Been trying to close on a home in Kalamazoo and the selling agent for this company does not respond to calls. I dont get it - youd think they would know the importance of communication. I woukd not recommend using this realtor at all.

Great place to grab a bite & beer. Big lunch crowd mid week. We enjoyed the basket of hushpuppies....delicious. She crab soup was on point and my husband loved his chili with just the right amount of spice!

My sisters landlord Jill Bertolissi questioned the authenticity of my sisters service dog registration, violating federal ADA law. She moved 4 students into a flea infested house with two of the tenants having animals. She also has made all of her tenants take care of lawn treatment, which as we all know the landlords in the student ghetto of Kalamazoo are responsible for the outside property. She has made is difficult for her tenants to enjoy living in the home she is providing for them. I have heard nothing but terrible things about her from past tenants as well. She seems to love giving her tenants problems and I feel like she doesn’t deserve to be in such a position of power because she has obviously been nothing but power hungry and superior to everyone in the home. She refuses to respond to her tenants through text or phone calls. Jill Bertolissi is by far the worst landlord in this area and I suggest nobody rents from this ridiculous, cold hearted woman.

Dezeray Motton found us a buyer in less than 4 days. Our house is now SOLD!!!We initially had a really bad experience with an agent who quit on us. Just after 10 days. IDeseray, immediately picked up the pieces and started to help us. She was heaven sent. She is now a dual agent because the buyer also wanted to use her as well.I started to go with KW agent. He seemed like a really good option But, Deseray fought for the listing and we have no regrets using her.Thank you again Mrs. Motton, we appreciate you.SOLD is music to any sellers ears. Having a professional,dependable, knowledgeable, and reliable agent is worth its weight in gold.Since our sale Deseray has sold my.moms duplex and also assisted an elderly person with her sale.I definitely recommend this agent!
