Ms. Pierson is amazing. 50 years in business, she was - and still is - the first woman of color with her own real estate office in Kalamazoo. No one knows the area better. A legend!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I called to inquire on a property my organization was interested in purchasing. The woman who answered the phone was very short. I asked how her day was and with no response she asked who Im with. Puzzled by the question I provided her the name of my organization and she abruptly stated shes not donating and hung the phone up on me. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. My organization hasnt even asked for donations from anyone and that wasnt my reason for the call. It was to inquire on a building they have listed for sale. Poor customer service.
