Ben, the owner of the business, came to my house early on a Saturday morning during a heat wave when my AC unit was not working. I frantically called several places late Friday night as I have young children. Another company came out Saturday morning and told me the issue and said they would come back Monday or Tuesday. Ben happened to call me shortly after regarding my message the night before. I told him what the other repairman told me. He said he’ll come out to confirm the issue without charging me since the other repairman had already charged me for a diagnostic. Thankfully, I agreed. Ben found the issue that was different...and much cheaper to repair than the original diagnostic. I don’t review often, if ever. I could not recommend Ben and this company more. He is as honest and knowledgeable of a repairman I have met. Would highly recommend.

My 77 year-old mothers AC was not working. It was over 90 degrees in her home. Called Aire Serv--Kevin came out the following morning, diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired it. My mother was very pleased with the service and this young mans professionalism. She doesnt do social media, so I am writing this review for her! Aire Serv of Kalamazoo is a fantastic company! We highly recommend them!

Very professional, polite, service from scheduling to explaining the repairs needed, as well as the cost and payment options. My tech was John and he was great. Explained without making me feel stupid, and throughly showed prices on equipment and repairs needed. I will use them again.

Our HVAC person retired and highly recommended Ben and his team. The communication and service from Ben, Carisa, Jeremiah, and Dave was excellent. Dave and Jeremiah worked for two days in the brutal heat to make sure our HVAC and AC were installed properly. They did not leave until it was 100% correct. The attention and service from the Airserv team has been outstanding. They are very thorough always; from the first call, to the follow up, to the confirmation messages and identified staff about to arrive, to the great work done at our home and explaining everything done and how to manage and understand the work! The team that came to work at the house was polite, thoughtful, considerate and Carisa is great also, she will answer any questions you have over the phone and if she does not have the answer, she will get back to you. Woke up without heat. Aire Serv was able to schedule an appointment for the same day and I was able to meet the technician after I returned home from work. Ben came to my home to do an estimate on converting my glass cook top to gas. He arrived timely and was very courteous. He did a very thorough inspection and was able to give me an instant quote. In addition, he pointed out a few things that other contractors would need to do. I hadnt even thought about the electric requirements changing with a different cook top. Plus, he loves dogs and was very friendly with mine.
