I sincerely hate that my daughter ever took my truck here to be inspected what’s the point in having a Google ad if you never even answer your phone I called nonstop trying to get someone to give me information about my truck that they inspected no one ever answered the DMV is impossible and getting a hold of this place is impossible my vehicle passed inspection I just needed a document no one ever answered no one was ever there my daughter even went there

Went to get an inspection this morning. While checking the vehicle a couple problems were found and the the mechanic came in and let us know that the vehicle would not be able to pass. He told us what the problems were and said he could stop the inspection and not charge us the twelve dollars and we could return after the repairs were made or he can charge the $12., complete the full inspection noting all problems informing us that it would fail. That is what I call good business and excellent customer service. Thank you sir.

He told me to drop my car off and leave the key in his mail slot because I had to drop it before the shop opened. When I called at the end of the day to see if it was done he hadnt even seen my key, much less done the safety inspection. He did it the next day and I hadnt heard anything from him, called to check to find out that it needed repairs, but they couldnt be done until tomorrow, and he couldnt call me because HE DOESNT HAVE LONG DISTANCE. He also does NOT take cards. Both things that wouldve been great to know before wasting 2 days of my time.
