When I called with a question about my car that seemed dead, John was incredibly helpful in troubleshooting the issue. He told me exactly what to try before having having my car towed to the shop. And it totally worked! This place is bursting at the seams with integrity. 10/10 would recommend!

John was amazing. My car was on its last legs when I brought it in for new brake lines. He let me know what they were going to do and took a few extra steps to try and save it. It ended up being worse than expected and he didn’t charge me for the work he had already done so I could put the money towards a new car.

We had a fantastic experience at Chapman Automotive. Our 2005 Saturn Vue needed quite a few things done. They went above and beyond to fix our car while keeping the costs down. They were fast and super friendly. There was no try to upsell or have us fix things that didnt really need it. Very honest. We will definitely use them for all our future car repair needs and will tell everyone we know to go t here.

John Chapman and his employees have been taking care of my 2002 Mercury Mountaineer for many years. His diagnoses of car issues are always honest and find the root of the issue, his prices are always reasonable, and he always gets work done in a timely manner. Hes also conveniently located next to an auto parts store. If youre a mechanic, hed be a great guy to work for.

These guys went out of their way to diagnose my car problems at mo cost, gave me straight and to the point options, all fairly priced, then knocked it out time wise. The owner and mechanic were kind and professional. They came recommended by an old motor head friend and did not disappoint!
