UPDATE: The GM reached out and I was refunded the full amount for the time my car was there. I would like to say that the GM was very professional and kind. It’s nice to know that although TPS insurance provider stated they would not be liable for the damages, the GM still made an honest effort and made things right to the best of his ability.Be careful parking in uncovered parking. I parked at the Parking Spot at MCI from 8/9/21 to 8/15/21. We came back around 11:30pm and when the bus driver pulled up next to my vehicle the back window was busted out. I walked to the office to report it and they said the manager had already noted the damage. The girl was nice and came out to take pictures and get my information. She also said, it was noted possible hail damage from a storm that came through while we were gone. They could not provide a date this happened. Their insurance company called me today 8/18/21. To tell me there is no video surveillance available in uncovered self park and that they are not liable for any damage. So long story short, someone hit my car and did not report it. I was not able to file a report because they could not provide me any useful information. I will say the general manager was nice and tried to file a claim through his insurer, as I understand whether they do the right thing or not is out of his hands. He was very helpful and responsive through email. Hopefully this doesn’t happen often or to anyone else. Just wanted to share my experience.

This place is awesome. I had an airport accident that required hospitalization and could not get to my vehicle for several days. The manager was very accommodating and allowed me to pay the bill in full and arrange for a drive off later. I recommend this business because they are very customer-focused.

Quick and hassle free! They pick you up and drop you off right at your car and they help you load and unload your bags. Very reasonable price. One week of parking cost only a little more than a one way uber. Ill definitely use them again.

The staff at the Parking Spot continue to make my travel enjoyable. I never struggle getting parked, transported to my gate, picked up upon return or checked out. Its just the one part of my business travel that is consistent and pain free. Thank you!

Their rates are great (especially if you have AAA), and I’m always in awe of how efficient and quick they are. It barely takes me any time to find a spot, and the bus is always there within 5 minutes (on my way out and on my way back in). They definitely take the unwanted stress out of airport travel! Drivers are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

My first time using the parking spot. It was simple and fairly quick. They pick up and drop you directly at your vehicle.

A very pleasant experience with airport parking. It helped to reduce the anxiety of air travel. The drivers were courteous and picked me up and dropped me off right at my car! On the way out, I was able to grab a cold water while paying a very appropriate parking fee! I am very impressed and will absolutely use this service again!

I love that I dont have to waste time looking for a spot to park, nor do I have to wait for a bus full of people crammed in like sardines to pick me up. I dont have to drag my luggage to the bus stop. I can wait at my car and they will help me with my bags and drop me off at my gate. Same with the return they pick me up and take me right back to my car. They even help put my bags in my car. Who could ask for more. Oh wait! You can. They will even wash your car while you are away if you want. Best parking money you will ever spend. I use it every time I travel and always suggest it to my clients.

It was so unbelievably easy and convenient! I had a couple of friends suggest parking places at the airport. I went with the Parking Spot because that was what the friend who travels the most uses. I’m so glad I did! There were so many shuttles coming around that I had no worries about waiting around or missing my flight! Oh and going straight from car to airport door meant I never had to drag or lift my luggage around!

Shuttles are constantly going and you don’t have to wait. They help with bags if needed and pick you up and drop you off right at your car. The drivers are friendly and it’s easy to understand what they are saying. Always a great experience. Well worth it.

I have been using the Parking Spot at MCI for years now. I never have to wait long for a bus for pickup or for dropoff. The people are very friendly and genuinely do seem to like their work.A few times I have had a delayed flight and came in around 3am. They have a very easy way to contact them if the app shows that the buses arent running. They will dispatch someone to come and get you via the app. Great experience all around!

No worries. No lines. Secure parking. Delivery to airline door. Quick pickup and delivery to car. What more can you ask? Covered or non covered parking, and car wash if you want it. Been using for 20q years now and will never go back.

The only issue we saw was the number of people needing to be picked up at the same time verses the seating capacity on a single bus.That being said, there were plenty of buses available. We now have a new strategy next time we fly somewhere.

Convenient location, easy in and out-- normally very helpful staff. my last return trip the driver did not help anyone with their bags unless he was specifically asked... which was the only time he got off the bus. very disappointing. The Bus was also blowing Really HOT air. the grate below the seat was dangerously hot. I kept the score at 10 because this is the ONLY substandard service I have received and I would recommend your service to other travelers.

Had issues scanning barcode when I arrived, then couldnt exit through automated exit... Tried help but they never answered. So I had to take long drive around to cashier who was confused on what I had paid for even though I was speaking English and reading from my receipt. He asked for my credit card again and then ran it and didnt explicitly tell me he charged me $3 more, presumably because flight delays pushed my pickup about one hour past my original time. I dont mind paying whats due but the cashier should have explained it to me properly.

4Jul2021a update - drop off and take my money easy enough. Very smooth…. BUT on pick up not enough buses AGAIN! Passed by 2 full buses. Picked up by the 3rd bus, but almost didn’t fit. A group of 4 was left behind who had to wait for another bus. They can blame holiday traffic, but this is not the first time this has happened, and they should prepare for a big holiday weekend!Don’t recommend, and the VERY LAST time I use their service. There are other options that are cost equivocal, especially given the pick up issues with Spot Parking.*** old review below***First time user. Schedule, pay, and drop off were great, very easy/smooth. I was away from home 2 weeks. On pick up, I was passed 3x by Spot Buses. First time was my fault, I was in the middle islands, but was by the Taxi area. I had to move down to Busses/Shuttles. Called, told them where I was (across from C-6), was told a bus was on the way… then passed 2 more times. 4th bus picked me up. Already delayed on arrival, so this was just salt in the wound.

The best part of traveling! I know my car is secure and I easily get picked up and dropped off at the airline gate!

Previous usage would be five stars. But recent experiences have been longer delays (staff saying they are short-staffed) and other issues. Such as paying on the way out and it wouldnt print a receipt. Took almost 30 minutes to be picked up at 11pm. Took almost that long to get on the bus and out of their parking lot. Plan extra time.

Fairly long wait times for the bus at the terminal (longer than economy shuttles) and also for pickup at your parking spot. Plan at least an extra 20 min. Very friendly drivers and staff!

Ive been a member for several years and always have an enjoyable experience with The Parking Spot. Reservations are easy with the app and the prepay option is a great addition, and love the extra savings. Never a long wait and the drivers are consistently courteous and helpful.

Reserving the parking from my mobile device was easy. The gate attendant was friendly and helpful, especially at 4:00 in the morning! The directions provided were easy to follow and the shuttle was timely. I will definitely use them again.

Extremely fast pick up on my trip to my flight! They were very sweet and helpful (even though I was the one running late). They carried my bags and everything! Prices are reasonable.

I used the Parking Spot in Kansas city for the first time and it was quick and easy. I like the convenience of being able to pay in advance. Also, the shuttles come around quickly. I didnt have to wait even 5 minutes to get picked up when I left nor when I came back. I will be using this parking service again for my overseas trip.

This was my first-time parking at The Parking Spot, and there was a little confusion with my bill. So, I sent an email asking for some clarification. They were extremely quick to respond and after reviewing there was a minor mix up on my bill (I wont admit it, but I’m pretty sure I had something to do with it). They apologized and credited my entire stay and even threw in a couple free days for my next visit. This shows how dedicated they are in keeping their customs happy and returning. I would definitely park there again.

I like that my car is in covered parking. The service to pick you up at your car and take you to the airport is awesome as well as the reverse when you get back. Its worth it for the service!

Reserved parking And a car wash and prepaid. Totally understood that if weather was not permitting car wash would not be done. Well that was the case but the fact that you cannot get a refund on a service they did not do it’s just ridiculous. We will not be parking here ever again. Completely unacceptableUpdate. This place sure doesn’t make it a priority to get you picked up from the airport and back to your car so you can get home. Very frustrating! Also, rather terse on the phone when inquiring about a ride and wait time.

Positive experience using app to access and leaving The Parking Spot. Took a little longer to be picked up at terminal, but seemed like several flights arrived at similar times. Used app to show where we were at pickup sites, but Spot Vans appeared to stop at first stop, even though we were waiting longer than other customers. Unless I wasnt using app correctly??

Parking Spot has a good, efficient system: get everything done on line, scan your code, go park and the driver pulls up, loads your luggage and youre off to the terminal. Pick up is as simple as a phone call when you get your luggage. Ive been very pleased with the service and will use it always when I travel from-to KCI.

My experience was a very pleasant one. I registered and paid online a couple of days before traveling and once I got to theParkingSpot, the young lady ushered me on in. Not long after finding a parking spot in the area given me the driver came to pick me up from my car. I parked under the covered area and it didnt cost much more than the uncovered parking. This will be especially nice when traveling in the winter months. The only problem I had was trying to find the location. I think better signage would be helpful, otherwise, I will absolutely use this service again.

Waited 15+ minutes in the rain and cold for a shuttle. Two shuttles passed by and claimed the were full. Family and I freezing outside. Why not have more shuttles at peak hours. Why not fill the shuttle with more than 12 people. Grab bars on the ceiling that are not being utilized.

I prepaid online for a weeks stay. I missed my flight and was only parked about 2 hours and they were so understanding and they assured me they would refund my money and they held true to that. Fast, efficient, friendly and they offer a discount for AAA members. They pick you up at your parking spot and deliver you back to your parking spot. They help with luggage and you can pay at the gate. Its awesome!

It was my first airplane trip since the COVID pandemic and as I expected the Parking Spot was following the procedures they put in place to limit exposure for it customers. When arriving there was contactless check-in available or if you needed assistance the staff was wearing a mask and used one-time use tissue to grab your phone or paper. On the bus they have limit the amount of passengers, and if they grab your luggage, the are using a disposable one-time tissue again. Finally, when I arrived back to KC, I called them from my terminal and they arrived within 5 min. I have used the parking spot for many years and I expected nothing less from there customer service.

Great place to park your car at the airport. They have improved the lot by adding more covered parking. Joining The Parking Spot club makes it easy to reserve a spot. Also makes it easy and quick to pay when you leave the lot when you attach a credit card to your membership. I cannot recall the last time I had to wait in line to leave with 3 lanes to exit their lot.
