Country Aire Court apartments in Vicksburg has dangerous bacteria in the yellow water. Beware. The neighbors are nosey, and the managment relys on hear say rather than facts. Its bad, dont trust these people. The heat comes out of the ceiling where there is asbestos, and only warms the ceiling, the floors are ice cold. BEWARE. Do not rent from these people. Rick, the manager is unprofessional and childish. Maitnence is a joke. You will regret it if you rent from them. Country aire court has more abandon buildings than Ive ever seen.

Very nice people here and family owned. Local company. They seem to care about the safety of their tenants. They also have units reasonably priced to assist low income families and people with disabilities. If they know about an issue at a property, they let the applicant know up front, and thats a trustworthy thing to do.

Im a young professional male starting to get back on my feet again and Ive been renting from OBrien for about 3 months now and since then my experience has been a tremendous ride! For starts, if you consider the location of the property where Im at on Stuart Street, it isnt all that bad; close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and clubs all in walking distance but my issue with them is how they handle their property management issues. When I first moved into the unit, the walls were not finished, the studio had a awful smoke smell left behind by the previous tenants, my shower was put out of service due to water leaking down to the first floor the first 3 weeks of living there and I had to wait 3 weeks before it was finally fixed, and last but not least, Ive had numerous problems with my stoves working, in fact the second stove that they replaced with the old one when I moved in is not working and Im still waiting for a part for that one to be fixed! Ive had to spend extra money on food because of this major problem. When I called Pat OBrien, he stated that I was not getting a new stove and questioned me on how much rent I paid for the studio. First of all, I signed a year lease with these people and for them not to care about my security, equipment that doesnt work is a act of a slumlord! I know that this company is better than that as Ive seen great reviews for the real estate side but not for the property management side. I really hope that they consider upgrading their units soon!

They have rentals for dope heads and college kids. I make a little over $3000.00 a month and my wife makes $1900.00 a month and they said we didnt make enough and the rent is $900.00 a month and you tell me if $4900.00 cant rent a place in Kalamazoo .it means a hard working family dont belongs. But they will rent to a dope head instead.
