I went in for a haircut for my 6 year old son and myself..Plain haircuts with no extras.... No shampoo, no neck trim no anything.... Just a hair cut...and the total came to $49 for 2 short hair male haircuts. We was in there for maybe 15 or 20 min.it was my first time there and is going to be my last . I have never spent more then $15 for one hair cut and now I found myself spending $25l6 on mine and $18 on my sons. Thats some BsS and Ill never recommend them to anyone... Great haircut but the price is fn insane.. I 2as looking to spend maybe $25 with a tip.. instead I ended up spending over $50Never again

I was a walk in customer and they got me in really quick a potential new hire needed to cut someones hair to show she is capable of the job and I was more than happy to allow her to cut my hair under supervision of I believe the manager she did cut my hair and did a good job this is the first true bald fade Ive had in a long time I am extremely happy with the service and have found my permanent place for haircuts thank you for an outstanding job

Took forever at this location. Fealt very much in your face kind of place. They said it would be almost 15 minutes, I timed it at 30. Some people that came in after us were seen sooner. Not sure what was up with that. Going to go back to my regular barber as I really want impressed.

The only problem I had with sports clips was the cost, but nothing is cheap anymore, their service is great, and the location was great for me, because it is buy a super Walmart which I shop at a lot, so the location is perfect, I have had two or three different stylist, and all of them did as I asked. And they have an app that will allow you to set up your time frame ahead of your visit which is ideal for me.

This is a place that is friendly and very safe. The stylists here are amazing and have been going for over ten years

This is the first time I have haircut at sports clips. I read the review on google maps, and checked in online with Alex.When I went there, I was serviced by another girl, lets just call her K. I showed her the picture that what I want to cut. She said OK, she spent 5 minutes to cut my hair and told me thats it. I was so surprised, because nothing changed. Then I told her what I want again, I even told her how to do it, it is so simple, but she said she dont know how to do it, finally, she lost her patience and said their store only served male not female, I feel so awkward and thought, didnt you see I am a female? Why dont you tell me you dont know how to cut a womens hair when I told you what I want? In this awkward situation, another staff heard that and came to talk to K how to do it, she still insisted that she dont know how to do it. Then I saw this girls name was Alex, I told her I checked in online with Alex. So Alex helped cut my hair. Alex knew exactly what I want done with my hair. All I want just a very simple haircut. For Alex, I will give 5 star, but If only K cut my hair, I will give 1 star. So,I give 3 star as fair. Alex is professional and caring, she did a great job.

Check in and go back to my car to make simple calls so not to be talking through out sports clips. 10 to 20 mins later, while parked right in front walk back in and now have a 43 minutes wait tooold tthat they toook waalk in and i have to wait longer. Customer lost forevere i went home and cut my own hair. 8 years theere lost instant,

I only put 1 Star because it wouldn’t let me post No stars!! I am furious!!!! My husband took our son up there today March 10th. He was seen to get his sides faded and trim his curls on top. How hard is that?? NO YOU SHAVED HIS SIDES BAWLED!! MADE THE BACK INTO AN UNEVEN POINT!!! THE FRONT IS UNEVEN!!!! Now my 4 year old son is upset because now daddy is in the kitchen shaving off EVERYTHING BECAUSE YOU MESSED IT UP!! We will never be back I can promise this!! My son is so upset because you didn’t do what you told him you could!

Tip well, the Sport Clips brand treats employees badly I fear! Great staff, most of them are knowledgeable. This is where I take my son to get trains and embarrass him with the staff! He loves the atmosphere. Sports are played on the big screen while you wait. Product is way overpriced, haircuts are not.

Called the store at 4:24pm today. I asked if crystal was working she stated yes shes working on someone now and their is one ahead of you. If you make it here in the next 10-15 minutes the wait would be 35-40 minutes. It took me eight minutes to get to the store and the wait jumped to and hour and a half! I get if you get busy but dont set an expectations over the phone have me waste my gas and time to have my wait time more than double in eight minutes! I will be never going to sportclips again! Great clips has online check in so wait time expectations can be met and my time/money matter to them!

Whomever cuts my hair does a great job. They are always quick to get people in and out. They even take a moment to educate you about your own hair!

I received a bad haircut from Kelsi. After she was finished I noticed I had a cow lick sticking up in the back. I asked for it to be fixed and she claimed thats just how my hair was. Ive never had a issue with a cow lick sticking up in the back of my hair before. She seemed to show little interest in fixing the issues and would rather leave me with a bad haircut. I guess Ill have to look elsewhere for a new place to get my haircut. Ive had great haircuts from there before but find Sport Clips to be far too inconsistent for my taste.
