Where do I even start...we started a tour company this last year and the best thing we ever did was hire Wendy Stewart and Arrow Stage Lines. From the first call to helping us get on the road the office staff was nothing but the best. Wendy made contact with us before the trip and from then on it was nothing but the most amazing professional relationship. Her whole desire was to make our trip the most amazing experience ever, and she was everyones favorite. Ive worked at arrow stage lines for 4 years now. From day one during my training I knew that this was a place that demanded a certain standard from its employees. And that is the highest standard. This honestly is the first and only job Ive ever had that Ive been proud and honored to say I work at. And it is a unspoken rule that employees know to treat other employees with respect. This is truly a family. The owner is Luke Bosco. And he will take the time to talk to any of his employees from the ceo down to a bus cleaner. He not only will listen he will deal with a situation that you might have. To me that is amazing. If there is any other owner of a large company as arrow that will do the same I have not heard of it. Great place to work! Great family to be a part of!

Arrow motorcoaches are well maintained an clean, the drivers are always ready to help with anything the group may needI recommend checking them out no destination is to far no trip is to long, they seem to enjoy there job an have fun with the group

100 teenagers stranded 14 hours from home in the middle of the night on the side of the road. It takes three plus hours to get a mechanic there only to be unable to fix then several more hours to get a replacement bus there (that should’ve been in the works hours sooner). Safety is the number one issue, but after that, I don’t know if Arrow or the travel company should be responsible for refunding all the kids the day they will now miss at Universal Studios, but someone should. I, personally, will never use Arrow or send my kid on Arrow again (or use Music Travel either for that matter).

I would love to give a huge THANK YOU to Katherine and the cleaning staff! I was on your bus for the Melissa Etheridge Hometown tour on Monday. When I got off the bus I realized I left my phone in the seat. I called at 5:15 and left a message. Katherine was on it and she notified the cleaning crew. I was there first thing in the morning and she came out with my phone! Thank you for amazing and honest employees. FIVE STARS ⭐️

Just got back from reading AP Exams in Kansas City, MO. Delighted to say that the buses and the drivers were all and always first rate. I never had to wait for a bus; they were always waiting for us. Drivers were personable and professional. Buses were always clean, fresh and available. 9 is the top score we can give to a student essay; drivers and buses get a 10.

The driver stopped several times when it wasn’t even a stop that was scheduled. He hit the brakes way too hard when slowing down and didn’t announce stops. This is my first time riding a bus and I’m not impressed at all. I’d rather spend the extra money and just fly. Driver also kept looking down at the paper in his lap and hit the rumble strip several times.

I have been traveling with First Bank Kansas travel club for 5 years have been all over US always great friendly drivers on time courtesy and fun to have a safe and fun trip. We usually have Bruce or Jeff but sometimes we have a different driver all have been super! We even had a driver out of Las Vegas when we went to Napa Valley he was as good as our Kansas drivers. Being a senior I appreciate someone else doing the driving and having not to worry

Wonderful experience - was on the bus for several days with great driver, John Germeyer, who I would consider now a personal friend. He went to great lengths to see that all 50+ passengers were well taken care - cold water, clean bus each morning, rest breaks as needed, and went out of his way to be friendly and approachable.

Super nice and friendly drivers who helped people in and out of the bus as needed.

The only bad part about the trip was the fact some middle schoolers messed up the buses outlets were we couldnt charge our phones but otherwise the trip was pretty great
