July 2019We had such a positive experience with Robbie and KC Global last year we hired them to drive us to the airport and back home again this year. Again they provided fantastic, courteous service! I highly recommend KC Global to anyone wanting great service and safe transportation!!!Oct 2018Our flight from MCI was leaving at 6 am so we scheduled a pickup for 3 am. Robbie arrived early, helped load our bags into a large SUV, and was very friendly, professional and courteous. The vehicle was spotless and very comfortable and there were cold bottles of water provided for all 3 people in our party. On the way he advised that the vendors at the airport would all be closed at that hour and asked if we wanted to stop and get coffee/breakfast; just what we needed! Thank you Robbie!!Our return flight arrived almost an hour early but when we got to the baggage claim area, there was a KC Global driver Roberta, with our name on a sign waiting for us! She helped retrieve our bags off the conveyor and then loaded them into the vehicle (again a large SUV that was spotless, very roomy and had cold bottles of water for everyone). Our driver was friendly, professional and courteous.I am normally a nervous passenger but both the drivers from KC Global drove well and I felt completely at ease. Thank you KC Global for a fantastic experience and service.

Thanksgiving travel could be horrible but thanks to Robbie at KC Global our travels were wonderful. Our airport pickup and hotel departure from Lawrence were on time and pleasant. We were kept informed. There is Never a worry. What a terrific company staffed by great people.

Couldnt ask for a better chauffeur!! It was last minute when we were trying to find transportation service to the airport for our summer vacation. I googled search and found KC Global and thought we give it a try. The price was so reasonable and Robbie even offer a lower price for us! The whole process was so smooth! We requested a baby infant seat and even though at first they didnt have it, Robbie went out and beyond to get us one. On the day to the airport, we got a call and Robbie was outside waiting for us 30 minutes prior to our requested time! The ride was smooth and quick and Robbie assisted us until we were good to go at the airport. We loved it all that we requested his service when we came back. Our trip was a month and despite our flight complications and time change Robbie was still able to deliver exceptional service. This was our first time using a transportation service in KC and we loved it! We will definitely use it again and recommend this to everyone.

Decided on car service the night before an early flight and called KC Global Transportation. No problem they said and did they ever perform! Robbie greeted us bright and early and took great care of us. On the return flight, we were greeted at airport (even when our flight was delayed)...same great attitude, same great service. Why call anyone else! Great service, reasonable rates, old school customer service!

The entire team provides five star service. My profession requires frequent air travel. I can depend upon KC Global to consistently guarantee my timely arrival at the airport and my pick up when returning. All staff members provide a pleasant and dependable experience. Robbie and his team are the very best transportation service in the nation, and we have them right here in KC!! Always punctual and fairly priced - you get more than you pay for. Beautiful clean vehicles, and always well dressed, friendly and fun. Robbie gave a guest of mine a mini-tour of KC and even taught me a few things. KC Global Transportation Service took excellent care of my elderly parents, driving them to the airport and picking them up days later. Robbie is a great communicator and that was very helpful. We had to reschedule the return flight twice, and KC Global was patient and very understanding. I wouldnt use any other company! Thank you!

I met Robbie at the Airport when I was in a desperate situation to get a car key I had to MY driver from Lawrence who was stuck on the side of I29. I tried many ways to get that key to my guy before I boarded in about 20 minutes.No help from anyone. I saw Robbie standing outside my gate waiting for a passenger. I kind of rushed up and said I REALLY need help!. I explained my problem, and he said hand me the key Im headed that way. He took the number of MY driver and called him right away, assuring me all is well and go get on my plane. HE IS AN AWESOME GENTLEMAN AND A RARE PERSON THAT WILL GO OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP PEOPLE!!.
