I met Walker and Mr. Bill today they called and told me they were on their way, they were on time and ready to go to work very professional very considerate of your home. This was a brand new air condition by Lennox. This unit was bigger then my old one. They dont skimp on the equipment. Runs much quieter than my old one works great. I have asthma and I have not been sleeping well in these hot days I had a window unit put in temporarily but last night I slept great with my new Lennox unit. The cost was very reasonable compared to other companies I had called in my area. They represent the Dotte Very well. They added new piping to my furnace, change my air filter and did some other work and it looks good. I dont know what all of this is called but everything is so efficient it looks so good and professionally well done also Koch has knowledgeable installers very professional men. I was peeping and keeping an eye on everything the whole time and I never saw them do anything out of place. I loved watching them work. Very respectful Workman I like their ethics, I like their prices, I like the equipment and I like their customer service. Kohls your number one with me . I will be recommending you to anybody I know needing your service. Thank you so very much boy job well done.

Mr. Owner. Im sure by telling her its coming from Indonesia. Let along on a boat she would not have used your company seeing Im living in a cold house with 2 boys...you told her you could get it. when she wanted her money back. Thats when the Indonesia boat was mentioned..people say what they need to until money is given then its a different story..and your company is just like the other company that promised result in weeks only for it to take Months.....and STILL no part..same here...planes dont fly with other merchandise from that region I guess..still cold and word of mouth does spread...........

I always go to Koch with any problems I have with my units. They are nice and get the job done quick and very well. They know what they are doing and will work on it until it is fixed! Receptionist is very nice and helpful on the phone as well.

Very quick with sending someone out to look at my AC and Furnace. Knowledgable and informative about how my unit is working and things I could do for improvement. They ordered me a special part for stronger air ventilation in a tricky part of my house and the unit has never worked better. Will use again and will always recommend.

I have been using them for over 20 years. Kochs always completes work quickly with very reasonable prices. Very honest company that only provides parts and service which are needed. Would highly recommend.

I will never use another company other than Koch. My husband and I have relied on them countless times, and every time they are truthful and transparent to the fact that the issue could be repaired as opposed to replacing the entire system. Every employee we have dealt with, including and especially the owner, are extremely professional and care about you the customer, above all. We will never use another company and refer Koch to all of our friends and family!

Honest company that wont tell you the entire system needs replaced when it can be repaired, unlike other area companies. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely use again.

My ac lines froze up outside, and with an hour, someone was able to come over and fix the problem, and now my 17yr old unit is firing on all cylinders again! Ill def call them for future issues!

I called Koch because I was having AC issues. A previous company told me I needed the whole system replaced. I called Koch for a second opinion and told me it was only the capacitor. $100 fix versus a $3000+ system! Will use again in the future.
