Ruby got me in quick, she was very nice; friendly. I did have an issue, however. I was going for a Burst Fade to set up my style to grow back out my Mohawk. Before I knew it she had began to buzz the back of my neck. At that point Burst fade isnt an option, but I thought maybe I was wrong and that WASNT what burst fade meant. Ive looked it up now and it absolutely is - no question. So I guess perhaps I confused her and she just thought I wanted to eventually work in a top Mohawk. The fade is decent, cant complain what she did in respect to what I think she thought was correct. Just now have to start growing the back out all over again. Its just hair, whatever. I still tipped her, cause she was by all other standards doing her job skillfully and quickly. Im not saying dont go, but be sure you know what you want and that they know what you want.

Today I had Erica give me a haircut. Im usually a difficult customer because I have a hard time of putting into words what I want. Erica was patient and creative. I highly recommend her.

I’ve never written a Google review in my life but I made a Google account so I could write this. I just had a haircut by Ruby and had a fantastic experience. I’ve been to many Sport Clips locations many times over the last few years and have never had someone pay as much attention to detail as Ruby. She took her time, asked me questions about hair product I use, how I style my hair, explained how my particular hair grew, and explained how she was cutting my hair in relation to it all. She even tried out several different styling products to see what worked best for me. She did a great job making my square head look decent! I’ll definitely be back.

Of the Sport Clips in the area, this was probably the last impressive. Stylist was quick to the point that she made mistakes. Worst part was she put the towel I used to dry my hair back on my shoulders...... Covering my shoulders with hair. Wont be coming back to this one.

Decent haircut but was overcharged… Requested a Triple Play, received Triple Play yet was charged for an MVP. They literally stood in front of a sign stating MVPs were $26 and told me their prices increased and Triple Plays were $26…

Checked in online with a 6 min wait time.. showed up and was told it would be an hour, my phone only showed a 26 min wait time, people got there before me and jumped my place in line by like 5 or 6 people. Whats the point of having an online check in if your spot in line is not held

If you send your teenager back with them, they will take advantage of them. Before they cut there hair, they will ask if they want a wash, and as they are washing there hair, they will ask them if they want a 2nd rinse, and before you know it theyve added $9 to your hair cut.They never tell these kids it costs extra, and they didnt ask me, the person thats paying for the service.

The quality of hair cut you’ll get here will change regularly, but you don’t have to make an appointment. The building is clean and the hours are convenient, but unless you just have to get their “mvp experience “, you can get the same quality for less elsewhere. Would rate 2.5 stars if that were an option.

Loved my experience here. Erica was great and very knowledgeable of what a guys hair and specifically beard requires. Hooked me up. Definitely gonna be making this location a frequented spot.

Their wait time is completely false. it was suppose to be a 35 minute wait when we checked in. An hour later we were still waiting. For as much as you pay here they should be more accurate.

Im consistently disappointed in the online check in system compared to the speed in which the people care to work at. Every girl seems to take a 10 min break between cuts. Id suggest you avoid it unless you have 2 hours to get your cut done.

Chantelle did a great job. Very friendly and made recommendations based off my hair, not just what do you want like you get at most places. Online check in is handy, check in and pick your stylist before you arrive to avoid waiting.

Love Cecilia! She cuts everyone in our families hair! Shes always friendly, knowledgeable, recommends great products, and gives THE BEST head massages. And shes really good about showing our boys how to style their hair themselves, so they can create the same look.I highly recommend her!

They always get you in quick, no appointments needed. Ive had wait times from 0 on a slow day up to 45 minutes at lunch time on a Saturday. Id say the average wait from walk-in to the chair is 10 minutes.

I used to go here and then they would not accept a coupon that they had told me three weeks earlier was good. In fact the girl who cut my hair even initialed and signed it as approved. Then 3 weeks later a new young lady said the owner would not accept them anymore. I showed the coupon, where the previous stylists signed and approved it and I was told too bad they did not accept them. I walked out went somewhere else. I really do not care about the discount what I do care about is they did not stand by what they told and wrote was approved. Bad business practice short sighted and bad owner See YA!

It was my very first time going to sports clips. They were very nice and very helpful. Kelso was my stylist and Ill definetly request every time I go. I got te double MVP and it was amazing!! Shampoo and conditioner massaged with a steam towel resting on my face!! I loved it and would recommend to anyone!

Staff is ok. Haircuts are ok. Wait times are always ridiculous though. Other places to go where there isnt a 30 minute wait and they have appointments or online check in. Last time I try a Sports Clips in the Northland.

Ive been going to Sportclips since the time I moved to the KC Northland. I followed my stylist to Burlington Creek even though it is out of my way, because she is kind and always does a good job.
