I was met promptly at the service door by Camille McClain, Service Advisor. She was able to get my car in for service right away, arrange transportation home for me. After service was completed later in the day I was able to pay over the phone and my car was delivered back to my home in perfect shape. I work from home, so this service allowed me not to miss any time from work. Great customer service and so appreciated.

Bobby has been and will continue to be my service representative because he is prompt, concise, honest, and efficient. He is thorough in explaining the problem, solution, and cost, always making sure I am aware of the details and choices.The only complaint I have is that following our transaction, other personnel from Cable Dahmer call my phone while using Bobbys telephone line and name which implies it is Bobby calling me personally. I find out it is not Bobby at all, but another sales person using that line to attract me into thinking I need to answer the phone promptly for some information not discussed earlier. It is FALSE attempt at using Bobbys line for such purpose and I dislike it tremendously and request you discontinue the process immediately. It is not up to your professional standards and quality.
The staff at this dealership are all AMAZING, from sales to finance to parts ordering. They provided the best car buying and customer service experience that I have ever had.Always communicating where they were in the process, asking if I needed anything, even bought my lunch as my transaction took a bit longer :). I brought my truck in for an emergency repair while I was on travel to Kansas City. The service advisor was amazing and got my truck in and fixed in a couple of hours. They even let me use a courtesy vehicle while they were repairing my truck so I didn’t have to miss my daughter’s soccer game which is the reason I travelled to KC in the first place. I refused to buy my 2020 Sierra AT4 from Cable-Dahmer until I could walk through their service department. I wanted to see if their service personnel were welcoming, friendly, maybe even happy, and actually go out of their way to make the customer feel valued.I can tell you now, 20 months later I do not regret my decision one bit! Their service dept is Triple A and they take great care of their customers. Not only me, but when Im waiting I watch/listen to them interact with other customers (stalker alert ha) and they all do a top notch job! Theyre ALL great, but Tim Rickle is my guy! I had a tire replaced last Friday. They came and picked up my vehicle, I asked for the old tire back. They returned my vehicle, and when I went to take the tire out of the back, the hatch didnt work. It is stuck closed. What now?UPDATE: Early Friday morning, I got a text saying the service valet had been cancelled. Nothing else.I IMed with CD through their website later that morning. I was then told that the service had been moved (no explanation) and that I would be hearing from the service department soon to reschedule. To reschedule the repair necessary because of CD. That was three days ago, I havent heard anything since.
My service guy Tim, is dynamic! I once had my tires rotated on my wifes car and noticed a nail in on of them three days later, I called Tim, he said bring it in and theyll get it taken care of. No charge! I even take back my old 2004 GMC there for oil change and service work and they treat it too like a new vehicle especially with a car wash after the oil change. I fully recommend the service at Cable Dahmer

It started when I needed nitrogen in one tire, so I stopped by and as always Tim was outstanding, I also asked if they could do the oil change since it was due. Tim took care of it and got me on my way. Very GOOD experience.
Oil change plus replacement of lost key fob. Arranged for me to pick up out of stock fob at Cable -Dahmer Chevrolet down the street. Justin, the parts guy there was super also. Service person in C-D GMC service bay was dealing with multiple customer issues that day and kept her cool and her sense of humor durung the whole period I was there. She is definitely a service person Id want on my team. Stellar.
Cable Dahmer did a great job! We basically made the deal over the phone due to me working out of town. When I arrived to pick up the new truck, all the addons were completed and all we had to do was sign the paperwork and roll out.

The Cable Dahmer team of Michael Guthrie and Terry Adams was a pleasure to work with. We were shown the Buick Envision Essence. The vehicle is even more than what we expected. The drivers assist makes you a more aware driver and feel safer in the vehicle. We highly recommend this option along with AWD and the moon roof. Our finance person Paul Sargent was a wealth of information about what choices we were offered. We like the fact that by taking all the packages we are covered for bumper to bumper without worrying about any costly repairs. We even get free oil changes. We have also special ordered a 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Denali pickup. The newly redesigned Buick Envision has made this vehicle a truly beautiful SUV/Crossover. The ambient lightening in the interior along with the heads up display plus the entire dashboard to include the infotainment center and Bose Stereo System makes the Envision a luxury vehicle. It’s even more than we Envisioned (a little pun intended). We highly recommend Cable Dahmer for anyone in the market to purchase a new vehicle. A special shout out to all (3) of these men that was a part in virtually changing our lives. Service professional, Tim Rickel (whom Ive dealt with on prior occasions) assisted me. My vehicle repair needs were diagnosed. Tim informed me for approval. The repair was completed in a timely fashion. I retrieved my Regal at the designated time. A respectful experience.

Went to see a car we found online. We were offered to view the car from the inside, but he had us waiting outside for 25 minutes and never came back. Not great customer service.
The slogan at this place is, Your hole is our goal! Unbelievable how bad they tried to rip off my brother. Dont trust them with your credit either, they will run it 10 times for a loan they know they cant get approved. No bank in their right mind would finance a vehicle marked up 25k over MSRP.

I bought a car from here a few years ago. I have asked them to stop calling me. They seriously call me all the time trying to get me in for service or upgrading or adding features.I will never buy a car from them again. I told them to throw my folder away and they keep passing it to new employees. This is a call center, not a car dealership. Go to a Toyota Dealership. I never had issues with them.

Tim was great; he even called me back 5 minutes after I dropped off my truck to tell me they could install the Tanaka replacement air-bag that was on recall. And they were able to get that done in addition to the work I requested and still have it ready at the originally scheduled time.

I want to start by saying that my sales rep Quintin Headley was remarkable. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. I appreciate all of his hard work. Hes such a personable and professional gentleman. Cable-Dahmer GMC overall was fantastic. It was a pleasure to do business with them, and I intend to refer my friends and relatives to them.At no fault of the dealerships (but rather GMs), one of the two latches on my MultiPro tailgate was DOA as soon as I had gotten home after buying. Couldnt even open the tailgate because of it. Made a 60 mile trip to the dealership today to get it replaced only to be told that the latch had to be ordered, so unfortunately Ill have to make yet another 120 mile round trip back to the dealership this Saturday for them to replace a $80 latch on a $60,000 truck. Not the best QC, GM!!

They called and told me( 25mi into my 55 mi drive) that the car I had called and reserved the night before had been sold. Then to find out you have to pay to reserve when I was never informed originally. Then got a quote for a car out of my price range. Kinda felt shamed.
I was in and out pretty quick. I do not like when the service advisors try to sell me services my vehicle does not need. For example, I had already changed my engine filter and cabin air filter and they told me they needed changed. Not everything is all about the money. Wouldn’t you want to build a trusting relationship with your customer? I do feel once my service plan expires with Cable Dahmer I will be moving on. I feel I can not trust the service department on what service my vehicle actually needs.
Very pleased with the dealerships efforts to find a vehicle from a dealer in Ohio and to transport it to Kansas City. The sales staff was very cordial and professional.
All the repairs were done in a timely fashion. I was originally given a Terrain to drive and that wasn’t going to work size wise for my needs. Bobby got me into a new enclave to drive around while my repairs were being done. Will definitely be back.

I had a significant issue about two years after my purchase at Cable Dahmer GMC off State Line Rd. I raised this issue and the leadership at Cable Dahmer immediately reached out to me to resolve it. The previous management group that I hold responsible for the issue is gone and the new management group stepped up to resolve my problem. My car was damaged while being serviced, it was left overnight. There is a huge grazing on the wheel well down to base paint. It’s easy to see because my car is white. When I asked that they pull their security camera footage in order to see that they DID damage my vehicle, they said that they don’t have any cameras in the service area. How convenient! The service manager went on to say that they will not assume responsibility for the damage, so I asked that the General Manager give me a call, I still haven’t heard from him! It makes me wonder about the quality of the repairs that I had done? I wish I could show the photo that I took at Cable Dahmer when they brought me my car.
