It’s convenient, fast, not as busy as GO - so getting your car washed and vacuumed doesn’t take a ton of time. The staff is very polite and helpful. Mercedes walked me through the subscription packages. She was great!!! Five stars.

Since this place was taken over the car care place has closed down which I used twice a month and half the machines don’t work. Meaning half the time my tire shine don’t get on my vehicle. For the price of $20 I will start going somewhere else and never use this place again

Very good carwash they have. I went to try the car wash because they were free today. Its a promotion to drum up business. Only issue I have is the cost for monthly service. Just to expensive.

Staff were nice. Wash was alright, will definitely have to go through a second time to get everything. Also the vacuums didnt work very well at all.

Great service, normally came in to do a quick express wash, this time decide to go full service, $35”Showroom” package takes you a long way. Car was perfect in and out! Strongly recommend to try it!

I got the basic wash. The rinse cycle did not get soap off the vehicle. I had to go home and rinse it off myself.

This car wash is under new ownership yet again. Phil the new owner is not honoring the auto pay from the previous owner. He offered one month free but we had just been charged for our previous membership. He wanted us to pay $32 for new membership and then the next month would be free. It is not free as we were just charged $34.99 the day before. Do not get a membership!!!

Fast, easy, dont have to leave your vehicle. Pay the kiosk with cash, change or credit card. If you have a hitch then you might not get super clean in the rear. Be advised of the disclaimers (see pictures in this review). Brushes and whipping clothes make contact with vehicle. Didnt do great on my wheels but Im satisfied for the time and money.

Prices were raised for a wash that was already just ok. Ok for $5 is acceptable. Raising it $2 with no kind of improvement is not. I would pay a little more for a wash done right. It was just convenient it being on my way home. Ive been going here for years, guess I will start looking for another establishment.

Its ok. The vacuum should be free like everywhere else. They went up from $5 to 7 on a basic carwash but you have to pay for the vacuum. Not worth it.

Great car wash.

My 1st time here. I like it because it was quick and fast with a regular wash.

Disappointed. When I go through the car I expect to have the bugs to be washed off my car. If that means that the attendant pretreats the windshield and from bumper than that is what they do. I was the only car going through so they werent to busy to pretreat.

15 dollars to clean interior but wont wipe down dash. Cleaned my mats too (not) Very very dissatisfied

Not a very good visit this week, unfriendly and failing equipment. Went to another cars to complete the job.

This was the worst day. The attendant was too busy smoking to line up my car the right way, when my car ran off course and stopped on the track no one noticed which caused an accident. A 3 car pile up before anyone noticed. Well it ended up I was at fault for the accident because the young man said I was on my brakes. That was a lie I am never going there again.

I gave this place two stars mainly because its convenient. It used to be really busy all the time, but lately there is rarely a line. I think I know why. See, I used to love this carwash. It would leave my car shiny and paint looking new. Ive been going there since it opened. However, I feel like maybe its never been cleaned since it then. I know the brushes have been replaced a couple times, but other than that its absolutely filthy. The last time I was there, the whole place smelled like mildew and my car was even dirtier than it was when I went in. It has progressively gotten worse these past few months.Also, if you have the monthly washes deal, there is no way to upgrade the wash and its insanely annoying. Sometimes I want a deep scrub, not just a basic rinse. But if it stays this dirty, Ill probably stop going here anyway.

I normally use the Car Wash 103 on Linwood and Main, in which I have the monthly pass. The pass is good at both locations, on this particular day I was in South KC and needed a wash. Same friendly service as the Main street location.

I give the South KC location 3 stars just because its convenient. The car was for $10 didnt come close to getting all the bugs from my car, and theres still plenty of other spots of dirt. The self detailing areas are just vacuums that cost $1 for 4min, and no more. They have a car mat shampooer, but its not plugged in so I assume its not functioning. Lastly, Im almost positive the employees park their cars in the vacuum spot, because there were two spots with no one in the vehicle, not outside the vehicle, but their were two employees working.Alas, this was not the car wash for me. Theres construction going on for what could be better detailing areas, but time will tell.

Cheap automatic car wash! $5 for a general clean, $8 for tire protect and $10 for full service. There are two lanes but be weary of Saturdays because it’s location makes turning from state line into the car wash difficult. They take cash or card and there is an option to for a membership. Most the time you have to turn right when leaving (turning towards state line) so be aware of that as well. The car wash did a great job and my car still looks good even after a bit of rain.

Today was my first time visiting this car wash and I could not have been happier with the experience! Aaron came out and helped me choose the best wash for what I was looking for. He was helpful getting me aligned in the tunnel and was very friendly. My car came out spotless. I will recommend this location to friends and will definitely be returning!

Car wash closes with out notifications and no credit back on pass holders, Main office closes too can’t reach anyone, and owner is hard to talk to when you reach her. I hate dealing with her and I hade finding the place closed.

Went to a different car wash, paid the higher priced option and barley cleaned car. Here even the $5 option resulted in a much shinier, cleaner car! Definitely recommend this car wash!

Went there a couple hours ago, for the first time. Havent washed the inside or outside of my car in probably a year. I got the $35 package, and the lady who cleaned my car did an awesome job. Vaccumed, door jam whiping, wheel and tire cleaning, paint polishing, window cleaning, etc. Not 5 stars because she didnt have any help, so it took awhile, but the outcome was great.

I really don’t like giving negative reviews. What happened today really made me upset. I was aligned on the line for $10 car wash and in the middle of the wash, my car ran out of line and has struck in the middle. A car was approaching me from the back. It was a dangerous thing. The beard guy who works there really helped me. And the bumper on the front passenger side was damaged. I won’t be going there anymore.

The overall wash was fine, but it didnt touch the front of my bumper. Still dirty, not okay for a $10 car wash. Also, as per other reviews, I expected a free vacuum with a car wash. Wrong. When I told an employee I had read they had free vacuums with a wash, i was told that has never applied here. I had to pay $1 for 4 min. Also, the vacuums arent any good. The crevice one doesnt suck anything and the big one is too big to pick up anything really embedded in the carpet. I wont be coming back. Dont waste your time.

Horrible detailers for the money I spent.

I really hate giving poor reviews, but I feel like this one is warranted. This car wash ripped my luggage rack off my car, which of course damaged my car as well. I have a small compact sedan and it has never been an issue in the past with other car washes. The employee stated that the hydraulic system failed and that it didnt grant additional clearance for my car. To add insult to injury... my car didnt even come out clean. After filing a claim, I have no resolution despite the employees admitting that there was a failure in the system... I wasnt even offered a refund for the wash that didnt clean my car, but damaged it instead.

I paid $35,00 for my car to be cleaned its called a showroom look there was still a few dead bugs on my car that the staff didnt get off my car and on the inside of my car they didnt wipe vents other than that the car smelt great and looked great

Wish I could give more points but the only thing that came clean on my car was the tires and that was a $10.00 tire job, I still had dirt on my car, and blood from bugs and also blugs when I stopped in price chopper to look at the job that was done

I have a small Acura TL, So the wash cleaned the car fairly well. The wash did run $10, which i was willing to pay. Dont expect an immaculate clean, I suggest washing the car to remove the bulk of the dirt and etc, then go home and touch up the missed spots.

Used this wash last sat. and upon going home and walking around back of car MANY SCRATCHES on trunk lid and also on hood and top. Went directly back to 103 Wash.showed employees : filled out incident from. AND EMPLOYEES REFUSED TO GIVE NAME OR PHONE # of OWNER. They said owner would call mid-week. Now it is Friday 6 pm and have not heard anything.. I was told by a equipment serviceman that the rags that drag across vehicle can pick up dirt and etc. and drag it from car to car, Because there is no spray that cleans rags between cars. BUYER BEWARE !!!

Ive been going to this carwash for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Great wash for the price. It does get very busy, at times, but the wait isnt anything to fuss over. The cars come out clean one after the other at a consistent pace. Before you know it youre on your way!

I was hoping to find a car wash in my neighborhood, unfortunately there were several areas the wash did not clean. I asked for a rewash and was given many excuses and argumentative attitude by the person in charge. No improvement after driving through a second time.
