This agency is amazing. Their sales manager is second to none and their sales and office people have the presence of mind to let me know when my elderly parents home insurance is being taken out of the escrow. The agent is an amazing person who walks the walk in a world of too many agents who talk the talk.

I have been with this office 18 years, and had a great experience with the previous agent. Things went sharply downhill since then. I tried to get changes on the policy and supposedly they went through, they did not. I was still being charged for my exs insurance for months. Getting ahold of them to get it changed or refunded was near impossible. Between Facebook, email, voicemails, and even dropping by to a closed office, it took weeks to get a response. When they did instead of offering to refund me, the front office person told me I should get ahold of my ex to get the money. When I got in an accident a year and a half ago, I never got a follow up from my agent as to how anything went or if the the corporate agents even got ahold of me. My parents had been with this office for 30 years and recently switched agents/company due to this.I have had such poor customer service here that I am currently switching to another company.
