Two of three recent haircuts left me bleeding from a reopened wound, despite multiple warnings to the barber, before and during the haircut. The excuse was that they simply could not be expected to pay attention. Which, my experience there tells me is true. They cut fast, on auto pilot, while thinking about something else.

Great place. Walk in only. Prices are just a bit more than a great clips but the quality is wayyyy better here. Ive never waited more than a few minutes for a cut and always get exactly what I ask for. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here seeing Susan and now Josh since I can remember and now I’m almost 40. I now live across town and it’s a 20 minute drive but I still make it because I take my boys there and they have become Family. There are plenty of chains that have TV’s and can distract you with chit chat but here they know you and your family and have become friends. There’s no other place to go.

I have been going to this Barber Shop for awhile now and it is a great place with great conversation. Tim Childers has cut my hair every time and is now cutting my two year sons hair. Tim has done amazing work and always has new ideas on how I could style my hair and my sons hair.Tim as do the other Barbers have away of just making you feel like your family. I have recently switched to Brookside Barber Shop and was told to ask for Tim. Now it is the only place I go to get my haircut. It has a old school feel to it and I get a great cut every time for a reasonable price. Tim always does a great job with my hair as well as trimming up my beard. I highly recommend giving it a try if you need a good haircut.

Really nice place for guys to get a hair cut. No appointments necessary. You just walk in sit in a chair and wait until its your turn to go. We always go on sat. And the wait is never more than 20 mins

Very nice place if you dont like making apointments. They typicaly get you trough really quick. Been there for 90 years. Ive seen three diffrent barbers and they have all done excelent work.

Its ok. Depends on who cuts your hair. Ive been going here for 8 or nine months. They all give traditional business haircuts, nothing fancy. They do take their time to make it worth the $18.

Great neighborhood barber shop.

Apparently they dont know what a fade is and their cuts dont come with an edge, I even had to ask for it... Deffinately not worth $18 not even 10
