Did pretty good job! Usually have alot of spots missed at truck washes but they did awesome! Thanks guys!

The Kansas City Blue Beacon is definitely my go-to truck wash I frequent them at least once a week for a tractor and trailer wash and a supervisors are always very thorough on any concerns and Ive ever had keep up the good work

Girly in register needs to treat customers little better and not just a cold shoulder. No thanks again or even a kiss my assistance 🙄

I have a typical company truck and I am used to getting company washes. I have left other Blue Beacons only slightly better than I showed up. I left this site feeling like a show truck. The bay supervisor was not happy with the wash, so he showed the other team member his issues and brush washed the truck again himself. I wish I had dispatcher that willing to show me how to do it their way.

I havent found a blue beacon yet that has let me down.. The guys/girls there always do a very good job, and it doesn take all day to do it.. They always have me in and out making sure I am happy with the service requested.. WAY TO GO BB!!! THANKS FOR LETTING ME HIT THE EASY BUTTON FOR ONCE!

The staff acid washed my trailer that is a 1993, made it shine behind my new truck! Paid them by the min staff was very concerned about the cost and keeping me informed. I assured them i was not worried i wanted a good job, and that is what i got! Best 110 dallors i spent that week!

Beware! It was not even busy so I dont know why they did such a horrible job. $77 for my pickup and trailer to get washed, this wouldnt be an issue of they actually did a decent job. My truck Its still covered in bugs especially my windshield, my wheels are still covered in brake dust and are red still. I went back once because they were still a ton of stuff on my hood that they didnt clean off. I think I give up on Blue beacons in general after this experience.

Sitting in line for 2hrs for them to wash 1 truck and the other line washed 4 in the same time. Unable to backup to other line.

Did not do a very good job I was bobtail and they didnt clean tanks or axles missed spot on passenger side. Was fast only reason I gave 2 stars

Slow do not value drivers time…1hr per truck makes no sense….. just slow…. Should haveRead comments before showing up here…. If you do not have 4 hours to burn do not come here….night shift…grrrrr took me 4 hours with only 3 trucks waiting

Price seemed much higher than other locations but honestly, it was probably the best Blue Beacon I’ve been to. The overall wash was great, didn’t miss a spot. Add the citrus wheel cleaner and it looks brand new!

Wow, first time Ive had them check my truck over after leaving the bay and saying they would like to fix spots that were missed, now thats great service.

I too our fifth wheel to this location for the first time, everyone was super friendly and efficient a team of about 5 guys tackled washing both my truck and camper and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I wil go back to this location from now on,

I think its in a bad location, only 2 bays. Always packed . Yank out the cat scale put in another bay. Took 2&1/2 hours just for a wash out

Great job. Less quit worrying about masks though. Get rid of that scale and add a wash out bay. Long line but worth it.

Was a disappointed in the job done on my truck half cleaned my engine an the frame of my Tractor but other than that I was ok with my visit

We waited a long long time in line with our RV. The workers work fast but there were a lot of trucks. The RV looked clean until the dirty water streaked down from the roof. There isn’t a lot of choices on getting our RV clean.

Was hard to tell if this was open as no sign outside and no trucks in line... nice to be able to drive right up as it was not busy at my time of visit... Guys did a good job good easy on/off location...will be back

Watch out got charged $50 extra for mud on mud flaps $4/min mud removal but caught them washing engine before shutting timer off

If you have a guard bumper, they dont unscrew hooks. And they also dont want to close the hood it self. NEVER TIP.

I hate the way all blue beacons trap you in line. Once you are there no escape. I would think this is a health hazzard. What if there is a fire or medical emergency? I am stuck in a long line that never moves. Not cool Streakin Beacon!

The help knows what theyre doing, they have clean plenty of trucks in borax and everything, so they know exactly how to go about it in the most proficient manner. They accomplish their jobs speedily and they do a good thorough washing.

Theyre cleaning the dirt trap so only one bay was open. No biggie. I understand they have a policy to follow as far as wearing the un-needed mask. But I felt like I was in prison because Im the only one there and I had to wait to be called forward.

Literally the slowest truck wash ever! There were only 5 trucks ahead of me and it took over 3hrs

Very unprofessional manager i think his name was avery. Wouldnt wash my kids truck and grain hopper because he wouldnt wear mask. He has medical problems and cant. Wouldnt let him stand in corners of bay either to watch them wash his truck. I showed up there and manager got smart mouth with me. All he could say to me was. U got any questions u wanna ask. He was very rude, and needs to loose his job.

I only have box trucks....the wash are not consistent. They always cant get something clean . I can wait for 2 hours but when my trucks come in bay Im only there for 5 min....if oak grovd location was closer I would rather go there

Long Wait. Poor Wash.Maybe they were just too Busy to do a good job.

Today was just ok. Normally when we go there Id give them 5 stars but today they didnt ask if i wanted to check the engine, after they washed it, I pulled out after the wash was done and sat there for several minutes and then had to go find someone because they forgot about Armor All the tires. I still tipped because they do a great job and normally we are there in the evening and they are definitely more polite.

They are always busy . But they keeping it moving very happy with wash out and truck wash.

Fastest truck wash we have ever had. Got out and the sleeper on my truck wasnt even touched. Mud streaming off. We had to have them wash it again.

VERY THOROUGH!!! Our truck was looking pretty rough from all the salt and dirt from the last 2 weeks of driving. These guys did an awesome job washing our truck. Usually truck washes just hose it down and they are done. These guys worked on our truck for 20 minutes. Washed truck, trailer and did a complete wash out. Truck looks like new! Staff was very friendly, and cheerful. Highly recommend this place.
