Called to schedule an appointment for a quote. The guy answered while driving down the highway, I offered to call back and he said no he would forget. Was told they dont do quotes and was explained the process and general price range over the phone. Was told one of the workers would call to schedule a time to come out and take care of our mice. Missed the first call and tried calling him back to hear he was on someones roof on a ladder. Eventually one of the employees called and spent most of the time talking about himself but was able to get us in within two days of our call. He came out, did a walk around, placed some mouse traps and told my husband he would send us a quote by the end of the day. We didnt hear from him for a week. My husband did a follow-up call which sounded as though the person became defensive, and stated again he would have a quote to us by the end of the day. Still have never heard from them. I guess theyre not interested in our business. Very unprofessional and would recommend they hire someone to take calls and manage their scheduling for safety and so they dont forget. Theres no way these other reviews are from actual customers for there to be such a stark difference in the service we received.

I had a rat problem for the first time! Went on Google and found this company. They sent someone out for the inspection the very same day. I decided to hire them due to the professional report and their knowledge of how to handle rodents. Im extremely happy with their work and results! I highly recommend using them if you have a rodent problem!
