Great service! We lost our heat recently and we have reptiles so no heat is really bad as they are cold blooded. These two were down for the winter brumating (reptile version of hibernating), and a space heater kept their room at 60. Tim came to our house and we were so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He even came back the day after he fixed the furnace to make sure everything was running properly. After the heat came back on, our dragons thought it was springtime and woke up early. So thanks, Tim, for saving us from the cold and getting Ripley and Archer up because I always miss them during their winter nap. We are all toasty and happy.

Our AC made a horrendous sound and then quit working on a 90 degree afternoon. They were just awesome in getting us back up and running in just a couple days. Then to make things even better they took care of another repair that had been needed on our unit in a very quick and easy experience, which ever included a last minute reschedule on our part. Our tech Thad was amazing in how knowledgeable, honest and courteous he is. We would recommend then for any heating and cooling needs!!!!!

We had an excellent experience with Bartholomew Heating. We were moving across the country and Brad was able to meet in the limited time-frame when we traveled to check out the home. At our meeting he checked out our system and gave us quote for installing an AC unit. After we arrived in Paw Paw, they called us to set up an appointment for the install. He came out again to refresh and give us some details. The crew arrived when scheduled, and were very professional and courteous. They took the time to lay down runners in the hallways, wore masks, and respected social distancing. The guys were just great explaining our new system to us. I have used Bartholomew to service my old furnace in the past and they always came out quickly and didnt over charge me for the service call or charge for parts I didnt need.I just had them replace my furnace/A/C and they did more than I thought they would and came in at what they quoted me. They did great work and were very professional. I was an electrician for 10 yrs so I have worked with a lot of heating contractors in the past and thats why I chose them and they didnt disappoint.

They have way been our heating and cooling company for many years, and recently went above and beyond the call of duty when our furnace suddenly needed to be replaced. They worked very hard to get a new one delivered and installed quickly, which was a lifesaver for us with winter weather on its way. We love them!

Our air conditioner went out on a day with a heat index of over 100. They had someone out within a couple of hours. Our technician, Chuck, was very knowledgeable and able to fix our problem right away. He was very friendly and took the extra time later on a Friday afternoon to check over the entire unit and make sure everything was functioning as it should. Highly recommend!

Their tech showed up within a hour, had the part, fixed the problem with 15 minutes, and the charges for a night service call were reasonable. In the past theyve talked me through furnance issues over the phone at no cost. A++++

Pretty impressed. My fiance and I are new home owners. After moving into our new place it felt like the A/C was just not cooling very well. I called Bartholomew heating and cooling after looking through reviews of other various companies. While I was out of town they were willing to complete a tune up on my A/C unit and fix the drain pan that seemed to be leaking. We spent about $260 all in all. I believe the tune up was around $80 and the rest was repairs. Its probably about 90 degrees out right now and this is the first time weve used the air since having it serviced...I can definitely feel a difference. The house is actually cooling down. Ill definitely keep working with this company in the future...very courteous, pleasant to work will and professional. Keep up the good work!

I went through some incompetent service visits from other companies before I called Bartholomew. Their technicians know their trade well. When it came time to replace our furnace, Bartholomew was the obvious choice.

Incredibly nice and helpful people that had a part I desperately needed in stock. I woke up this morning (20 degrees outside) to a dead furnace and an inside temperature of 45 degrees. I gave a part number to Molly over the phone, and within (5) minutes she called me back and said she had the part in stock.Molly had the part waiting for me at the front desk when I arrived. Also, a guy (I didnt get his name) that overheard me talking about hoping the igniter fixes the problem came over and offered advice on other things to look for while I was in there, just to make sure that was the only issue. I didnt even give him the model of the furnace or anything, and he was able to describe the furnace starting process issues I was having to a T (time intervals between gas valve clicking and ignitor clicking and the system shutting itself down if it doesnt sense a flame). Obviously a very knowledgeable and helpful technician.Anyways, thank you Bartholomew, Molly, and HVAC Technician for your help today! The part was a direct fit and the furnace is back up and running.

A tech with an attitude, I will never use Bartholomew again!!!!!!!So he got nice after awhile and was good. Maybe I will call again. :)
