Sergeant’s replaced an old furnace with a new Carrier furnace almost immediately after calling them. Their technicians who did the work were efficient, friendly, helpful and fast. We cannot praise them highly enough! Jon Turner was a pleasure to meet and handled the sale, contract and so forth superbly. I recommend the company highly and unreservedly!

For the service side of this company, your technicians are great. This service side of this company was very prompt and helpful in getting my dad’s furnace going. This review is for the fill and refill side of this company. Very unprofessional. Does not care about the customer only about protect their own —-. If you have the privilege of talking to the supervisor, you might want to walk outside and talk to a tree. You will get better results and a much more customer friendly conversation. Faulty installation of roof vent from furnace resulting in a slow leak and major damage to inside plaster of house. They denied responsibility. Expense of repair was left up to me.

They went above and beyond to replace our air conditioner...extremely helpful-kind and very professional staff!!! The installers (Junior and Bill) were also very cautious of keeping the areas they worked in clean! Explained everything thoroughly and told us to call anytime, if we had any further questions and/or concerns...very nice guys!!!Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

The sales person provided me with a quote for a new a/c and hot water heater. The quote was quite high and I didn’t end up even needing a hot water heater. When I requested a breakdown of the estimate (price of unit, etc) he wouldn’t reply to my email. I sent another email asking the same and no reply. I can only guess that he didn’t want to reply because he was trying to rip me off. I went with another company and I’m very pleased.

Consistently use them for propane and recently used them for AC and a new water heater. Everyone Ive talked to has been very responsive and had pleasant attitudes. The Bobs, Jon, Dave, and Junior are knowledgeable and thorough, not afraid to go the extra mile to help their customer. Highly recommend.

I went to bed noticing that the thermostat said 65 degrees but was set at 68. The next morning I woke up to a 58 degree house and immediately called Jon Turner at E.M Sergeant. He suggested some troubleshooting ideas to make sure that a service call was in order.After patiently walking me through each step, we determined it was best for a tech to come out.I called Jon at 8:45am and by 10:30 am, Ed the technician was out the door of my house, leaving me and my young family warm and comfortable.What I appreciate the most is that Jon took the time to troubleshoot with me, and then Ed took the time to spell out every test he was doing, and detailed everything that he saw explaining what needed to happen step by step. I called to make sure fuel would still be delivered due to the inclement weather. The man was extremely rude. I placed the order while at work and two other people heard him say “should be delivered by Wednesday or Thursday.” He tried to tell me that he never said a day and accused me of arguing when I was simply trying to make sure that in -40 weather, we do not run out of fuel. VERY POOR customer service!!!!!

Weve been buying Gas and Diesel for forty years and propane now since they started it. Great people friendly drivers. On time every time.

After waking up one morning without heat, a tech was at our house within 90 mins of making a call. We found out that we needed a new furnace, although unfortunate, it ended up turning into a great experience. Less than 24 hours later, they were at our house installing the new furnace. They even dropped off space heaters so our kids rooms wouldnt get too cold while we waited. Jonathan, the salesmen, was excellent, both professional and kind. He went above and beyond to take care of every detail. Tim, who helped install the furnace, was also very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

This is my new favorite heating and cooling provider. They came out and installed heat within two days of my phone call when we were without heat this winter. They also installed our Central air. They were very kind and caring and their price was the lowest of three quotes. You cant do better than E.M. Sergeant heating and cooling.

A tech from EM Sergeant was out to our house within 30 minutes of our call. They were able to replace our broken furnace the next day, and at a much lower price than a competitors quote. Warm again, and no more CO. Fully satisfied.
