Friendly staff, quality hair cut. Definitely my go-to place now. Cieara took a lot of time and asked a lot of questions to really understand how I like my hair cut and explaining different techniques.

The best cut around and my barber for the long haul. Recommend an appointment, but not much wait without one. Good conversation and a rare opportunity to have a professional shoe shine. Great folks!

This place is great. Sierra gave me a trim and cut for $35 and it was the best haircut Ive had in years. Ive never paid for a beard trim and didnt know what I was asking for, but she was very nice and walked me through all of my options. Best bang for your buck in the area!

Fantastic haircuts. Some of the best Ive ever gotten. The staff is always super friendly. The price is also pretty good compared to the rest of downtown. Ill definitely be getting my haircuts here from now on.

Been there 2 times and had a great haircut and both barbers were awesome. Website says they close at 3 on Saturday. Got here at 2:15pm and they were already closed. Not happy because i cant always get down here during the week. And i so wanted a haircur today. Guess its time to buy more clippers and go back to cutting my own hair. No worries.

Extremely convenient location. I came in the morning and was able to get immediate service. The barber was very attentive to my needs, friendly and social.All in all, I was able to get a very nice haircut, with very little wait time.

I am in the military and very specific about how my hair is cut. I stopped into Baltimore Ave Barber shop since it was close to my hotel and got an excellent cut for an excellent price. I would highly recommend this establishment. I will be going back here each time I am in Kansas City

Big M is an awesome guy BUT if you have a simple haircut like I do, it is a bit overpriced at $20 for just a haircut. There is also a $3 charge for credit cards. It is a good alternative if you need a haircut downtown by P&L. I feel there are a lot of other shops elsewhere with more bang for your buck.

Sierra took care of my hair and did a great job!! First time and will be returning. Very reasonable for downtown and not to mention how convenient.

Worst haircut I have ever had. Inexperienced Barber had no idea what I asked for. He didnt even try to have a casual conversation while cutting my hair and didnt have the common sense to make my hair look somewhat similar to what my hair style was going in there. I almost asked him to shave it all off. I had to go to another barber to fix what this person did wrong. I would advise you to save your $20 rather than experience this kind of treatment.

I dont think I had Big M himself, but the cut was still good.20 bucks for a regular cut, a little rough with the clippers, but the end result was clean and I like it.
