Great customer service. Mary did a wonderful job. I called to get a quote Mary was the insurance broker that help me. She offered a very low price compared to several others. We loved the quote so much my husband and I drove over and had our policy insurance with in 15min. It was quick and easy. She was very informative and helpful.

Ive been using DeMasters Insurance for a number of years now. Im a professional musician and my work takes me in and out of Kansas City, including overseas frequently. As you can imagine, my insurance needs are varied and somewhat complicated. Tom DeMasters and all the staff at DeMasters Insurance have helped me immensely, responding to my needs quickly and professionally and always in a friendly way. I highly recommend them.

First of all may I say this is the cheapest insurance that I could come across for my daughter. This is her first insurance and they explained everything to her that she would need to know if she ever got into a car accident . And his office manager has a personality out of this world I love them both thank you so much not sure what her name is and Im so bad with names

DeMasters Insurance LLC has been my auto and home insurance provider for over 10 years. Ive always been very satisfied with their customer service. Several years ago I got hit by another driver. It was clearly the other drivers fault. Even so, the other drivers insurance company tried to make me pay for my own rental car while mine was being fixed. DeMasters Insurance went to bat for me. They called the other insurance company and insisted that they pay for my rental car, which they quickly did. I was really glad through this experience to be working with a local agent like DeMasters Insurance rather than working with some gigantic company half way across the country that I probably wouldnt have even been able to get on the phone when I needed them. I would definitely recommend DeMasters Insurance to others.

Your ReviewBeen with DeMasters for a long time. Have my House, Autos with them. Only had two claims with the house and they were right there taking care of things and giving me advice on who to call and what to have done. One was when water pipes broke upstairs while we were gone and the other was after a hail storm to my roof. When I purchase a new Automobile they are super fast in making sure I am insured before driving off and taking my old auto off the policy right away. When I lost track of my Insurance card when renewing my auto tags, they came through, even faxing the new card to the license bureau. They always want to get me the best rates for what I have. When they are busy on the phone, I can even email them. Hard to find folks who care about you, so will be them for a long time more. Highly recommend for anybody needing new insurance or changing companies.

I emailed this company about a quote on my auto insurance. A lady at the office emailed me and we emailed back and forth with questions and answers. She finally said that she would have to have Tom DeMasters call me the next day because she didnt know all of the answers to the questions that I was asking. I sent her the number to have him call me at and thats the last Ive heard from this company. No more calls, no more emails. I cant do business with a company that I cant count on to communicate with me.
