Terrible service. The driver was late to KCI driving a taxi. No ID re: KCI Express Shuttle. We werent convinced at first he was even our pick-up driver. Claimed he didnt have our home address. He stopped to buy gas after picking us up. He ran two stop signs in our neighborhood. I will not and would NOT recommend using KCI Express Shuttle.
