stuck and thus only hit the right side of my truck. Cant say Ive ever taken time to review a car wash, but the fact that they are operating today with so many issues is a joke. Worst $15 wash Ive ever had.

Its ok, could get better by having heaters at the end of the drive thru to finish drying the car and reducing prices to $35 a month for the tsunami monthly package would make this place ready for 2020. But in the meantime it gets 3 stars.

Best customer service experience ive had in a long time - at any concept - whether it be restaurant or other. staff seemed genuinely happy and excited to be there. the supervisor was attentive and made sure i was happy wiht my wash. uniforms are also very snazzy, like the car washes of times past. Pretty thorough car wash at a decent price. Way better than the car wash on 85th and State Line! This location replaced a smaller car wash that I liked a little better because it offered hand drying at a similar price.
