Awesome staff! Lady at front desk is very helpful, when the guys were busy she went back an pulled a tire for me an made sure she had one for me! They got me in an out as quick as they could, definitely recommend them an will be coming back!!

I didnt feel it necessary to take a picture of them plugging my tire but you get the picture😉 They plugged my new tire (I somehow ran over a screw and just couldnt find a tire in my price range 😒)when 2 other places wouldnt because they said it was too close to the firewall. So Todds fixed it about 2 weeks ago and it is holding up great. Thank you Todds Auto Repair! I was able to get my mother to her appointment for an urgent biopsy on time!

Had front brakes an rotors done an they did great job! My brakes were making a noise an now they don’t an I’m very pleased with them! Im a single mom that has been ripped off by mechanics. Thos place was so helpful. Instead of. returningt o the previous mechanic that never replaced brakes after 1500 dollar job. I went to other shop and they said they couldnt fix my tire. I went there to buy a tire and the guy asked if i wanted the old tire fixed and i told him the other place said it cant be fixed. He fixed it and it wasnt expensive and lucky because the only tire they had left for my size looked like it wasnt going to last and they told me they didnt have any left, but they had this tire.

On my last visit, they were able to mount tires for me. This visit they were not only unable to mount my tires, they gave me back a damaged wheel and sent me to another place that would not help me.

This place completely took advantage of my mom. They special ordered two tires for my moms truck. She drove less than 20 miles and one of them exploded. When I looked at the tire they hardly had any tread and were completely dry rotten. At first them claimed they never put those tires on her truck. After we showed the receipt they said the tires are as is and this happens. Those tires were not even street legal. After getting the owner involved they would only replace the one. This has now cost my mom over $300 because the tow. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE ANY WORK DONE HERE!!!

When in No.Kansas City for a Drs.appointment got a flat tire in a fairly rare size tire.Two local businesses reviewed the dilemma but could not solve it.What they did do is lead me to Todd’s Auto Service.When I called Todd’s and told them my situation there was an immediate positive response”Come on over We will get you fixed up”.So I did and problem was tended to in a professional and surprisingly quick visit.Fix worked perfectly and delay to get 200 miles home was minimized.Many Thanks to the Todd’s Auto crew!!

They were closing early for the holiday and I pulled up right after and told them I need a tire because Im a delivery driver and he said no. I went out side to call my wife and he came back out and looked and said he had one. The guys came right out and took care of me. Thank you

I went to this tire shop yesterday, they left greasy fingerprints all over my interior door and supposedly plugged my drivers side rear tire, when I got hm which was 5 min from the shop, it was 20 lbs low. Aired it up and it was 15 lbs low after work, took it back to them.. there was no plug put in it. They plugged my passenger side rear tire that had never gotten low, they said there was a bolt found in it but nothing on the drivers side. When I stood and watched today miraculously they found a nail. They plugged it even though they had no air compressor to put air back in it when they were done. That plug was done free of charge. (Imagine that) I had to go across to the QT to put air in my half flat tire before driving hm. I have plugs in both rear tires now- one that didnt need it. Thanks guys!Addendum, 3 hrs later, my tire is flat.

MoronsI called ahead and asked if they had the correct size tires I needed. I drove there and waited in the lobby for 45 mins before being told they did not have my tires. So yes, morons.

Quick tire service. Went in for a tire repair and was real fast. The only problem I had was that, no employee was wearing a mask 🤔. I just didnt understand that! I didnt feel safe waiting in the lobby area. It just made you feel nasty or that you might catch covid

DO NOT COME HEREOld management was really good about communication. now its full of kids in the tire shop that:1. dont wear masks even though theres a city mandate for them2. dont tell you truthfully over the phone whether they have your tire in stock (maybe they just dont know what they are doing and are collecting free paychecks)3. spend more time arguing with other employees in the shop than helping the customer.Your time and money will be better spent elsewhere

Charge more than good year to fix a tar

I spent over $2,000 to get my car repaired which never got fixed. Took it to a different shop after paying for several smaller repairs they fixed radiator and compressor and told me that fixed the shaking and they didnt notice it shaking anymore 🤦🏽‍♀️🙄It was still shaking so hard you could see it on the outside and the entire dashboard shook🧐Took it to a different shop it was a broken motor mount the entire time.I was driving with a BROKEN MOTOR MOUNT!!!!!they were so hard to work with as well they overcharged me like crazy if you are a woman take someone who knows about cars with you they will take you for everything you got!!!!Just take a look and see how many women are complaining about this place. And not just women they have really horrible service in general.

I had a tire going flat and went to get it replaced with a used tire. They ended up putting 2 junk tires on that wouldnt hold air. The second tire was completely dry rotted. After 4 trips over 3 days, paying $55 for a tire, hours of wasted time, and $19 to have them put a new valve stem in I left the shop driving on on the same junk tire I originally needed replaced, I was refused a refund and told that it was posted on the door that there was no refunds. I made sure to take pictures and a video of the tires they sold me, and of the front of the shop showing that it was posted nowhere. They conduct horrible business and I hope anyone reading this chooses a more professional place to have work done.

How are you going to forget to put parts back on to a car after fixing it, not give the parts back when the customer comes to retrieve them, then threaten physical violence to someone who is disabled all over them trying to get THEIR car parts back? I will make sure this is made known to all of my friends and family in the area.

One of the ladies I talked to was super nice. The other was very rude. They don’t take appointments so it’s harder than a rock to even get in this place. Customer service isn’t great.Cheap.At least they made an effort to answer the phone

I am very pleased with my visit and work done here. I took my daughters Jeep in for an oil change and to check the brakes because my daughter was saying it was grinding. They checked it and came out to explain it needed brakes and explained how much longer I could go without getting it done. When he gave me the price I was like go ahead and do it. I really felt like they care about doing a thorough job and actually listen to what your vehicle concerns are. Thank you and I definitely will be coming back.

They put a part on my car and then it came off while driving (about 2 weeks later), they said they replace it, when i called them about the replacement part, i was told we will call you back, called back again regarding the replacement part, i was told they will not replace the part. Told them nothing good will come to them when they treat people wrong! So i will never recommend or use them again!

Totally ripped me off! I thought they would have normal charges, come to find out tire and balance is free with oil changes or 25$ most places, so they charge me 82.00! 75 more dollars than everyone! I will never go back EVER! I want to cry knowing I could have got my kids back to school cloths with that money, or a deposit on preschool. So upset!

They made time to look at my vehicle on the spot and fixed it very quick cheaper than every other place I called. Customer service was great i found my new go to shop in the future

Fast eddy (my dad) took a trailer full of tires up there to sell to them and his trailer and all the tires were stolen by the neighbor and my 80 year old grandma went up there to get paid for the tires that were taken off the trailer then they started yelling at her. Bad service in all would not recommend them to anybody.

I am soooooo glad theyre back! I was waiting to have my tire looked at when I could hear one of the owners on the phone. He took his time with whoever was on the line and very courteous and took pains to explain the prices. Same with man at the counter. Exhaustively great service and the mechanics are as great! Ive been here now 3X for tire-related things and they deal honestly with you. I needed to get some things done to pass state inspection and they did it very quickly and service was great. Instead of multiple places to get things done because of my budget, pleasantly they took care of everything and no surprises! The owner was excellent in clarity about what my options were and total costs. Coming here again!!!!

They do the best they can! When you buy used tires consider it a 50/50 chance for success. But I bought a tire and it didnt fix my issue. I went back, they test drove my car and they made sure I drove off with safe tires. They discounted two new tires and balanced my front ones. I sent my 67 year old retired army core of engineers here to get tires put on her car an buy a tire.I was told by a lady that works there that they will take care of it an see if they had a tire that would fit her car .Next phone call I received was she was told that they couldnt / didnt want to do it..This place, I have had problems since the new owner took over ....I dont recommend this place at all, an they dont even listen, the crappie part is I am a mechanic, but I stopped doing it do to health reasons ..Its just very said they didnt want to help a 67 year old out... Very said....

Robert, the owner, ordered tires that were too big for the car. He assured me the larger tires would be fine. The front tires began to rub when I turned. Next day, the passenger rear tire was flat. Then Robert reordered cheaper new tires and it cost me $40 additionally. He did not reset the digital tire pressure for my new tires. I drove to the Ozarks with the car shaking. I called Robert and he said he would recheck the tires. I watched and my tires were not balanced by Roberts employee. I told Robert and he yelled at me, Youre pissing me off!. That was very unprofessional by him being the owner of the business. This comment is for a friend who asked me to post as he does not have a computer.

When I first went there I was thinking how frustrated I was because NO places seemed to want to put alternators (that I purchased outside). But they were most helpful and fit me in. They charged me a very fair price for installation and I was very well pleased with the work they did.I need to get my struts re placed and they were willing to do those as well. Definitely going to have them fix the struts and alignment this time.

I went in to get my tire replaced and within 15 minutes I was done and back on the road!! Very good service!!

They are a great place for used tires BUT customer service sucks (except one nice worker)! When they put on my back two tires I noticed they were fuller then my front two, by 5 psi. I thought you went by the door tire pressure but they assured me its 35 psi not the 30 I have in my two front tires now. I asked if there was anyway they could put some air in both two tires and one of the workers, sitting down replied well theres a quick trip over there. Im having a horrible day (just got off work after working 20 hrs) and dont have an air gauge with me. On my way out Im in tears from lack of compassion that literally took about 1 minute to air up, I was the only customer in there too. But their worker Jake asks me as soon as I get into the car if he wanted me to put some air in them real quick. I said yes and thanked him, told him how much I appreciated it.A little act of kindness and compassion seriously GOES A LONG WAY.So thank you Jake! You made someones day just by some kindness.
