I like Shelter (it is a Missouri company, which is a plus) and really LOVE Briana. Always friendly, always helpful, and there for me each and every time I have needed her. I cant imagine having insurance with any company if she is not part of the plan. I enjoy her smile, and her patience when I need explantions on a policy or assistance with a claim. Trust her so much I moved my grandmother from her current agent to Briana. I recommend Shelter and I HIGHLY recommend having Briana as your agent. Thank you for all you do.

Nice enough person if you can catch her in the office, Though I amsatisfied with Shelter, I found the service here lacking, Office hourswere not consistent, when she was in office she was overwhelmed.I can assure you there are Shelter offices with much better servicewithin a few miles, that will not try to convince you to handle businesson line but yet in person.
