Hector’s Auto does all of my work—they are a very friendly, honest, and hard working business. Their prices are fair and they take your car’s safety very serious. Mariam is the best! Heating and Cooling problems come here! came in because my heater wasnt blowing any air and got my blower motor resistor repaired with in one hour! Now Im driving nice and toasty THANKS to Hector and his team who got the job done! Good people! awesome service! great prices!

On the date of picking up my car, I was surprised that they hadnt even looked at it. They were really very informal. I received a very unpleasant treatment.

Watch out for these crooks

We honestly havent had Hector work on our cars but the shop next to him, H&H Motors Group, was very shady with a car sale that we attempted to complete with them today. Hector, that had nothing to do with the sale, stood outside and talked to us to calm down the situation since the owner of H&H Motors refused to talk to us after my husband got upset (no threatening or anything he just understandably raised his voice asking the owner to answer his questions). He agreed that communication on H&H motors part was poor and he understood why we were so upset. Im sure he does good automotive work but my review is simply to say that he seems to be an honest, hard working, man of his word. We thank him for even sticking around to talk to us when he didnt have to.

Very honest with estimate and delivery. I had some issue with my Civic and I am very happy with the outcome. Glad that I took my Car to Hector. Hector was nice to give me a ride to my apartment.

They hooked me up for a fraction of the price of what other shops charge and they handled my issue asap

I have had the WORST EXPERIENCE dealing with Hector and his shop. He is unprofessional, never responds to calls or voicemails, and he kept changing the total price on us, even after we asked for confirmation. To top it off, our car still doesnt work! The engine died soon after taking the car off his lot and the engine was not a problem with the car when we took it to him. I would not recommend him to anyone. Do not take your car to him, he will rip you off, take your money and create new problems that you never had with your car. We are left with a car that is in worse condition than when we brought it to him. I will never work with him again.

I brought my BRAND new 17 VW Jetta here last February. Not only did Hector and his team get my baby back together looking BRAND SPANKING NEW his wonderful family was there to support and assist during the time it took to get my car back. He allowed my car to sit at his body shop for the last year WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE while I got back on my feet. I have been here multiple times with different cars. I have referred multiple people. This is one of the most honest hardworking shops I have ever been to. This family run business will have you feeling just like that...family. THANK YOU GUYS!

Nothing bout good to say about this shop .. they got me in and out right away and fixed my jerking problem I had with my car . My car now runs perfect and no longer jerks .. Hector is very nice and makes sure his customers are satisfied and that their needs are met . His prices are reasonable and good .. if u need your car worked on I definitely recommend this place .. I will be back !

I have very little to say about the Auto repair shop as I really didnt deal with them. I purchased a car from H&H who partners with them. And the car has been great except for the A/C the car was advertised as having A/C and all of the other bells and whistles I was looking for in a car. Upon test driving the car we found that the A/C blew hot. Was told by the young gentleman riding with us from H&H that it probably just needed freon and that they would take catc of it. Needless to say they didnt. They had me to buy the freon and bring the car back to put it in. That didnt work. I was already upset that I had to pay for something they said they would take care of. After being given the run around for several weeks to resolve the issue I finally took my cat elsewhere to get the ac fixed during that time found out o needed a radiator and still no cold air. Here it is mid summer no one can identify what the issue is and Im still riding in a hot car with my two small children. Not to mention all the money Ive invested in trying to identify the issue with no help from H&H. The last thing I was told from the was to drop my car off and they would take it to some other mechanic. That was dumb and made no sense if there is a repair shop associated with them. DThe language barrier was one thing but the ppl that work on the lot not trying to assist me was another thing. I DdefDefini would not recommend anyone to buy a car from these ppl . Im sorry that Hectors auto repair is associated with them at all.

Been waiting to get my car fixed for 2 weeks. Theres no appointment schedule..Hectors always busy but cant never be on time. Its 8:37 am....no bueno.

?. car there to be fixed and when i called they said they were working on it but wheni went to get it it was in the same spot when it was dropped off, i had a flat tire and iasked if i could put air in my tire i had in the trunk and put it on hector told me e didnt have a jack or air, i drove my car home on a flat and he doesnt know freon from oil.

They were too expensive. He was trying to charge me $155 just to replace the A/C compressor part which I had bought online for my car.

Hector was a very bad person to do business with . When he originally got my car he told me that it would be a 2-3 day fix, it ended up taking a month and a half . After I finally got my car fixed and was able to take it I forgot to grab my original key to my car and the core battery because I had replaced it but had them install it for me, I text him and asked him to hold on to it for me . 2 weeks later neither my battery or my key are able to be found . Very disappointed .
