Even though they are short staffed at the moment, they literally worked with me through all hours of the night or day. The drivers are very professional and the owner definitely knows how to run a business. He even took my calls while he was out of town and made sure his employees were able to help the same day. I definitely recommend people trying them before any other towing service.

This company is an absolute life saver! I was stranded on the side of 131 for five hours waiting for another tow company that never showed up. Even though they didnt have a night driver, they still came out in 25 minutes and towed my car all the way to Niles. I cant say enough good things! Thank you so much for your service!

They arent the cheapest towing company but they were worth the extra money. The driver was extremely professional, I wish I remembered his name. I will be using them again:-)

I called there 6 times before they answered and they told me 4 hours before any help and i was at restaurant and there was one of their tow trucks at the restaurant eating lunch and on top of that when i got the restaurant the tow truck was already there i was probably there an hour and my family still left before the tow truck left and when we went to leave is when i realized i had locked my keys in my car so they were at restaurant for over an hour! they are lazy company i will never call this place ever!

My serpentine belt finally wore out completely and needed my vehicle towed to a nearby mechanic. The truck driver, Tony, arrived within a half hour and was very professional and helpful. For $100, I cant complain for the quality of service I received in a desperate situation. Would definitely recommend them.

Rudest person to talk to on the phone. Half of the time you have to repeat what you say and he will just say he can’t. When you are in a stressful situation please do yourself a favor and do not call or even consider this place. They will only add stress in your situation. Just completely rude and not helpful. If I could give this place a zero or negative I would.

No place to park. Has a window that you walk up to but no signs to designate the lot area. Poor communication and owner has a rotten behavior towards staff and others.

Was on a buisness trip out of town, rental car got towed for no reason. Had to pay over $500.00 to get it back. Owner of this company is a cheat and a shyster who likes to sue college students for ridiculous sums of money. Maybe he should go into the trash hauling buisiness, a job perfectly suited for him.

The driver came very quickly, and was very experienced. He was even able to get my car into the garage, which given its in an alleyway took some skills.

Joey is the best wrecker operator to ever walk earth. Id never call anyone else in this entire county to tow my car. He is honest. He should where I Cape because hes like a superhero. They charged my 175 because my car apparently was in a non visitor parking area the older guy with glasses hit my car when I was trying to leave after getting my car was trying to ignore me and everything wouldnt even give me his name and said take it up with his boss, before I got my car when they picked up my car at the apartment they damaged my mirror and said it was already snapped although the cars I parked between didnt move and all there was even a hand print on the the glass of the mirror where its pushed in now, all in all they besides for 1 person who was apologetic the company seems to have no care for people who have familys or people who dont have money so if youre looking to get your car towed look elsewhere save yourself money stress and yourself from risk of them breaking your stuff!

Tow truck company was not a good business I had a car to place a tow one of the tow truck drivers called me back and said I almost hit his car so he would not be able to tow my car which I did not or go down the same street that he said I was on I will never do business with them again

I was lucky enough to end up in a ditch. Then I was lucky enough to have T&J come to the rescue.My driver Joe was kind, efficient, funny, and just an all around great guy.He got there ahead of quote, had a positive attitude, and was a consummate professional.Hell Id have a beer with my tow guy. My daughters vehicle wouldnt start when she had stopped at the Marathon station on Michigan Ave. We live 2 hours away and felt a bit helpless having her stranded like she was. Great service and genuinely cares about your safety! Once we called and the owner discovered we had kids and were in a hot vehicle on the side of the highway, he hurried out to us and let us wait in his air conditioned tow truck until our friends arrived to pick up the travel trailer we were towing. Also, we broke down on a dangerous area of the highway and the owner called central dispatch to protect us and block us off while we were loading up the vehicle. Would highly recommend!

I called T & J to get my car towed. They were very friendly and flexible with me on time. Especially when I mixed up another appointment and had to ask them to come later. Both Joe and Joey were very friendly and accomadating. My car was junk and they offered to buy it from me which eliminated the towing fee (we were junking it anyway). Naturally we couldnt find the title so they were patient with us until we could get to sos to get a new one. They were easy to reach and responded back in a very reasonable time. The towing price was fair, if Id had to pay it. I would definitely recommend them and will call them again of needed.

Poor customer service. Called in for something extremely simple and was told they didn’t have time to tell me what their rates were. Guy who answered was rude and told me to do the math myself. I can’t do the math myself if I don’t know what your rates are! Good thing I can tell my insureds to never use this company if they want great service.

This company should not be in existance PERIOD. Its irritating enough to have your vehicle towed but the absolute rudeness and sarcasm on top of that makes the situation worse. And these people have absolutely no respect for women, the man snatched my money and slammed the door in my face when I asked for a receipt he took his time..but was so quick to take my money...my brother got out the car and dude calmed all the way down..smh cowards they need to be put out of business.

EVERYTIME I call because someone is parked in my spot.. and its either, their one truck is on their way up to Grand Rapids, or tonight their ONE TRUCK is on their way to Port Huron... how are they still in business if they only have one truck..?

Most inept towing company. They could not see the parking permit hanging from my mirror in the largest window of the car! The owner told me they didnt know it had a permit it really doesnt take much to walk 10 ft in front of a car and look into a window. Then they told me we dont normally do this but were gonna brink it back yeah id hope you would. I would not hire this company they are a liability and incompetent. Would suggest hiring people with a 3rd grade reading level or above.
